I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I'm from Australia and have been ordering from Boo Hoo for years now. I have never had any problems. That's not to say I haven't needed to send the odd dress, etc back, but that's simply because it didn't suit me or I wasn't happy with it. Refunds - great. Delivery to Aus in about 7 business days. Website - fabulous and very user friendly, big clear pics of clothing too which is good. Nothing worse than trying to get a close look at an item and not being able to see it very well. Half my wardrobe is Boo Hoo. Don't hesitate.
Three weeks haven't received my package! Called fed x and they denied the package cause it was empty! They suppose to issue a refund! You get what u pay for! These pple have sent orders in the past either clothes faulty or too big or missing! Guys do not! I repeat do not order you will be upset thank me later 130.00 gone! Never got these items,, in second parcel smh
I recently bought a pair of trousers from Boohoo. They were lovely, apart from they would only fit someone who is over ten feet tall. I'm 5'7 and they were almost as long again once I put them on. It's a real shame because they were lovely, just way way too long! I've had to return.

I returned an item (I paid for return shipping) they received the package and I see it by tracking number. But they don't give me my money back and put me off every time for another two weeks and more.
I will never go back to this store!
I'm surprised this company is still in business. I returned items and didnt get an email like I was supposed to, to confirm they had received order. Finally after near 3 weeks, I received confirmation. I am still waiting for the refund to come through, a month later. Never again. Customer service is non existent and ignore emails. Inconvenient and stressful shopping.
There is many other online companies who offer better service, and even free delivery. Do not waste your time on Boohoo.
I ordered stuff for next day delivery and it hadnt arrived of course on time. I even contacted the customer service saying that cancel the order as i would be travelling away from the country. But they delivered it 5/6 days later and asking me to take it from my neighbour when im even not in England. Rubbish customer service + no contact number. Boohoo is the worst clothing retailer for customer service i can be certain of after using reputable sources like amazon, asos. Please guys dont use it no matter how cheap their products are, its a trap!
I bought 4 maternity dresses, and all 4 were disappointing in their own way: super fitted dress was made without a zipper (struggled to get my pregnant figure in and out of it - what a$$hole designed this?), another was 2 sizes too big at least, another was a top that was at least 1ft shorter than advertised, and the last one actually fit (YASS) but the material was not breathable at all. Overall, pretty unhappy about all the items received. Will not be shopping here again. Can't wait to take on the horrible refund process that has been slammed by a number of other reviewers already. Boohoo is the perfect name for this company!
At first I thought this would be another cheap scam site like all those ones you see on IG. Clothes are super cheap and I've never had a problem with quality, but sizing seems a bit hit or miss (runs small... I go 2 sizes up). They handle returns really well though. I've send a few pieces back and it took about 3 weeks to get back to them, but as soon as it did I was refunded in full. Their clothes are mostly like Forever 21 cheap type stuff, but I wouldn't expect much else for how cheap it is. Overall good experience.
I occasionally order online and have never had an issue until ordering from boohoo! First off one of the items was not how it appeared in the picture.
Secondly I received the wrong item, so I returned it of my own cost being told I would be refunded and they would send out the correct item for free.
Well I received the next parcel with the incorrect item again! And still no refund,
With no explanation other than a 'technical difficulty.' What a load of crap!
Reading this thread shows how many mistakes financially they seem to mess up, boohoo I strongly recommend you get a telephone service because Twitter and email just does not seem to solve a damn thing!
Never ever purchasing from you theiving a*s* holes again and I will do everything I can to warn others of how badly you operate!

Looks like lots of people having the same issue with this crooked company! You purchase items and get an estimated shipping date of something like 5-7 business days then a month has gone by and you've received NOTHING. Customer service reps are rude af when you can even get ahold of one at all. Oh, and if you have the pleasure of chatting the the manager "Gail", she will also be of zero help, refuse to refund your money or reship the items and instruct you to wait another month just in case it shows up. This company is trash!

I've been a customer since 2016 but every order I've had this year there has been issues and it isn't due to the pandemic. I've experienced wrong tracking numbers, poor customer service and canceled items with just an email saying (oops our bad). Once this last item comes that I have been waiting for Since September, they won't hear from me again.
Um I used to shop with boohoo until now. I've been through the return process and they would make u wait 21-30 days after they received the item to give your money back (which was terrible but I always got a refund). BUT, recently not only did they "deliver" my item late after I paid for express shipping, when I got home it wasn't there. I emailed them how many times over the course of two weeks and no one responded. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. They just sent me an email to review the item that I never received but they can't respond about my missing package? Some $*#@! Nerve. No no boohoo, no no. As for shopping with them again? That's out of the question.
One of the items were incorrect in my order and the company offers no solution to their mistakes. US customers still pay $6.75 to return the item then, rebuy the item plus pay for shipping in hopes they don't mess up again. A shame that they offer no real fix to mistakes. Quality is low with fabric. All skirts and pants feel like legging material. I could get over the quality and make it work but making customers literally pay more to fix their mistakes is ridiculous. At least give a 5% coupon off next order or something because telling a customer, "sorry we messed up but please go spend more money so we can do better" is unacceptable! At least exchange what company incorrectly sends.
Don't order here. They offer worldwide shipping but you have to pay a return by yourself. 40 eur for a return label is nothing if you order more than three peaces. The answers you get are quite poor. Very disappointed from this. Can't even call it "customer service".

As the name implies "boohoo" was exactly what I was saying after I made a purchase from them. My order arrived 2 weeks late and the quality of the clothes were thin and of poor quality. I ended up returning an item, and the whole process took over 3 weeks for them to refund the money, even though my packaged had arrived at their facilities. It was not until I emailed them for help that they had actually begun processing my payment. Their quality is worse than NastyGal's so don't be fooled by the recent buy out. Overall I would not shop here again. It isn't worth the hassle and their communication skills could use some work.

My daughter ordered from boohoo.com. She paid $18 something for 3 shirts. Upon receiving them the shirts were too small. The textbot on the website said to send the items back and she would need to pay an additional $4 in shipping to return the items. She only received $7 back in a refund and "customer service" gave her the run around about getting the full refund. According to customer service because the items/service was carried out, they wont refund the initial shipping. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never order from the site again and will be contacting the better business bureau about how unprofessional they really are!
Since a bunch of my favourite influencers recommended Boohoo, I decided to splurge some of my hardly earned money (as a student) for some of their clothes. Out of 6 items I'm satisfied with none. I wore my new Boohoo leopard t-shirt dress today for 6 hours, the seams around the neckline came apart, the leather skirt looks way worse than on the site (the 'leather look' is such horrible quality), a white tee, which is so hard to screw up, is completely seethrough, the floral jersey dress also came ripped, and the two belts I got are very sharp to touch and look really cheap. Boohoo are just not what they say they are, even though the low price makes it obvious, that the quality won't be the best, I was still very disappointed. I hope no other students that work hard for their money decide to make the same mistake as I, don't shop at Boohoo.

I paid for express shipping (3-6 business days. At most) it's been a month now & my orders are lost, & there's no tracking found or updated.

This was my third time ordering from boohoo. First two times were alright ( sent me wrong size shoe the first time which I didn't care). This last time though has done it for me. I ordered a dress for my friends wedding as well as a new swim suit. Paid express shipping. I get notification from fed ex saying package is delayed. It's been three weeks still no package. I call fed ex they said package arrived empty. I contact boohoo demanding a refund and they said I have to give it until July 3rd. What they are doing is theft taking money and not giving what you pay for. Avoid this site at all costs
The worst customer service in the world. My parcel has been missing for the last 24days, numerous emails sent and all of them I receive a pathetic automated respond. NO-ONE can tell me where my parcel is. Now try getting a refund what a nightmare. They a bunch of scammers, running what is supposed to a legitimate online fashion company but instead it's taking g money for items that probably don't or will never be received! They need to be shut down!
Delivery never arrives on time, even when you pay for extra. Items arrived holes in them which I had to sew- it took so long to get delivered, I didnt want to risk doing and exchange and delivery all over again. Quality shabby. The customer service from the email team was rubbish.
I ordered a petite size 10 coat. I am 5foot 2 inches, and weigh 8 stone 9 pounds. This coat arrived which went down to my ankles, I need arms like an orangutan as the sleeves are about 8" to long, I could have got another person in the coat with me in fact my 6foot 25 stone grandson tried it on it fitted him perfectly although the sleeves were still too long. Will never buy from them again, Hopefully I get my money back

Liars! Have messed my daughter around for over 24 hours about her order and then only tell the truth when I step in. They told us the order was dispatched on the 1st January and today they tell me it's still at the warehouse... clearly have no regard for customer service or even care that much. They have said reorder the goods for next day delivery today and then claim a refund! So basically pay out twice and then wait ages for a refund. Am I confident if I do this I will get the dress by tomorrow... errrrr NO! Rest assured we will not be using you ever again!
Ordered from Canada, received my package 9 days after ordering. I ordered a blazer and a dress.
The blazer was quite thin, although the material was still fairly good quality considering the price, and it also looks great! Doesn't fit awkwardly or anything. The only problem I had was that there was a lot of threads sticking out here and there. Some of them were loose and I could easily pull out, others I will have to cut the ends.
The dress was also as depicted in the picture. The material is a little cheaper in quality, but overall the dress looks great and true to size. I can't complain too much about the material considering the price.
Overall, I really feel that I got what I paid for, and they were quick with sending the package, so great first impression.
