I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
Horrible, customer service non existent. I purchased a wrap dress $107 all said and done, it shows up and no belt, making the wrap dress useless without it. It's always something when you order with this "company" you order a size 12, they'll send you a size 18…. I've emailed multiple times and no answer, no one replies on the live chat either. Really upset about this experience.

If I can skip giving a star I would. I ordered back in Jan. 11,2023 and paid with my credit card. It said that the courier is expecting my dress but till now I have 1/29/23 not gotten my order. I contacted my credit card company and reported it. Credit co. Is disputing my order through Boohoo. I should have looked at their reviews which is bad and would have saved me from all this disappointment. I have never in my life ordered and not get my orders online till now!
I am appalled - boohoo messed up my order and sent me completely wrong sizes and they are asking me to complete a form and wait 14 days for a refund after i have spent hundreds of pounds with their company! It is ridiculous that they still continue as a business when they make so many mess ups and the customer always has to pay for it. Not any more! I am not filling out stupid return forms for the items you have messed up for me... i am not a size 8, im a 12 so therefore this should be dealt with immediately - not after 14 days! The customer care is a disgrace and i will let the world know about this!
Boohoo is such a joke with their prices. The jack them up high and try to put it on sale. The amount fluctuates all the time it's never a consistent amount. They are always 60% off but today is their Black Friday so I put it to the rest. When I went online to see if there was really going to be sale what they do is increase the amount t of each item then put it on sale. Everyone needs to be aware of this!
I returned a coat because it was too big and the quality was terrible. I got an email saying they received my item and that I should expect a refund. After about a month I reached out to them because I hadn't received it yet. I was told that they had already issued my refund. I sent them screenshots of my bank statements from the date of purchase to the date of this email correspondence, clearly showing I had not received my refund. They responded by saying they already issued it. I then went back and forth (for months at this point), sending my proof at least 6 times, each time receiving the same bull$#*! answer signed by different employees every time. Don't waste your money on these overpriced cheaply made clothes, or time trying to communicate with their customer service bots.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They are scammers! I order my items over two weeks ago. I got an email letting me know that my item will be in route soon then on the 7th May I got an email stating that there was a shipment delay. Even when I logged in on my account through then it said my item was delayed. So I put in "query " to try and done our where my items are. The representative messaged me back saying my item was delivered on May 5th. How is that possible when two days after that I got an email saying it was delayed. Then I speak to another representative she tells me I have to put in another query. Just constant runaround. They take your money but you don't get your product.
I returned a bunch of items, which added up to over $100, and I have yet to receive my refund. It has been two months, and even though I contacted their team many times, they say they would refund, but they never do. This site is a huge scam, do not waste any time even looking at their clothes, it is junk quality and their customer service is the worst.
This is seriously the worst online store I've ever ordered anything. The products are much worse quality than the pictures on the website show and I had to return everything I ordered (two dresses, a bag and a necklace). This has never happened to me before and I buy most of my clothes and accessories online. Even worse is their absolutely horrible customer service, or more like lack of it. I had to contact them because I had some issues with the return package and both the answers in their official Facebook site and their email customer "service" were rude and snotty. I will never ever order from them again and highly recommend to stay as far a way as possible.
Scammers and full of $#*!. When you return, they will take forever to refund you or try to find a reason not to refund you at all. False advertising. They advertise free returns but will charge you when its time to return your item. Also as Bradley S. Stated in the review from 4/14/20, they play dumb as if they do not know what you returned when you clearly went through their return portal to generate your return. They told me that same BS about waiting 28 days before they would process my refund.
The worst cust clothes I have every bought. I bought a black and red polka dot skater skirt. Firstly the sizes are completely out, the come up much smaller than the actual size (perhaps made in China!) and secondly the material has been cut awfully! The skirt goes way up in the middle with the sides almost 2 inches longer. It looks ridiculous!
I ordered a occasion dress with sequin top half. Did the online sizing to save time. It is very tight on the bust but the rest of the dress fit perfectly! Its gorgeous and really decent quality. Exactly what I wanted to get when I ordered it from the pic... Can't wait to see what I get next

I recently ordered a shirt and jeans from Boohoo. The website was easy to use with an overwhelming amount of items to choose from. I received my items just a few days after ordering them. Shipping was surprisingly fast; however, the quality and fit of the items were much less impressive. I went by the sizing chart to a t. The shirt I received was way too small, but the jeans fit. Unfortunately, even though the jeans were the correct size, they weren't a comfortable or flattering fit. They were tight in the wrong places. The quality of the clothing was also less than ideal. Overall, I would not recommend boohoo for clothes.
I placed an order for a jacket on 10/9/16 and paid for express shipping. It is now 10/18/16 and I have yet to receive my item. I contacted them asking where my order was. They then responded with a link to track my order. The tracking number was not even a valid tracking number. I had to contacting them again via Twitter and was basically told a bunch of lies. I asked about being refunded my 15 that I paid for express shipping and the representative claims that she did that for me. Anyway I'm still waiting to see if my package will show up. I'm never shipping with boohoo again. Only reason I did this time is because I ordered a bomber from them earlier this year and got it within two days. I don't know what's wrong with them now.
I am absolutely repulsed by this company. After receiving my order that was of terrible quality and unlike the photos online, I paid a decent amount of money at the postage store to return my order. The Boohoo customer service was unbelievably rude and after a month of waiting still claimed they did not have my order. This is not possible as I have tracking on the purchase. I am now out $100 and completely repulsed by the way the company has gone about their business. The most dishonest and fraudulent online shopping experience I have EVER had!
This company just fob you off! They don't deliver good quality clothes, their returns service is shocking and then they don't refund you the items you return! I ordered on January 22,2023 and never received my order, I been trying to reach them through the chat bot and can never get through. Tried to email them, since there is not a customer service number, it then said my order number was invalid. This just unbelievable after reading other reviews.

The website for the return labels didn't work for me. Boohoo said to just ship it back and they would reimburse me. It costs 150.00 to send to packages to the UK... more then the items purchased. Buyers beware... know your sizing before ordering! I will never order from this company again!

Placed order in November and still haven't received it. Contacted CS last month and they said they never received my order, even after I provided proof of the money being withdrawn by BOOHOO in my bank account. Promised a refund weeks ago, and still have yet to receive any response. Scammers, waste of money and time. Not worth the effort.
I ordered seven dresses, all of them were suppose to be the same size, they all came in different sizes, and three were defective. I emailed them right away, to return the items for a refund. They ignored emails, I kept emailing, then they asked for details, they kept asking for more things like rewrite the entire items codes, send picture etc. I jumped through hoops, and they didn't want a return. I involved Paypal, we waited weeks for a response. I had a trip, and told Paypal that if they respond while I'm out of town I won't be able to reply. Paypal said it was alright, if that happens the case would close but I can reopen. This happens, I'm then informed I can't reopen, but I can start a dispute using Visa. They then lied to Visa, claiming that I haven't returned the items which is why they couldn't refund, and that I missed their return time period. But they are the ones who took MONTHS to respond to Visa, weeks to respond to Paypal, and to my emails. They did this on purpose, and found a way to prevent having to give me their address, and a return shipping label. Out of 7 dresses only 4 are wearable and they are all the wrong sizes but listed at the same size.
I was surprised with bad reviews. I ordered from Boohoo twice and first order was stuck in customs in US, but they fully refunded me and I still received my items. My second order arrived within reasonable time and I thought that the products were what you pay for, but decent quality. There are more expensive stores out there with worse quality. I will definitely order with them again.
Despite all of the negative reviews I decided to buy some clothes from this website. I ordered 10 things and they only sent me 7 of those 10 things :( on top of that I bought an item that turned out to be out of stock but they didn't refund me for it. HUGE waste of money. They're not answering my emails. The quality of the clothes is really bad. I would NOT recommend buying anything from boohoo.
Worst service I have ever had. I paid extra money to have my dress shipped quickly and it was 2 weeks late. When the dress finally came, it REEKS of perfume and has red stains near the bottom of the dress (I don't even want to know what those stains are). The dress itself feels thin and light and is not good quality. Do NOT order from here. Worse than Fashion Nova and I didn't think anything could be worse than them.
Paid for express shipping on a time-sensitive item, guaranteed 4 day delivery. 10 days later and the item still hasn't come. Contacted customer service at the 5 day mark and was told there was nothing they can do and they would not compensate, even though they had a delivery guarantee on their site when ordering.
Will not be using this site again.
