Paid for a week's service and after 3 days tried to cancel. What a nightmare!
You can't remove your billing details until you speak to their customer service (help.likelever.com) and then you end up arguing with them, as they continual try to say they are giving you free subscriptions to other sites on their network. After 5 "NOs" and constantly telling the agent to shut up and stop trying to move my information, just remove my details and terminate my account, it is allegedly then accepted.
Upon checking my credit card the next day, there was a charge for £49.99.
Phone to CC company and they claim that as I'd already paid them, they can't stop the transaction, but I can raise a dispute, so this has been raised.
I phone the customer service again and they claimed that I had a full subscription with iamnaughty.com, which I had never signed up for. Even though they claim they have your details, it is because they move your details across different sites on their network.
So I argued with them again and stated under GDPR and Data Protection Laws that all my details should be removed and no more billing. I was informed that a refund would be processed.
Out of caution, I check my CC again and YET ANOTHER £49.99 had been requested.
This is a huge scam and I wonder how many people get caught with this trap. Something needs to be done to take this network down.

There may be lot of paid reviews, this is no one of them. If you want to save money, find alternatives. BeNaughty is absolutely waste of your time and money. Take advice from who has experienced or you can experience your karma. Good Luck.

No customer service at all! Take your money and never send confirmation email! Contacted them on the phone 3 days in a row and nothing! Sent 2 emails and no one responds. Got on the first day and have not been able to get logged back in! Don't waste your money!
