Do NOT buy from this company. Ordered and paid for bed, selected chosen delivery. Waited in all day to receive a phone call saying driver had been in an accident and could they reschedule, date rescheduled, still no bed, delivery phone line was broken and waited 20 mins on hold to speak with someone only to pretend that the new date wasn't booked in and could they have another chance to rectify this - looking at reviews this seems to be a pattern - scammers, awaiting a refund via PayPal.
Excellent service from Beds.co.uk including aftersales, very comfy beds, super fast delivery and no more screaming at your partner when your trying to put the beds together as these beds are really easy to do. I recommend them to everyone, you wont be disappointed.
Within very little time I found a bed for a descent price along with a mattress and had it on my doorstep no extra charges with in a few days. Saved enough money that i'm going replace another bed in my house in the same month :)
Please please please don't be fooled. It's money down the drain. I ordered double size bed for my daughter's room. First it's very bad quality including mattress. Secondly, half of the fixings were missing. We had to order again from Amazon. Also very bad quality of the wood that fix the headboard on the place.
I had to phone and cancel an order, not their fault mine. Spoke to a guy called Maz in customer service. Within 10 min everything was sorted, so quick and efficient. If only all customer services where as good. Thanks Maz you did a very good job today
The delivery arrived in good time and as arranged, simply, by the courier's website. The item was delivered up a few flights of stairs without issue. Second time I've used beds.co.uk and they've been great each time.
Found this company via an online search. Very pleased with my whole experience and product. Ordering was very straightforward and delivery time was brilliant. I also liked that there was several payment options. Including cash on delivery!
Great service ordered the bed and luxury mattress (which really does live up to its name) on a thursday and it arrived the following monday the delivery man called to let us know they were 10 mins away which was great as i was in my pyjamas! First night sleeping in the bed was delightful and since then i have had the best nights sleep i have ever had. The bed frame is beautiful exactly what we wanted and for the best price £299! When the time comes that i need a new mattress i will deffinatley be ordering again. Thank you!
I bought a double bed divan with storage drawers and within a couple of months the base had sagged & deformed. Upon inspection the base was made of cardboard type panel which was only supported at two points and was totally incapable of supporting any normal weight mattress and occupants!. Bed is totally unfit for purpose and when I called the customer service and eventually spoke to an advisor (after around 45 minutes!) I was told that the bed had no warranty! Upon remonstrating that the bed was unfit for purpose I was told that I would be contacted... am still waiting after a month! Incredible that a supposedly reputable online retailer can treat customers this way!
What can I say apart from spot on all round. Best price Id seen on one which made me bit worried if it would be up too standard but it was even better built an made very strong and looked amazing. Cant fault it at all. Comunation was prompt and delivery fast and on time. 100% recommend and definitely will use again. Thanks again

To begin with we felt that perhaps we lost our money having ordered a mattress from beds.co.uk. And yes at the end of the process we are left without the new mattress we wanted since we went on holiday when the mattress finally arrived. However we must compliment beds.co.uk for taking full responsibility and fully refunding us.
Yesterday I called up the Beds.co.uk team and they advised my bed is out of warranty and cannot help at all, Even after me stating how can the bed break in the same place twice surely there is something wrong with the design. I was very sad yesterday

Bought some garden furniture from them when it turned up in two boxes i opened one box ready to put together first thing i pulled out was damaged on the inside which was ok as it was not seen i rung customer service to let them know and said i would keep it as long as there were no more damaged goods, opened second box and items in this box was damaged so rung customer service again and asked for a refund which they said was ok and they would pic the item up after i had sent photo's which i did they arranged to pick it up took it back but did not give any paperwork to say they had collected it which i now know was a big mistake as Pay pal will not give me my money back even though they found in my favour, Beds.co.uk will not admit they have had it back and i have no prove, so be warned do not let them have anything back without getting any paper work or email off them.
Nice bed and excellent customer service. Very good quality for this price and the delivery option is personalised. I chose "deliver to another address at a certain date" because I was moving house and forgot to change my delivery address, but I was given easy option to set the deliver to my new address. This saved time and hassle. Amazing. I am gonna buy one more bed for my other room. Thank you bed.co.uk!
Absolutely terrible. The worst company I have had the unpleasure of dealing with. Avoid Like the plague. Should not be allow to trade they sell low quality and sub-standard products and do not back up their one year warranty. I am reporting to trading standard and national media today!. Jokers!
Excellent service from ordering to delivery of the bed. Had a slight problem but a quick telephone call sorted it all out. The staff on the phone was very polite and helpful. The bed is easy to assemble and looks great and the mattress is very comfortable. Would recommend this company and will be using again in the future.
I purchased a double bed with memory foam mattress. The delivery was quick & efficient. Though we did had problems fixing the base together, but after 1 phone call an email was sent & sorted. It would have been helpful if the instructions were sent with the bed. Felt it was good value for the money I had spent
It was so easy and quick to place an order, and also given great options with colours, headboards, number of drawers and prices etc. Delivery dates and times were as also as promised. Would definitely order from this company again.
