I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I ordered 2 dresses from the website. It was advertised £1.99 delivery if ordered b4 midnight that day but I was charged £4.99.
The dress that I preferred could not be delivered as was out of stock even tho it was still on the website and the other dress delivered was extremely poor quality and so was returned. The returns policy posted on the website said that if I returned my order within 14 days and cancelled my contract I would hv my delivery fee refunded too. To date and several complaint emails later they r still refusing to refund my delivery postage cost. I will never order from this website again and would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Usually I have a good experience with them but I have not received an order and have contacted customer service at least 6 times and they have failed to respond to me.
I wont be ordering anymore from them unless they resolve this issue.

Ordered two sweaters months ago, never got them. When I asked them for a refund, they refused because they had started an "inquiry". After months of not hearing back, I demanded a refund but I have since changed my debit card and will not get my money back. DO NOT order boohoo!
Ordered boots. They came defective. To get a full refund you have to send them back wait up to 21 days for refund THEN send them a message telling them you got your refund nd then they will refund your shipping charges in another 21 days
Protect yourself dont order from them.

First, I should say that I haven't even received my products... however, I'm very frustrated because I paid extra to have this outfit shipped to me in 2-3 business days for an event and I have yet to receive it 6 days later. I emailed customer service, and they said that it will arrive on the 17th of April... that's an additional 3 days... and the event that I wanted this outfit for was yesterday. Sent another email back requesting to have my money back for the "fast" shipping... waiting for a response. This will be MY LAST purchase from this company... I'll be sure to tell everyone I know never to purchase from this company. Worst experience I have ever had, bad enough to make me write a review which I have NEVER done. Wish I would have read these other 1 star reviews prior to ordering.
One of the pieces I ordered was too big for me, so I had to return it. They gave me the return label as they promised, I made sure I was doing the right thing by dropping it in the package box at the post office, but two weeks have gone by without a refund! I emailed them but they aren't giving me a straight answer and asking me to come up with info that they should have on file. Not cool, a total waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.
I ordered a pair of the suede creepers from boohoo because they were a British site which shipped to Canada. Upon ordering I got my shipping free (not sure if it was a promo or normal) and prices were great. I noticed it said they pay for duties and taxes, which is important because I don't like in the UK. After I ordered, I read some troubling reviews, and just prayed that I wouldn't have any problems. No problems at all. They came in the amount of time boohoo had said they would, they had the correct tracking info and I had no problems with duties and taxes. I absolutely love the shoes, they're great quality and a true to size 10 (Canadian) fit. I would recommend this site because I had no issues! Will be buying from them again.
I ordered clothes with 7 day shipping and my items still haven't arrived almost 3 weeks later. I contacted customer service and they told me that they needed to "investigate" my order and to give them two weeks to "investigate" my order. They won't do any refunds until my items have arrived. Extremely poor customer service. Firstly, sent two emails which date back to 2 weeks ago but have still not received any response to either.
Tried to speak with the team via WhatsApp - got a different person each time each of whom did not read the previous notes so the conversation dragged on due to them not reading this correctly.
Then when I was passed to a ‘manager' - Nicha - they offered me a £5 voucher to solve my complaint. Being well aware that nothing on that site is £5 and that I would have to spend more of my own money to even use the supposed complaint resolution. When I stated this, I got a very sarcastic and patronising message back stating they were happy to resolve this for me and that they would be closing my complaint. I advised that I was not satisfied with this outcome and they stated it was closed and they were happy to help again. Absolutely appalling service.

I was nervous at first to order from here because it was so cheap and when I placed my order it took a little while for my confirmation email to come. Within an hour, though, I got the confirmation email and my stuff came 9 days later and I have no complaints. I'm very happy with all my things and they don't look cheap at all.
Where is my $#*!ing package, I should've had a shipping label created more than two weeks ago. This is a waste of my money, and my order should've been delivered 8 days after I made my purchase and they have yet to ship it.
I will NEVER buy from them again! They have to ship your product from the UK! I paid standard shipping which they say takes 10 business days... make that a month instead. Worst ever for shipping! I bought my product a month in advance.

I am so surprised to see so many negative reviews that made me hesistant to order from boo hoo at first but I took my chances because of all the cute clothes they have. It was hard to resist and I absolutely LOVE the site. Everything is so cheap and the quality is amazing! I've ordered something every week since the first visit on the website. I just love it!
It takes forever to get to you, but I felt I got a lot of stuff for only $100. The sizing isn't consistent across the board, but I had better luck with their sizing than I've had with Pacsun! A few loose strings on clothing here and there, but the jean jacket I ordered looks and smells like real denim, and maybe one out of the 7 things I got was made from that scratchy polyester fabric so common at F21. I ordered a pair of boots from there and they are really well made! I wear them all the time. It seems like a lot of people have issues with refunds, though, although I haven't needed to make any trades. I would shop with them again.
Order sent to another state and lost! Customer service was extremely unresponsive, so several items were out of stock by the time we finally got to talk to someone. Promised 2 day shipping of the replacement items they had and then that was rescinded. Shipping and customer service departments completely incompetent. Dont bother trying to call anyone there they wont address customer service issues anywhere but online and theyll address them BADLY!

Lost my order they kept sending me emails saying 48 hours it will be here. Now a month later still no order or anything reached out to customer service they tell me another 48 hours they to apologize for the delay a free delivery code. This company is based in the UK (so if you're ordering in the US make sure you do the proper sizing)! I am a plus size woman, 42DD bra, size 20 pants/dress- I ordered one dress from BooHoo in a size 24 (which is a 20 in US sizes) to test the waters on their sizing- it fit perfectly! This is my new go-to site for ordering clothes. The prices are amazing and shipping is almost always free! True to size, maybe even slightly larger! I highly recommend BooHoo!
I returned a pair of boots on Sept 8 and they are saying they never received them! I had to open a paypal claim to see if I can be reimbursed. At least 20 emails back n forth to no avail. I asked for a supervisor for customer service and they said they had no one to oversee them. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service!
I will never, never purchase from boohoo again. I used to order from them all the time, but this most recent time was the worst experience I have ever had online shopping. I purchase multiple pairs of pants. Every single pair that I received was see-through and I don't mean just when I bent over. I mean I held it up when I took it out of the package and it was like mesh netting, I could see everything in my room. I reached out to them, they advised me to send it back for a full refund. Not only did they make me pay for shipping back, but didn't refund me the correct amount. When I emailed them letting them know, they simply told me there wasn't anything they could do and apologized. What a terrible customer service business. I am left with no items and lost over $15. Avoid boohoo at all costs.
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The delivery was extremely slow. The merchandise very poor quality, it looked nothing like the online image and was sized incorrectly. I undoudtedly returned the horrid purchase, only to be told they never received it and would not refund me. I explained the issue and the company would not take it on good will unlike sites like the iconic.

Boohoo bad service, if you order something you paid the fees for your order then if you return, you pay the fees for your return plus they keep the shipping payment, so you end loosing around $20 or depending on from your here you ordered it.
