I ordered Christmas beads from Bead Park in mid November, and they JUST arrived in my mail today. A MONTH LATER! And I already took into account that the USPS was a little slow, but a MONTH?!? Absolutely ridiculous! I will never order from this company again!

Had just ordered some sterling silver hooks its my first order so i am hoping i get the order okay. So i can order the beads i want. I am in Sydney Australia so i just hope i dont need to wait too long...

Beware! I ordered heart necklace trays and cabochons. Received heart trays with round cabochons that didn't fit the trays. Totally useless. No refund given after multiple emails and I sent pictures. Some other items were discolored. Junk, don't waste your money.

I have had very good luck with Beadpark. They have amazing depth of inventory, relatively quick shipping, and good pricing. Product is packed well, never damaged in transit. Overall, no complaints.
