I really enjoyed the customer service during the time I was looking for an engagement ring, with one exception. I booked an appointment with an expert, and there was a bad connection on her side, so we had to reschedule. Avoidable

It's nice that this site offers such a great variety of cultured diamonds. These look great, too. However, once I realized they also sell mined diamonds, this kinda bummed me out. If you want to be eco-friendly, you have to give up on mined diamonds, guys!

Every jewelry of them is full of class. I like their creativity they have some dazzling pieces, of jewelry on their site. That's why it makes me sad they don't have a sufficiently large set of options, in the moissanite section. That's why I reduced a star from their rating. Hope to see more moissanite,rings on their site soon.
