My money was finally refunded in kind of a stealth manner. Neither my credit card company nor Blidz sent me a notification.
Update September 24,2023:
Blidz continues to rip me off!
On August 30,2023 I received a response from Joy at Blidz where she said that I would receive my refund in 7-14 days, "Dear Dan, Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method."
It is now September 24, which is 25 days after her response, and still no refund. As a reminder, this is also seven weeks after I initially asked for the refund. Clearly, Blidz is a scam organization and should be avoided.
Original Review:
I purchased a grocery item from Blidz.com and only found out that I needed to force a friend to buy the same item after they posted the credit card transaction. When I did not spam a friend yo complete my task, they placed my money inside their system for a purchase in the future (similar to store credit). I have been trying to get an actual refund for this fraudulent transaction and so far no action from them. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and disputed the credit card transaction. They are ripping me off and I'm posting about my experience on Yelp, Google, and everywhere I can think of. I have demanded they refund my money multiple time with no results.
Everything about this is a total scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. They don't ship your product. They tell you that you need to build a team... Then when someone supposedly joins your team they don't ship your product. Then you tell them you want a refund and they tell you that you'll only get in store credit. Why would anyone want in store credit? This site is very frustrating.

I have never once used the site or signed up for it and never have I put in my payment information but it still somehow takes money out of my bank every month and I'm really starting to get annoyed I have tried contacting Blidz there number is not connected and I still haven't gotten an email back if I'm furious

I thought I was buying a bag of rice for a great price - I submitted payment, you can clearly see what I was purchasing - a bag of rice - and instead of getting shipping information, I immediately got a response saying I had to find someone else to join to BUY THIS WITH ME! I was bombarded with emails saying I have to get other people to join to pay as a group! WHAT THE HECK? It doesn't say that on their website - I sent about 8 emails telling them to cancel my purchase, NO RESPONSE AT ALL - in the end I disputed with my credit card company - it was a small purchase, under $3 but it's still a big scam. They're sending me emails about all sorts of crazy things - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I canceled my membership within trail period on July 2023 they still take out payment of $8.99 per month, every time I call the phone always busy I email them and no reply as of 10-18-2023.

Signed up for a trial only to realize there is absolutely no way to cancel it. I had to cancel my credit card so I wouldn't be charged the $8.99 monthly fee. Total scam. These other ratings are fake.

They advertise low prices and you place your order. Then they tell you AFTER YOU PAY that you have to find another buyer to chip in or you won't get the item. When you don't because that was never your intention and ask for a refund they ignore you. Then when no one else buys in they write you and say, sorry no one bought in and now you have a credit with us! WTH? How can they get away with scamming customers like this! DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM!

Definitely a scam, can't really cancel an order, they promised
quick delivery and lied about it. Ordered it a week ago, still don't have a tracking number.
