Good so far. Best price I found. The battery works but it does seem a little weak (slow crank). But I figure if it starts up every time for the next 3 years, it's a good deal.

The follow up call from the shipper was at 7am. I feel that is to early. The caller was kinda rude also.

Just ordered great, waiting to see experience with delivery and shipping. Delivery was good batteries were just like expected and already charged. I would recommend and buy from them again.
It was an ok experience until I realized that it would not work for me. The Lady that provided my return authorization seemed frustrated at the end of helping me.
Quick, easy, good shipping/return policy. However, they only sent me 1 of 2 batteries...Once i called they immediately shipped the second with quick shipping. Easy correction

Worked well used it for my life fitness 9500HR Elliptical. Really easy to install. I checked with my volt meter and was at like 6.23v. Shipping was super fast. Received in two days
1. The offer to "move my order to the front of the line" for extra money is really cheesy -- like some '70s company. In this day and age of customer service, it just didn't feel right at all. I'll pay a bit more for convenience and a good experience. It could be marketed differently, perhaps in the cart as an option that's selected -- Rush Warehouse Delivery -- it's really a question of how you position the upsell.
1a. Happy to get free shipping. That was nice.
2. The website works but it's a design from the 90s. They could dramatically improve their conversion rates by doing some basic tweaks and a basic UI redesign.
3. The Amazon link didn't work, even though I have an Amazon account. Who knows what happened.
4. This doesn't have the feel of a customer-friendly company. It feels like one of those old shops with a "Suggestion Box" up on the counter that's a hand grenade, or a small box. I'm sure they're nice people, but it doesn't come across in the website.
6. In the end, I don't really care as long as I get the part I ordered. But it's likely not a place I'll go back to unless I have to. This Amazon, Zappos, and other major ecommerce sites. Every bit of friction is taken out of the buying process.
I do understand this is a discount shop, but even discount shops can use a lot of really good shopping cart methods.
Quick and easy ordering process, fast delivery, fully charged and ready to use when received, will definitely use Big Time Battery again if the need arises

I received the charger but after looking at it and not seeing any info on the unit I am going to have to return the unit. Which will be done in 2 days.
I appreciated having the choice of a more rugged battery (the Banshee) for my dirt bike for $4 more. Also liked that the outer dimensions are given so I know it will fit.

The first battery I used only lasted 2 days, I use them in a battery operated candle with a 5 hour timer. Not happy did not last longer, will see how long the next one last.

MY MILWAUKEE V18 SET HAS NOT WORKED THIS GOOD FOR QUITE A WHILE.
USED THE SAWZALL TO TRIM TREES INSTEAD OF CHAIN SAW AND IT WORKED GREAT WITH A LOT LESS EFFORT. FOR WHAT I WAS CUTTING EACH BATTERY LASTED LONGER THAN I EXPECTED.
Attempted to order battery from Newegg.com.Had problems with the shipping zip code. It took a bit of searching at Bigtime Battery but I was able to locate the battery.
The check out process was a bit buggy. I called to ask about shipping cost, and was told it was free, but the website charged me $11.95 shipping anyway.
