Avoid at costs
I ordered blinds that were available on express delivery, I then received an email to say the fabric was out of stock and the blinds would now be delivered in 3 weeks like other reviews on here. I called to cancel as I ordered replacement blinds elsewhere to be told they don't have a refund or replacement policy. Save your money and go elsewhere shocking customer service.
Received my click and go blinds yesterday. And was NOT at all impressed. I ordered 4 blinds. And all 4 rails were faulty. The screws were not tightening. And just kept spinning. I sent blinds2go a video showing this. They of course are now sending me another 4 rails. So I've now got to wait maybe another week or two? This is my first time ordering. They could have at least also offered me a partial refund. I was told the blinds would be checked before leaving the warehouse. This obviously did not happen.
If you value your sanity, place your order with a reputable company that value customer service and efficiency.
They do not value the interest of their customer. My order was not delivered on time which among other issues caused me a huge financial lost because I took time off work to accommodate this and paid for a fitter and lost that money.
They did not update me at any point that the delivery was delayed and refused to issue a refund. In fact I was bluntly told to contact the bank.
They were aware of my circumstances and did nothing to prioritise the order to ensure that it was delivered on the specified time given.
The customer representative including the manager was very condescending and unhelpful. I had to literally beg her to contact the courier. I also requested a call back to manage my expectation and sort out what was an absolute mess and she did not have the decency to ring me back.
I will never order from here again or recommend them to anyone.
Spoke to an advisor called Beth about my blind as the string has started to fray on the side that you use to pull it up and down. She took my order number details and asked for photos to be sent and within a few minutes told me she was going to send a new blind out. Very very happy with the speed of service and how she resolved my problem. Thanks Beth
I had to return the blinds as they did not fit properly. My initial experience with the telephone operator was appalling, but I was contacted by customer services after leaving a bad review and they have now resolved everything. The product was collected smoothly for return and the refund has been issued.
Ordered 3 Clinton Blackout blinds for nearly £400. Put one up the louvres just swayed with the slightest air movement allowing light in and a peep show for people outside. Went back to them saying not fit for purpose, offered me 25% off of buying replacement blinds from them.
Following bad review they offered new louvres but i was not risking them being equally as useless. They now offering £80 refund...from £400 and a promise to contest my section 75 claim through my credit card.
Bought Roman blinds for our new home only lived here for 2 yrs and 6 months.
Moved ordered blinds, and the wait for these blinds to be made.
So theses have been at the window for 2 yrs 3 months ish.
They have been fraying for a few months now,you think every time you open and close must speak to blinds to go.
They have a 5 yr product guarantee.
So I contacted them finally to tell them,it doesn't cover the blinds apparently.
They offered 25% off new ones,I don't think so.
Product I bought was Perfectfit blackout blinds. (>£100 each for what I would say is a small window). Installed them and the light leaks through the side of the perfect fit frame (measurements were correct). Contacted customer services, was told this is normal, the material is blackout but light leakage will always occur on the side of the blind... what's the point of blackout material if the light leaks out the side?. No offer of money back given its effectively useless and, to me miss-sold as blackout with light leakage down the side. Suggest looking else where for blackout if that's what you are after.
Not very impressed! I ordered two blinds on the 18th November. After checking on the 'track order' as requested, I could see that the dispatch date kept being extended. On writing an email today to check where my order was, I was called by the customer service department, whereby they informed me that they had 'bad news, and unfortunately my order had been lost'. However their solution was to either refund me or reorder! However, as far as I'm concerned, this in NOT a new order, I'm just awaiting my original order to be made - however so far they have not expedited my order, and my order has been put to the back of the queue and offered me a new dispatch date of mid January - a month from now!
Really not acceptable.
We ordered a patterned blind, it came with a bar that muddled up the pattern at the bottom. A previous order had a simple turn so pattern remained the same. When I rang to complain I was told that Blinds2go use various production companies and they make them up with different bottom bars. No compensation was offered I was told 'this is how it is, nothing can be done'.
On the Webb site the pictures show blinds with patterns that are the same all the way to the bottom. But depending which company they use to make them up you may or may not have a mixed up pattern at the bottom.
Very unhappy customer
This has to be the worst company for customer service. They expected me to wait in 3 whole days for a delivery that failed to happen twice. They know their courier company is letting them down but continue to use them. After failing to deliver twice, they refused to use another company or taxi or company to send them to me. If I can call a taxi to pick them up and have them delivered to me, why can't they. I emailed their ceo who their customer service said didn't exist and refused to put me through when I called. They initially insisted that they couldn't offer me a refund and only after emailing their ceo was I offered one. This company has no idea about customer service and I would not go near them again.
We ordered perfect fit 1s from the website. The image we clicked on was perfect fit. Then we been sent completely different blinds. The insurance won't cover it. And then they want more money to fix to the blinds we don't want. I will be sharing the all over social media about how crap there service is.
I have ordered 3 sets of shutters from blinds 2 go, all of which were horrendously damaged in literally hundreds of ways. The worst one having an entire corner smashed off. I've never seen such appalling quality in my life. They were all missing numerous parts in the fixings kit, and all delayed for weeks without being given a reason. I will not be using ever again.
Very pleased with the material and patterns on the 2 blinds I bought, however no information attached to the blinds to say which one is which so had to remove the wrapping that stated not to remove before hanging! No choice other than to look at patterns inside blind roll. Also blind pull cords are too short, blinds going in recess in a reasonably deep window in a bathroom and kitchen and stretching over work surface
In order to reach cord is very difficult. There is only about 10 inches of cord from top of blind so more would have been much welcomed. Prompt delivery and good likeness to on line pictures.
I ordered the chalk white grain and smoke faux wood blinds which are held together with rows of vertical cotton tapes. When they arrived, the tapes had been attached in such a state that when the blind is pulled up the fabric gathers up in a crumpled mess. Customer services was most unhelpful and told me that this was how the blind should look and there was nothing wrong with the poor standard of these blinds. They refused to provide a refund. No where in the website does it show the blind pulled up. I have ordered several blinds over the years from this company but the quality has definitely gone down hill.
Having had a good experience before, we have been so disappointed with our purchase and lack of customer service. Choosing a magic blind for 3 windows we were expecting to be able to view outside as the picture in their online catalogue had shown. The ones we received were normal blinds with a close weave - not magic, except for making the outside totally disappear. Talking to their inept customer service, we were told we did have the ones we ordered despite our photo evidence showing otherwise. They said that the photos in their catalogue were for display factors only and we could not expect ours to be exactly the same! Customer service have obviously been given a mantra to repeat in these situations which was basically implying we were expected to be gullible idiots who should have realised that our blinds would be totally different from the one advertised. As they believe we have what we ordered, neither the photos we sent to them, nor the fact that they are just a cheap regular blind and not 'letting the outside view in' there is nothing they can do. If we could give a minus score we would and we will sadly be advising everyone to avoid them in the future
New vertical blinds don't look too bad but it's been a struggle. Downloaded fitting instructions which were poor. It was awkward and frustrating making sure all panels hung in the same direction. Surely the clips should have been set properly in the factory. They are up now but I'm still not entirely happy that they hang right, despite following instructions. Such a shame as I was thrilled with recent purchase of Roman blind, which was perfectly packed and wrapped to protect it in transit, and was no problem to fit.
Ordered 4 velux blinds and arrived damaged/ both cloth they were made in and frames scratched. After sending pictures of damage etc I awaited to hear from them/email... nothing so rang up and said they were goi g to remake. Very pleased and prompt remake only to disappointed when I opened delivery to find just frames delivered ( un damaged) but no blinds to go with frames I don't know who does there quality control but they need to put their glasses on. Have asked for full refund and told when they get blinds etc they will refund. Dpd carrier need to store on shelf so hopefully boxes don't get crushed thus no dents to frames.? The blind itself was covered in "fluff" like substance which some how passed quality control
We ordered some venetian bathroom blinds and got sent the wrong bracket. After contacting them and going through the usual bs and put on hold once answered. Finally we got through to someone (an unpleasant, passive aggressive, poorly trained staff member) who talked repeatedly loud over me but eventually agreed to send the right brackets. They were really complex to fit to the original brackets and impossible to fit to the blinds themselves. We called for a refund and return, they stated that they are NON RETURNABLE! Check the small print of these toxic companies. A good company is happy to accept returns due to knowing they have a good product. Not this one! Be warned!
I would not recommend. Not a perfect fit despite correct measurements given, flimsy finishing, really not a nice quality fabric (black but when the sun shines trough it looks purple). Won't use again.
Answer: Very easy, had an issue and they solved it immediately
Answer: They're legit, but if you have any problem don't expect it to be solved.
Answer: I have 11 products in my home now and each and everyone is perfect. Would highly recommend
