I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
Placed an order with Boohoo which included 99p delivery was charged £4.99. I thought this was a system error and contacted the the customer service team (Ace and Kiana). They refused to refund the amount first said the offer was wrong, so I took a screen shot and even then would not refund the small amount of £4. (The order was nearly £200 btw).
They offered £1 and then free delivery off the next order. I would never order from them again so what use is this.

They kept saying that my item was stuck in US customs and gave me a fake tracking number. After contacting them they kept saying they were sorry it got lost and I had to wait. It was supposed to get here by December 21st and it is now December 29th. They refuse to give me any sort of refund for their mistake. Terrible Customer Service.
You pay for what you get. You cannot expect the best quality for something that is so affordably priced. I have ordered from here on many occasions and I have had zero issues. Most of the time the clothes appear like on the sit, but not always. Clothes also tend to fit me pretty well.
I work at a car dealership so I purchased several dressy items for work. They arrived super fast, unfortunately they did not fit. So I returned them, if you were able to return and size up I would have! Anyway, it took a couple months but I did get a full refund after sending them my proof of postage as they did say they did not get my package. After going back and forth a couple days I received my refund.
Do not order from a company that you can't speak to directlyI placed an order paid for quick shipping receive my order three weeks later. Never received any tracking information. When I receive my package I had all the wrong shoe sizes. Haven't been able to speak with anyone directly because they have no customer service number. When I receive my order did not receive a shipping label with the order. So they constantly keep telling me to DM them but they never respond. I have yet to receive my correct shoe sizes.!
Ordered 3 items, which were delivered in a timely matter. I tried everything on and none of it fit, so I put everything back in the original packaging with original receipt, put the return label on and went to the post office. First of all, their return label is just their address. You have to pay for the return. Fine. I mailed everything back, WITH a tracking number. Nearly a month later, there is no refund. I have emailed them twice. The first time, the customer service person emailed me back saying the items haven't been received. I provided her with the tracking number that gives the day and time of arrival, and never heard back. A couple days later, I received a standard form email thanking me for my interest in returning an item. I responded, again with the tracking number and my order number. I stated that the items were in fact received, and I want a return ASAP. Once again, no reply. Definitely do not recommend buying from here.
I ordered 3 dresses and didn't receive the one I wanted, when I told them, they said they hav checked the cctv footage and saw that my dresses where packed, all 6 tokens were packed. Funny cause I only ordered 3 items, when I mentioned this they said sorry a they missed typed, it was meant to be 3, a load of bull! Then when I asked to look at the footage they saw they said, for my peace of mind they said no cause of privacy. So am I meant to go off by there own words? Pathetic really! Never ordering again!

Im a regular shopper with boohoo.com and i have been for years. The first time i placed my order i realized that their sizes are a little bigger than i would normally expect the size to be. So ive always placed a smaller dress size order (i'm usually a size 8- but i'd order a size 6 from boohoo). I've never had a problem with their clothes. The delivery has always come on time and ive never felt the need to return the clothes. I believe that you get what you pay for - granted i will look for bargains but i really love their style steals range - its so multi-funtional.
So whereas I've never had to deal with a returns policy if you are looking for something that's not going to cost an arm and a leg but will still look good i'd recommend this site. I'd just order a smaller size and you should be okay!
I've got no complaints about this site and i'd highly recommend it to anyone - so i'll continue to spend my buck there :)

I ordered an item from Boohoo. 2 weeks later 6 fraudulent charges appeared on my account. 4 from the UK. 2 from boohoo. They all appeared on the same day and ranged from $214 to $328. If you are from the United States please do not do business with this company!
Such a scam this company! Never buying again! I ordered jacket 6 size they sent me 12, the biggest size possible! For sure they were sold out of my size and they didn't care to send wrong size. Didint send even return label! It's going directly to the trash!
I would never use again. Paid for next day delivery and the order still isnt here 6 days later. No tracking available and the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. All done through messenger, email or twitter. Slow replies and not solving the issue at all. Never again!
I paid for premier delivery and because I was actually using it Boohoo revoked it. It says nothing in their T and c's about what is considered misuse. I asked for proof that I had misused the premier delivery service but that did not happen. They are ageist and a joke.
I recently made an online purchase of the Presidential Box from Stately, and I couldn't be more disappointed with the entire experience. The clothes I received were of shockingly low quality and very random styles. It was almost like I received a pile a clothes that retailers couldn't sell and just threw away.
I clearly ordered size 6 maternity clothes and when I checked my order again a couple of days after purchasing I saw that they changed it to size 10! If I just have to put 0 reviews I will not going to purchase to them again
Do not even waste your time on their scams! I ordered my items on cyber monday and today is 12/20, I have emailed them a couple times and not one thing has arrived! This is ridiculous and my last time ever ordering from this bs website.
I love boohoo! -it's affordable-and generally good quality-for the price and I have always received prompt refund s with anything I have not thought was worth the money-easy to use website-remember s what you have looked at-will always use them above similar sites, many thanks boohoo!

This company are fraudsters they make you pay extra on express shopping when it takes a standard of 5 days delivery regardless. They don't answer emails and if they do are very rude and deceiving. I wish I listened to all the reviews before I wasted a few hundred dollars. BUYER BEWARE.
I've bought a dress five months ago but the quality was very bad and that dress didn't fit me. For this reason, I sent it back it to boohoo.com the same day I received it, asking the reimbursement (on their website they wrote they refund you).
I haven't received my money back even if I contact boohoo.com thousand times on facebook and they did NOT REFUND me!
I had placed 2 orders simultaneously within a few days because they messed up my first order. My fave item was suddenly cancelled of course. They have no customers service number, just e-mAil they never replied to. I had to take to twitter to get any response. Even then they were useless, didn't care i was upset aNd basically said i was SOL. Also its obvious their CS Twitter is over seas and baRely connected to the company. After many frustrating complaints i finally told them i would never be ordering again aNd how upset i was and they said "sorry you feel that way " and ignored my request for a supervisor. SO FRUSTRATING and sad i was excited for them, they wont last with horrible service. Smh
I ordered some clothes for the first time on this website, thinking it had a good rating. After returning the clothes that i did not want, it then took 5 months, 3 emails and countless amounts of phone calls (all of which were charged of course!) i eventually got a refund. However, it doesn't stop there! The amount refunded was less than what i payed for the clothes in the first place. Not only did I pay for postage, sending the items back and the phone calls I now payed money for some clothes I don't even have!
Don't use the webiste unless you want to loose a lot of money and time over it!
Awful experience with this website. I ordered size 8 boots, assuming it was US sizes since it just said "8," and I was ordering from a US computer. Minutes after I ordered, I sent customer service an email to double check that I ordered US 8. It took 36 HOURS for someone to respond, and she did not even look into my order, even though there was time to fix it before it had been shipped. She sent me: "As we are a UK company the sizing is converted at the checkout to UK sizing. You are able to compare these sizes to your desired size using our size guide." She clearly did not even read my email! Absolutely terrible customer service. I emailed back explaining AGAIN that I wanted to confirm that I ordered a US size 8, but by the time they emailed back, my wrong-size shoes had arrived at my house. I was informed that they do not offer an exchange service, and had to pay almost $10 to return the stupid shoes. Boohoo is a waste of your time and money.
Worst experience ever. I ordered a few items that came up to $103 on June 19. Chose standard shipping so I was suppose to get the items within 8 business days. I had ordered from boohoo in the past and never had a issue. On June 30th I received a email saying that my order would be delayed for 4 business day due to the 4th of July. It is now July 16 and I received another email saying there was some technical issue so I would not be getting my order! I really needed these items for a vacation but now my time and money was wasted! Never ordering from here again!
This company is a scam. I ordered on Dec 27th few products and I choose express shipping and I never received the order. Customer service tells me every week that I need to wait one more week. UPS tracking does not move never and they said they cannot refund me. Do not buy in this crap store.

I returned the item purchased just as instructed. Even after 3 weeks passed after post office confirmed delivery, they continued to claim that they never received the delivery. Thy never refunded me even though I provided the confirmation to them. I wish I read the bad reviews before I ordered. How are they able to get away with this?
