Quickly: terrible customer service. Even though I made a mistake in the order, the whole thing could have been solved if they JUST ANSWERED ME WITHIN REASONABLE TIME. Read more for details.

I ordered a few products and got the confirmation that my payment went through 2 days after. No separate info that the things were being posted or anything, not even the Posti tracking number. 2 weeks later I send an e-mail asking when do I get my stuff: no answer. I call 5 days later in different times, no one answers and I just get an SMS saying to contact by e-mail. I sent another e-mail and again no answer (I still waited 2 days to be sure). I call again like 4 times and I am told to e-mail again. Only when I sent clearly angry messages citing European costumer rights that I got my answer. By then it was too late: I put my phone number wrong and the Post didn't warn me that the order was here. Then, the order was already shipped back to Estonia and all of that could have been easily solved IF they simply answered the phone or e-mail within reasonable time OR sent a confirmation e-mail that my thing was sent with the posti number to be tracked LIKE EVERYONE DOES WHEN SHIPPING TO FINLAND.

PS: absolutely ALL the online orders I have made to Finland sent me several e-mails, usually one about order confirmed, a second saying it is being handled, a third one that it is sent/posted and it ALWAYS includes the tracking number of the item. So, even if my phone was wrong it WOULDN'T MATTER because I could track my item myself and pick it. That's in fact how basically ALL ONLINE SHOPS WORK HERE.

PS 2: I hope that they learn with my extremely unpleasant experience so that the customers they have in the future do not get so annoyed and disappointed like I was.
