Bigtime Battery

I have been requesting return assist with no results.
There has been no response from this company at all.
No help from this company.
No response.

I spent Top Dollar on lithium batteries from Big Time battery or battery Jack. They were all bad I've spent a year dealing with them and I'm not having any more dealings with them!

Ordered a 18v ion charger throw ebay which took me to battery jack/ bigtime Battery on Feb 1 2021, 4 months later I received the charger and to be disappointed that they sent a Nicd charger, contacted them for the correct charger and they told me they had ordered it, 3 months later called again there was no order placed so ordered another time oder was placed on the credit card then was canceled so yet again for the 4th time ordered again a 18v ion charger, this one comes again another Nicd charger yet another failure from this company, so call and the girl was being very rude trying to tell me it was my fault and tells me to shop else where, I do not recommend this company for staff do not care

Easy ordering. Found a battery without the high price. Delivered on time. Will use this company again in the future

Ordered batterys from them on may 29th, got a call from them June 1st stating all was good and that my batteries would leave their Florida location today, arriving June 6th. Few moments later got a call from IL location stating that they could save me some money if I bought a different battery they had in stock at the IL location. I thought it was weird being I had already chatted with Florida location. I told the gentleman I would like to keep my original choice being they are what I have currently used for the last 7 years and have been happy with them. He said no problem and we ended the conversation. About 2 hours later I get a call from the manager in IL saying that I was going to have to pay an additional 150 due to them miscalculating shipping fees. My first thought was this is a scam, and something was wrong. I told the manger my concerns and asked her is I should cancel payment, she responded with I just refunded your card. I asked if I could speak to her manager so I can express my concerns and poor quality of service, she said I'm the owner. Wouldn't recommend tho is company, I found another place, saved 200 dollars, and shipping will be here a day sooner.
