Ordered bed wanted to talk to someone but no one ever answered so emailed your company 3 times but still no reply so continued to phone with no one answering. Phoned my bank to get a refund even my bank said your company sound dodging. How quick you are to take our money but not professional enough to answer a call or reply to an email. I spend 6 days trying to contact your company and my phone bill was sky high. Start acting like a company and have the decency to get back to a customer.
I bought two beds few months back. I was satisfied with both and it was great value for money. I received text messages just before delivery and also received excellent feed back from the customer care service to deal with my queries.
I have used many internet based companies over the years and these are the worst ive encountered.
I ordered outdoor furniture which the website said was in stock for immediate delivery circa 2/4 days, they took the money immediately and i waited to hear from them. After a few days i tried to contact them, over a week and two hours of being put on hold i never managed to speak to anyone. After 10 days they informed me they might have stock in another 6 weks.(the website still shows item in stock for immediate delivery).
They also sent me 5 e mails saying they attempted to ring me, but on each occasion no record of calls were left on my phone.
After getting my credit card company involved i got a full refund but have no trust in this company. The item is still in stock for immediate delivery according to the website. Buyer beware and always use a credit card for purchases over £100.
Received a bed with an oil stain on the headboard. And within one night the slats started to break.
They sent two new slats and offered a £20 refund for the headboard stain. Another slat broke on night 3 so contacted the company after we got back from holiday and they offered to send out 2 more slats and another £10 refund on the headboard.
I was not happy with this and asked for a replacement bed which they finally agreed to. But on receiving a call from the courier company I find out they are only replacing the headboard. Will never use this company again. Avoid at all costs
The best service that I have received from any furniture/bed company. Efficient, reliant, quick, prompt and outstanding quality. Amazing product and the quality is worth ten times the price. Very pleasant delivery men and customer service team. Amazing. Cannot fault and will recommend to family and friends and buy again.
Sold me a "luxury" memory foam mattress to go with a Lift-up Ottoman bed. Bed is OK although it's a bit rickety (cheap, so expected) but the mattress was utter rubbish, the "memory foam" non-existent (or all but). I 'phoned but they insisted they sent the right mattress and weren't helpful. I certainly shan't be using this company again.
I have just purchased a gas lift ottoman 4ft bed from Beds.co.uk. It arrived yesterday well packed. I assembled the bed straight away and found that it was very well made allowing assembly without any problems what-so-ever. It went together like a dream. I highly recommend this company and their products. I am very pleased indeed.
The order was soon here, in a very fast delivery time and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. The bed base is sturdy and strong but was easy to assemble on my own with all the necessary tools supplied and the mattress fits well and is comfortable. This was the best price for a single bed that I could find on the internet or in the stores.
From beginning to end, no problems at all. I recently ordered garden furniture and to be honest it was that easy it was like sitting in the living room ordering the goods and walking into the garden and they were there.

I brought a bed and mattress from these scammers. Bed ok-ish started making a lot of squeaky noises only 3 weeks old. The mattress I brought was a pillow top 3000 sprung mattress the mattress I received was a very poor copy of the one shown online and was dirty. The material is cheap and the mattress extremely uncomfortable. I immediately sent them an email stating it wasn't the mattress I purchased plus it is dirty, I even sent them photos of the mattress I paid for and the mattress I received but they just kept lying saying it was the same but agreed to change it because of it being dirty. I am still waiting for the mattress to be changed after getting excuses/lies, it's been 3 weeks now. I am reporting this scam company to Trading Standards after yet another lie from them today. I would ask for a refund but reading some of the reviews I would be waiting months for my money. Do not use this company. The first photo is from their online site the rest are the mattress they actually sent me.
Really good service. Needed a bed quickly and there was a great selection in stock and delivered quickly. They even helped with carrying the boxes in for me to the required room. Am considering buying another bed already!

Brought a leather bed with drawers, easy to assemble, sturdy and top quality. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend product or company to anyone. Delivered on time, all parts present and nothing damaged. Top quality at budget prices can't fault anything!
Our mattress arrived with a burn hole in it. We have also had to purchase a topper due to the mattress being extremely uncomfortable. The quality of the foam is poor and you can still feel the springs through it. We will be purchasing a new mattress elsewhere asap.
