Need better management

Bad experience with letting my daughter work here new manager Maurice sit back and look at the lil girls encouraging the boys to have sex with them which most of them quick stay starting drama and the boss doesn't do anything about it but corporate will I have screenshots

Hit the Spot

I picked up a Cajun Chicken biscuit this morning for breakfast on the way to work in Carolina Forest. Biscuit was moist and fluffy not dried out. It hit the spot. The drive thru line went pretty quick, the person taking my order was patient and pleasant. I was greeted with smiles at the window. Breakfast is always a good experience at Bojangles.

Can't get it right!

Have visited stores in Canton & Woodstock, GA. Both have trouble having product as advertised and getting orders right. This has been a problem over some 6-8 visits. We like the chicken and so keep trying. However, today at Woodstock, they were out of two sides. Beans but no rice... no coleslaw. We drove up the road and had a Chick-fil-a. They had everything on the menu. We won't try again!

So disappointed!

Paid $12 for dry overcooked cold chicken wing dinner. Please do not waste your money on this garbage that is served with an attitude. My first and last visit to Bojangles.

I was in the drive thru for a good 30 minutes. What happened to having people pull forward that have large orders? I'm thinking its because no one wanted to walk out to the car? The chicken was old and dry I will never go there again.

This has got to be one of the sorriest Bojangles around. I stopped going there for about three months after the tea was just like water I decided to give them another chance and stop by this evening. At the drive-thru I was addressed as yo what you need. I think this is so rude and inappropriate. This young girl took my money handed me my change and a bag. I said they're waiting on my half a gallon of iced tea. She came back to the window and said what you want. I stated I'd like to get my iced tea as she rolled her eyes. The Bo Realms must have been cooked last week, sorry food sorry service

I had ordered this meal in the past (April 2020), but it was bad. I ordered the 8 pieces tailgate special + the green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The address is 321 Greenville Blvd SE., Greenville NC. I thought I was going to get some hot chicken from this place instead I got chicken that was dried out and hard. I mean it was so hard that the chicken wing did not have meat on it, just hard crust where they probably refried the chicken before delivery to make me think it was fresh. I am a cook and I know bad food when I see it and this order was bad as they get. Never will I order from this place in the future. Since this virus, many restaurants are sending out bad food when they should be sending the best to stay open. Very disappointing after all those commercials they keep showing, they can't even deliver what they say about their own foods. I only gave 2 stars because of the sweet tea. Even the biscuits were funny tasting like it was old. Oh yeah, I got the coleslaw it was alright, at least it tasted fresh, might not have been though.

Dissapointed again

Well I tried it again and as usual was disappointed, fries were over cooked and hard, biscuits are getting smaller, probably will not try the one in Harrisburg again. The employees don't seem to care about good customer service, and it's usually not very clean.
