I first ordered 1 large blind to make sure the quality and fit were what was required. Having been satisfied I ordered 2 more and fitted them with complete success. Excellent

Bad fit, we sent through our actual measurements as the site suggested as it said they would take off the correct amount for the width so that they would fit in the recess however on arrival the blinds were too short, obviously the reason for this is it asks for the shortest point which we gave and then the recess at the top is bigger so the mechanism doesn't fit in the gap - they should rethink the measuring guidelines and I suggest send out a better kit for attaching the blind including spacers that you can add if necessary.
Add on poor customer service when I have complained, no follow up, ridiculous requests to "prove" it doesn't fit, which I could only do if I videoed my blind and / or was a contortionist. I did take a photo including of the spacers we have added so we can put up our blind but had no response from the company.
I am also wondering how you leave a review on their website as I don't have an option of doing this and all the reviews are 5 star and I don't believe that I am the only person this has happened to - what happens to dissatisfied customer reviews?
I am very disappointed and in the grand scheme of things it is only a blind but it will certainly stop me from ordering from this company again as we redecorate our home.
Easy to use website, accurate delivery schedule, blind was well packaged and easy to install. Looks great in the bathroom - would definitely buy from again.

I bought 3 vertical blinds, which arrived promptly, look great & were easy to fit. In my previous home I had the horizontal wood effect blinds, which were equally as good.

Hi, I had decided to replace some of my vertical blinds with white wooden venetion blinds and after some Google searching I decided on using the Blinds2go website. What the good choice. The quality of the blinds are first class and the hep I received from the company was excellant.
I was so pleased with the blinds that I ended up replacing all my blinds, five in total.
They are easy to fit, and using the sizing system on the website, they were a perfect fit and looked great striaght away.
I can only "highly recommned" for anyone to use this company.

Bad bad bad they did not deliver on time and and they only sent out one of 2 and no screws put it up with don use this company LAST night was close the blind and and it snap im on phone now on hold see if they going send my blind number 2 bad bad do no use them
