Crooks, would not pay for return shipping on a inoperative flashlight I received 11 days earlier

(1st review on Google) 11/27/19 - I bought two flashlights from this company 15 days ago and received my order 11 days ago, Nov. 16th. One of my flashlights started having several different issues within the first week. It will start flickering very lightly, it won't turn on when pressing the on button and will not dim when holding the on button. This is all intermittent. I tried several different batteries along with cleaning the contacts before calling the company. The company said I could pay to send the item back and they would inspect the flashlight to see if it needed repaired, but they would not send me a prepaid return slip. I don't think I have ever bought from a company that didn't have atleast a 15 day warranty to replace an item that was defective. I guess I would be okay with them repairing their defective light they sold me, but please pay for the return slip. Basically the Battery Junction does not have any warranty on their products. You can pay to send the item back and I'm sure they would also charge me to repair their defective flashlight they just sold me 15 days ago. I've never bought from Battery Junction and never will again. I'll make sure to share my bad expierence with all my friends and everyone on CandlePower and GlockTalk forums.

1/1/2020 - My second flashlight is now inoperative as well. One quit working 11 days after receiving it and Battery Junction would not pay for a return shipping label so I could send it back. I washed my hands of them after that. This is probably why they were on sell, their extra items that had been repaired or were defective. They are crooks and need to put themselves in my shoes, how would you feel? Even if Sunwayman does not offer a warranty you would think Battery Junction would of had a feeling in their gut that this isn't right, 11 days old we're going to takend care of this. Example, at my shop we get vehicles back with faulty parts and they're past their warranty. If we know that water pump that we replaced with their timing belt should have lasted longer than 25 months you bet we're going to replace it at no charge and then we'll take it up with our vendor and get reimbursed for the part and labor. If we don't then we at least know we did what's right and we'll eventually make up for it because that customer will be a customer for life. I also bet they tell everyone they know about what their repair shop did for them. Or we could say no sorry you have a 24 month warranty and it ended 18 days ago, too bad. Lose a customer and probably feel like s__t later that evening.

Just be aware if you buy anything from them and it has an issue they will give you every excuse as to why it's your fault and your faulty batteries. They will not be sending you a return label to send back. Stick to Amazon, Home Depot or Lowes. These guys are a complete joke and total crooks.
