EASY. Needed a question answered and the call was handled promptly and courteously. However the representative was incorrect in the information she gave me.

I ordered a battery that was listed for my 2002 Yamaha R6. The battery I received did not fit. Service was great. I was shipped the correct battery with a return label to return the incorrect one.

Good price came quicker than expected. Battery was for Sears Craftsman hammer drill. The battery was no longer available from Sears so they saved the drill.

Only problem I had was that for some reason I did not get an email confirming shipment, so I called to see if there was a problem and found the product had been shipped several days earlier.

The battery was what I needed and works great. The only problem was the nuts were too short for the bolt to reach. I had to use the nuts from my old battery.

Initial order confirmation was a little questionable.
Packaging was marginal but there was no damage to the products and the order was received in a timely manner.

I tried multiple times to enter the required information. I tried one last time and it was accepted. I was about ready to go to another site to find the product.

Even though it is indicated that the batteries compatible with model *******, I found that it does not fit to my old SKIL cordless screwdriver. So I has to return them.
