Bigtime Battery

Purchased Banshee auto smart battery charger model TE4-0227-03 for 12volt and 24 volt batteries. The unit self adjust to the twelve batteries or twenty four with no problem, mode setting for charging charge rate of 14.4 GEL and 14.7 for AGM in 12v setting. When in 24 volt it's 28.8 and 29.4, when charged holds 12v at 12.75 and 24v at 25.5v.

A little problem with the zip code that differed from the PayPal number ******* vs *******-8432. Other than that it went well. Am pleased you are thorough.

Ordering was easy, when received took it out of box checked battery status, full, put battery in impact wrench, have had no problems will be ordering another

It's really too early to give the product a valid rating, since it was just installed this week, but it fit perfectly and seems to have taken its initial charge as expected.

The overall shopping experience, delivery time and overall price where 5 star. However I'm having problems with the product measuring up to its advertised quality.

Website was a little hard to navigate had to call in twice. Battery arrived quickly and fit with no issues other than Harley being a pain in the butt how they put it in LOL

Easy to order with PayPal, no Bigtime Battery account required, nice. I ordered a 3.6V NiCd Skil Flexicarge replacement, which is cylindrical. What I received was a 6V NiCd in a large housing containing a cylinder pair. I contacted the seller, they gave me an address via email, no shipping label or RMA number.

This was the quickest easiest shop and check out experience I have had in along time of online shopping. The battery I received fit perfectly and is working just fine.

Could not use any coupons for this order. Need to figure out how to package better! To loose in the box, moved around and bent the contacts. Mail does throw them around a lot.

It was a little difficult to find this site, but in glad I finally did. The price and warranty are better than anything else I found. I can't wait to see how it performs.
