Tried to return a broken statue didn't get a return label 2 weeks will never order from this company again they need to learn how to wrap an item for shipping.this is my first time ordering also

My daughter was going to purchase merchandise totaling $36.50. She handed the clerk a $100 bill which the clerk marked and said was ok. She then called another clerk to ok the bill who refused it and requested another form of payment! This is totally unacceptable and my daughter will never shop in this Kississimee outlet again! The clerk was Indian and nasty!

When I lived in the Florida Keys on Big Pine Key, I would ride my bike to Bealls Outlet to go shopping.
I purchased a lot of things from this store but my favorite items were the women's cotton pajamas. I bought many pairs of pjs made by Laura Ashley and other brands which I still have today, and wear the in the summer time here in Pennsylvania.
I miss living on Big Pine Key but I still have my pjs to remind me of all the good times I had there. I loved shopping there and even got a part time job working at this Bealls Outlet for a little while.

Their published policy shows free shipping from $99 to most states, when you try to check out the limit is $110. I deleted my order and won't shop again at Beall's.

I received a $5 0ff coupon in the mail. Valid until November 16,2023. When I went to use it today 9/29/23, they said it wasn't registered to my account and so I asked how do I do that, they said call them and ask. They said many people have tried to redeem their coupons. Which tells me they are aware of the problem and haven't figured it out. SO THESE COUPONS ARE BOGUS AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Me and my husband walked into Bealls Outlet and we got starred at and we walked around and looked around the store and we saw one associate smoking a vaper at the corner of the purses. When I asked one of the associate if there was size and she went to ask her manager and the manager didn't say anything and had a nasty look on her face. The bathrooms where very nasty and there where tissues on the floor and then we seen some associates been on their phones while been on the clock and we haven't seen no manages on the floor either. Then when we where in line to check out there was only one associate on the register and when she called for help no one came and the line was getting longer and we saw one associate popping pills behind the register too. I DON'T ADVICE ANYONE TO SHOP AT BEALLS OUT BECAUSE THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed an order and the said that they sent my items but I never received one thing from them they want give me a refund!
