I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
They were supposed to send me the parcel until max July 23rd. I never received the parcel. I emailed teh customer service, no reply. I started using twitter. The only response was: we are going through messages. After 1 month still no result. I paid in advance, so I guess my money is gone :( Never buy there again.
This company have owed me money for two months and despite emailing 12 X I get the same response every time - 'Please wait 30 days' well it has been 70 days!
I have emailed over proof of postage and provided everything they have asked for.

I've purchased from this site 2-3 times in the past and always received what I ordered. I complained about overpaying duties due to a human error and boohoo dealt with my situation promptly. I don't know why people are dissatisfied with this company.
The only reason i'm not rating it 5 stars is because of the inconsistency of product quality. Some of them are great, some of them seem flimsy and cheap.
I find the customer service better than any other place I have ever shopped online. They email you when your order is placed, when your order ships, when your order is 3 business days away, and when your order arrives at your doorstep. The clothing is a good price and is frequently on sale, making the prices even more reasonable. The clothing itself isn't the best quality in the entire world, but it definitely exceeds what you pay for since you do not have to pay very much. It is a trendy store with reasonable prices and exceptional customer service and I can find no complaints :)
Boohoo, have taken my money, I've got 3 emails from them saying they will be refund my money, it's now 10 days and nothing, there customer service is awful. They don't reply to your emails. Please don't buy anything from them as you will never get your money back. I wish I looked at there Facebook page nothing but people asking for there money back, there a scam.

I buy my clothes online a lot and I was very hesitant to buy from boohoo, but I went ahead and decided to try it and I'm really glad I did. As long as you know what you're getting, you won't be disappointed. I mean, come on. The clothes are cheap, you are not going to get great quality. I got some cute, trendy summer dresses that I can throw on and look great. The ones that didn't fit, I sent back and the amount was credited right back to my credit card.
Be smart about your purchase. Read the reviews, so you know about the sizing and quality... place your order and you're good to go. Happy customer here. I'll definitely order again.
I have never done business with this company, yet two charges to them showed up on my credit card. After reading the reviews here, I wouldn't be surprised if this is a bogus company in business only to take your money. Order your stuff from somewhere else.
When I saw their sale I got so happy I went on ordering a bunch of stuff. The first suspicious thing was the 10.00$ shipping! I waited almost 2 weeks and when i get my package it had rips! Another suspicious thing! The dresses I bought were see through the material was alll see through worse quality than rainbow! Please dont order from here! Im scared I need to return this garbage but I think they robbed my money!
I'm having a small wedding and didn't want to pay a lot of money for a dress. I ordered 2 and got them both within a week. Even shipped from the UK and I'm in Canada! I paid about $50/dress and love them both. No holes in the lace and sizing was perfect on one, but the other ran a bit big. I was very wary after reading the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I got my dress from boohoo. I don't think I could find a better deal. We'll see how it goes when I have to return one of them.
I am absolutely ashamed that I didn't take my friends advice when I ordered from boohoo. On a Saturday night I ordered four dresses for a party the next weekend, and on the site they promised my dress to be delivered in 3-5 working days. So I've waited all week, I'd already been charged for the dresses and I was expecting that they would have been dispatched on Monday, however Thursday night I received an email "Your items have been dispatched, we expect them to reach you on Tuesday 7th, thank you for shopping with us". Now I'm sure that next Tuesday is not 3-5 days? So thanks to Boohoo I am now without a dress for the party, so my Saturday night is ruined. Thank you. (Also don't bother contacting customer services, they may reply quickly but it's pointless.)

I almost didn't buy from this site after reading so many poor reviews. But I am so glad I did. I ordered my goods on the Friday, I was given tracking information which was updated continually and my goods arrived on the following Thursday. The items were of good quality, reflecting the cost of each item. Cut was great. The sizing is fairly standard if a little on the smaller side. Luckily I allowed for this and ordered the size up, which was a perfect fit. Very reasonably priced items. I would definitely recommend Boohoo.
I had my boohoo package stolen off my porch. The post office isn't suppose to leave packages if no one is home per request by me for this happening before. After numerous attempts to get ANYTHING from the post office, I contacted boohoo and told them what had happened and that I filed a police report and was in contact with the post office. There customer service was great and helped me figure out a solution. Thanks BooHoo!
My package did not arrive, customer service takes 30 minutes or more to contact. You can not call them, only chat or email available. I was told I had to wait 30 days to "confirm" package was lost before I could even get a refund. Will never order anything from them again.
I received my order today, and out of the 8 pieces, there wasn't a single piece that was decently made or wearable. All items were see-through and thin and were made with a weird t-shirt material, and it just wasn't cute. Also, just learned that they paid their worker close to nothing and were exposed for exploration... so best to stay away from this disgusting website.
Its been a month, where my $#*! at?… Oh standard shipment takes up to 8 days they say! Ight, here i am a month later, where my $#*! at? Then I decided to get on here, and look at the comments just to find out the quality is terrible, refunds are impossible, and customer service is broken. Wow! When I received my package in December of 2016 one of my items was damaged and quite worn looking so I contacted boohoo for a return following all the steps. I was told that I would receive a refund for the shipping cost for sending the faulty item back and after countless e-mails explaining my story over and over again I have still yet to be refunded and it is April 8th 2017 (4 months and no refund). Most disturbing customer service experience!
Every thing is pretty crap. The quality is bad and the shorts I've posted I literally got YESTERDAY. The sweatpants I got are already ripping a little at the seams and they're loose on me, I didn't get them too small. Won't be ordering again that's for sure. Would highly recommend avoiding this brand!
Do NOT order from this website unless you want to just throw your money in the trash. Their clothes are horrifically poor quality and just forget it if you want to issue a return. They will claim they never received your item and refuse to give your money back. Unbelievable horrible company!
I seriously do not understand the amount of bad reviews on this website. I was skeptical to purchase from here at first because of it but now I am fricken obsessed with this website! It's like I need rehab. The clothing is fine quality, it's better than forever 21 and that's where most people shop and they love it. The shipping is extremely fast considering I live in Michigan and the clothes come from the UK, I've never had a single issue and I seriously buy from here like once a week. I'm obsessed. Made an order of a raincoat 23/09/23. Since I didn't get in in 4 weeks I made a request of a missing item. Got a response rather quickly with a link to check the parcel delivery.
As of today 27/10/23 after more than a month a parcel is still shown to be in China. Made another request- got same automatic response! You cannot claim a refund as a time for delivery is until 12/12/23 if you ordered 23/09/23! Is it delivered somewhere from Mars?
100% Fraud!
The clothes look great on the website but in person there is something wrong with the way the clothes are designed and cut. They don't hang properly and the proportions are off. The materials don't lay correctly. I've never seen anything like it.

This maybe long. I ordered some clothes for an event. I had a particular outfit in mind. When I received my order, the pants I prepared to wear was the wrong size. I reached out and informed them they asked me to send pictures and I did. I asked for my expedited shipping to be refunded. I was told no because I ordered the wrong size. I corrected the association with proof boohoo was wrong and asked for a supervisor. No one reached out until I went to instagram. Then another associate again told me that it was my fault. So I sent pictures for the second time. Then they said ok, you're right but since the other items were on time they weren't going to refund me. I had 3 service failures including, the insult of being wrongly corrected by boohoo. 15 dollars is all I asked for and I was denied.
I ordered a sweater, two weeks later I received a jacket. I immediately got in contact with the company and returned the jacket and requested a refund. This was my first time buying from this company. My refund came two months later after I that to practically beg for my money. This company is horrible. Never again.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company. She in has the same items, cheaper, best customer service and way better shipping time. I ordered clothes from this people and first I have to wait 2 days to get in contact with someone who can help me, ny package is lost and there is nothing they can do they made me have to wait 20 days for them to be able to do something about it, they won't return my money nor send me my clothes. WORST customer service and service overall EVER.
