Just built my second bax guitar blank kit Stratocaster looks great and sounds great, after my son bought me one, telecaster as a gift, great fun to do good quality and very reasonable price, would recommend it if you're thinking of giving it a go at building your own guitar
I got a faulty mic from Bax, that happens sometimes it's how it's dealt with that defines a company. I spoke to the director directly and he just ignored me after a few emails. They will come back and tell you they were doing everything by the book blah blah but the tone and arrogance of the personel means I won't buy anything from them again and I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for good customer service and people with morals. Just disgusting experience from start to finish, don't give them your money
Made a purchase got a confirmation of payment. Later on get an email saying my order is canceled because 'payment issues' but the money is out of my account! Cant get through to any customer service I just keep getting fobbed off. What a bunch of criminals!

Unless their system has "some sort of problem" in which case they won't let you know that your items were never dispatched. Instead they will say some nonsensical excuse for both their failure to dispatch and their failure to let you know it wasn't dispatched. Now I'm doubting whether I'll get my money back in the time scale they suggested. First time in using them. Won't use again.
I bought a flight box case, they sent two by mistake, but one was sent elsewhere.
I received ONLY ONE and they are chasing me saying I got two, threatening me to pay for something I haven't received. I will have to take legal actions as I am out of the country and they are causing me a lot of stress.
Impossible to get through to them. I am just getting emails from someone asking me to pay for a box I DIDNT RECEIVE! Awful company.

I placed an order with Bax back in January with the item being in stock too (apparently). The item never arrived, I chased and although the customer service people were friendly, it never boiled down to actually getting anything done. They promised to try to redeliver, they blamed Hermes and Parcelforce, who I have previously used and have never had an issue.
When it became apparent I wasn't going to get my order, I requested a refund 5/3/19 as I had been 'messed about for a month or so. They then refused as they couldn't locate the package (it never arrived!)
I finally got my refund on 26/3/19. It was a lot of hassle ringing and trying to obtain my refund and I was able to buy the same product on Amazon for slightly cheaper price but most importantly free next day delivery.
Although the contact details are based in the UK, they are in the Netherlands. Ordered a guitar tuner pedal from them and it arrived 3 days later. I wrote a review on their site just to say thanks for their excellent service and they entered me into a competition draw. A month later they told me I had won £250 worth of Bax vouchers. I phoned them up just to check it was legit and they congratulated me on my winnings. I asked for advice on an item I was considering and they couldn't have been more helpful. The guy I spoke to just happened to be an ex employee of Abelton's tech department. We chatted for ages about music, gigs and bands and his advice was invaluable. Excellent service all round from a great bunch of people. Highly recommended.
I ordered 2 pairs boots from Bax-shop as well, almost a month ago, I received the order confirmation and nothing since. I have not been able to get a response from there site's "About Us" or email. These people are taking money from clients as if it's free game, how can they do this and just get away with it, this is stealing, what kind of recourse does the customer have in this regard, as there is no way of contacting them. I have replied numerous times to the email they sent me with no response whatsoever. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
My personal opinion would be to stay well clear of Bax. They have my money, I don't have what I paid for and they've gone to ground and are uncontactable. Stay well clear, you can't fight what you can't see.
Like many here I have suffered a catalogue of issues and seem to be nowhere near sorting them out.
Briefly, I bought a PA, it wasn't fit for purpose at anything over one-third volume. Returned it. Got a brand new one which was exactly the same. So asked for a refund as it wasn't fit for purpose. I was offered a 3rd, refused, and spent many weeks back and forth before finally getting help after writing to the UK CEO. It was accepted that it wasn't fit for purpose and I was offered a credit to the full amount.
Was then asked to pay for the return, before finally getting a pre-paid label. Returned the item and some 6 weeks later it turned up back at my door, as 'repaired' despite the agreement in place. So that has now gone back again and now they have emailed to say they are knocking £25 off any credit, no reason and when asked they couldn't provide one and are still searching for the reason.
The customer service team does not appear to record anything or check the statuses of orders and simply sends out wonderful generic emails which only make them look worse.
I have had enough, no more credit notes, I want my money back and I can then draw a line under this debacle.

On March 7, I sent them the product (Icon Platform M +) as a guarantee for the repair of a button that had left their site. Since then I have not had a response to any of my e-mails, with the intention of obtaining information on the status of my product supposedly under repair, by phone. Nobody attends you. Yesterday I received the product, AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND WITH THE SAME BREAKDOWN WITHOUT REPAIR! AND IN UNPLEASANT PACKAGING CONDITIONS!. They are a real hoax. Do not be fooled by giving only priority to the low price, then they are all problems, it is advice!
This is the worst musical instrument/audio equipment shop I have ever dealt with in 35 years as a musician/producer/audio engineer. Their customer service is virtually non existent. The order I placed was 2 weeks late. I had to send it back for a refund and then had to wait a month for it to be processed. It took me 18 phone calls to Bax Music to get it sorted. The refund wasn't agreed until I threatened legal action. They screen calls to make sure that they do not have to speak to you right away, they do you off with a "receptionist who can't deal with any enquiries" who then promises call backs. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!
Awful company, bought a DJ table 3 weeks back, the table was gloss & had quite a few scratches, emailed customer service took them 4 days to come back to me, was advised to send pictures which was fair enough, didn't hear anything so I called their so called customer services over 3 times in a week every time you get diverted to their switch board which they will pass your details on & get customer service to call you back Which never happens. So I have since been on the Facebook messenger to go through the process all over again which they agreed to refund me £50 but it would take up to 7 days, since when has refund take this long but I thought given the benefit of doubt, 8 days later still no refund. Going to report them to trading standards but seriously anyone reading this review i strongly ADVISE FOR YOU BUY ELSEWHERE.
I spent £1,134 on an ex demo synthesiser at Bax UK. It arrived late, damaged, and incomplete.
I contacted them about a return and refund. So far, I've had an email with an RMA number. They said, 'A second email will follow with this postage address.' This hasn't arrived, and they're ignoring ALL my emails about this. This is VERY worrying. £1,134 is a LOT of money to me, and I want it back.
Oh, they've also said when (if?) I do receive the delivery address email, I will have to take the keyboard to a UPS drop off point myself. It's an 88 note keyboard, and I've got a small car. I just can't do this. I've told them, and still no reply. Anyway, they took my money and delivered damaged goods to me, why is it MY responsibility to ship it? They should come and pick it up. Haven't I had enough inconvenience already?
If I don't get satisfaction VERY soon, I will raise a dispute over the transaction with my credit card company. At the same time, I will raise a small claims court application. It will only cost me £80. Well worth it to get my money back, and a Court Judgement against them will look very bad. There's also the Sales of Goods Act 1979 to consider.
Why can't they just be reasonable and reply to my emails, and save this bother.

BAX-SHOP is a fake site. They use the same logo as BAX-MUSIC which is a totally legitimate different music company based in the Netherlands.
BAX-SHOP sells sports goods and say goodbye to your money if you use them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! They sold a faulty mic which caused a fuzzy sound, I sent it back for a refund which they said was supposed to take 8 days. 8 days later, No money received, I had to call them to ask for the refund. Customer Service had no idea what i was talking about.

I ordered an item form Bax Music. Their Shipping Information email contains very specific advice that delivery form their couriers should be refused if the outer packaging is damaged. Parcelforce attempted to deliver the item which had a large hole in the packaging and so delivery was refused. - The item has therefore never been in my possession. Parcelforce noted the damage on their tracking of the item, together with comments that it is being returned to Bax Music. - Bax Music have refused my refund until they receive the item back, as they stated that they often have problems with Parcelforce. That cannot be right. - The item has never been in my possession and Bax Music are Parcelforce's Customer, not me. In fact Parcelforce have made an error in that the parcel has been returned to my local depot. - This is not my problem and my refund should not be delayed. Bax Music will also tell you that if you wish to cancel an order, you have to do so on their forms, on their website. - This is not the case. - The relevant legislation is clear in that an order can be cancelled by any normal means of communication and the seller cannot specify! I have opened a Paypal Dispute, but Bax Music have not responded, so delaying my Refund as long as they can!
PURCHASED 6 AMPLIFIERS 2 OF WHICH WERE FAULTY I NEEDED AN URGENT REPLACEMENT SO THEY AGREED THAT IF I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL 2 ITEMS THEY WOULD REFUND THE COST.

If I could leave no Stars I would, Terrible Company -Delivery went wrong (Tuffnells ceased trading) Bax took no positive action, wouldn't re-send a new item and said via a 'standard' to everybody email, leave it with us and we'll let you know! Their attitude is 'Tuffnells have your piano - not our problem' No replacement, no date, no confirmation and don't answer emails or phone calls. Appalling company, AVOID and use a UK music store, Bax are the cheapest online for a reason they are unprofessional and have a poor attitude to customer service!

It's 10 days now that they cannot allocate my payment on their account!
I'm receiving emails that they will cancel the order within 48 hours if I don't pay. Barclays(my bank) have found their account upon payment and all the digits matched with their payment request.
Money has left my account on16th of February. They claim that payment was not received until today(25th Feb)!
I've contacted Barclays and bank has confirmed that the transfer was made and the amount was received on the other end.
Be very careful if you decide to purchase something from them!
Before purchase I've phoned the shop and they've answered almost immediately, confirmed that the item is in stock and send me the email with payment link. Now they don't answer my phone calls...

I am not one to normally write reviews on things like this but the service I received was shocking, it took 7 weeks for my parcel to be delivered and there was no communication, after 3/4 weeks I tried to make contact with by both email and phone but got no response at all. I work full time so needed information on when it was as going to be delivered. It wasn't until I opened a request with PayPal that they responded and explained there had been a problem and apologised, I gave it the benefit of the doubt but it then happened again for another 3 weeks. After saying I would open another formal request with PayPal they replied to say they were going to ship it the following week and send me tracking information, the tracking information was in a foreign language and I could not understand it. I then got a text from a delivery driver telling me he was 20 minutes away with a pallet for me, he showed up and put it on the road and told me to come and get it and said he couldn't help me to get it in the house even though I was a young girl on my own (a large piano and stool). I have recently emailed Bax to ask for their complaints procedure and the lady who replied to me says she doesn't know what this means. Totally and utterly disappointed.
