A very unethical company. I signed up and paid top dollar for a 2 year plan. The first year was fine, but as the second year started, I then started to get hit with an outrageous bill to renew my domain registration. OK, I can easily just transfer it to reasonable domain registry company, so i do that. Then when i get my domain transfer confirmation from Bluehost, they tell me they are going to cancel all my services (even my hosting that I have paid another year for in advance). I contacted their customer service and spent half an hour trying to explain to them that domain registry and a web host do not have to be the same company and are completely independent things. After wasting a ton of time, it finally got it straightened out. I am looking forward to finishing my second year, so I can completely get away from this horrible company. Don't walk, RUN from Blue Host.

Some of my pages went off-line. The first response was this was an issue on my side, which I refutted. They then found the source of the problem for the specific web page and we both thought we were done. After closing the chat I then found that there were more pages on the site off-line and had to cycle through the chat one more time and they fixed them all up.
I ONLY HAVE QUATERLY EDIT SESSIONS. OFTEN WHEN I RETURNTO EFIT YOU MADE SYSTEM CHA GES WHICH BLOCK MY ACCESS. EACH TIME I NEED TO CONTACT SERVICE BEFORE BEING ABLE TO WORK. SOMETIMES SOLVE IN HOURS OR DAYS. MANCHMAL IN MONTHS.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
