Site was easy to navigate, found what i was looking for with no problems. Order was placed with no hassle and the bed that was ordered arrived on the date specified which was only 3 days after ordering. The bed was well packaged and was easy to assemble as the instructions were easy to read. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a comfortable bed at a reasonable price.
Had great service from them. Our order came promptly and delivery was smooth. They keot us informed. Everything was as expected. Our funiture was easy to put together. Everything we needed was there and its good and sturdy. Especially considering its had 2 children jumping in it for the last month! What more could you ask for!

29/3/2024I had a very bad experience with this company's products after using them for a year and a half. I bought a small double ottoman gas lift storage fabric bed. After about six months of use, one of the gas struts stopped working. I tried to complain on the official website but got no response! And now there is a new problem, the side of the bed against the pillow is bent, and now after putting the mattress down, the shape is tilted and it is unusable at all. And the quality k if you accidentally kick or bump them. I hope everyoof the wooden bed slats is very poor, they will breane will be careful and cautious when buying this brand.
06/04/2024 After I complained, their customer service department tried to contact me and make repairs. I sent them photos, and they sent the complete parts to my home two days later (and gave them the broken parts). However, they made a wrong diagnosis and gave me the wrong bed board. I went to their customer service department again to reflect, but they said that my product was out of warranty and they could not take any action. Now I have not been able to use it for almost a week, which is unreasonable. I gave them my broken left bed board and now I have two right bed boards. I have no way to properly assemble my bed at all. Buying this company's products is a waste of money, time, and emotion.
If the problem is with the warranty, why did you try to fix it after my first complaint? Why didn't you explain it to me at the time of my first complaint? This is unreasonable
I ordered a double ottoman bed and mattress and was very impressed with not only the cost but the quick and efficient delivery. The bed itself was easy to assemble. I dont expect the mattress to last forever but as a guest bed, I am very happy with my purchase.

We ordered 2 metal double bed frames (one white and one black) and 2 double mattresses. We were very pleased with them when they arrived. The communication I had with Beds.co.uk was excellent, both via email and by telephone, the delivery was prompt. I would definitely order from Beds.co.uk again.

We ordered the bed and it came quickly. Sadly it was the incorrect bed. We spoke to Sarah who sorted it quickly and arranged the correct bed to be dispatched straight away. We received this within a few days. Mistakes happen and the service we received from Sarah was exceptional I can't fault it.
The service was straight forward and simple and the bed was easy to assemble.
There is a date booking in place for the delivery which made it easier to have the bed arrive at a suitable time which was greatly appreciated.
If your looking for decent beds at a really decent price then this is the place I have orded a few over my years and they have to be worth the money 5 times over, more than happy to recommend thease to any one in the world as there smashing
I wasn't told that my bed wouldn't be taken upstairs for me nor was I pleased with the attitude of one the delivery drivers. If you live in a tenement beware... you may have your bed left in the street as the delivery guys ain't insured to lift anything. Either that or you have to return it. I'm happy enough with the bed but be wary of all the glowing reviews as there's a 10 or 20 pound bribed offered for positive review.

The mattress I ordered was very affordable, arrived when I was told it would and I have had many a good nights sleep on it since it has arrived - certainly, it is the most comfortable mattress I have had thus far!

As an update to my review of our dreadful experience using Beds.co.uk. Terri offered us £20 compensation if I would take the negative review down. £20 doesn"t come close to what we are out of pocket, I would rather leave the review in situ.
Do not use this company. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is a complete joke. I have dealt with *...* is a waste of space, rude and talks over you, doesn't return calls as promised. * is on a whole other level... rude, dimissive and threatening. There is little point in wasting time and oxygen in speaking to her. After the 3rd attempt at getting the bed delivered (1st attempt was cancelled by company but nobody bothered to tell us, 2nd attempt was a completely different bed to the one we ordered!) and now we discover the bed has a broken headboard! However it would appear that this is our problem and not beds.co.uk. I feel I have no option but to contact Trading Standards for help.

I ordered a double bed and two single beds, I had to cancel only one of the single beds and when they delivered my order I received only a double bed. I called the customer service, they were very efficient and a week later I finally received the single bed. I am really happy with my purchase!
The original bed I ordered failed a quality control check, I was upgraded free of charge to the next size bed up and received the bed within 2 days. The bed received is of good quality and ideal for my daughters room
