I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
So surprised about amount of bad reviews. I ordered 3 dresses and they told me it will arrive on June 6. Today is June 6, I opened my door, and my items were right there waiting for me to bring inside. I am satisfied with the dresses, only 1 of them doesn't fit, but I did that on purpose to reach my goal to fit in a small ;) but other than that, I would definately buy from this site again. It's cheap and the order comes one the date they stated it would come! :)
Very poor customer service. Ordered a product and received a cheaper brand. Boohoo refusing to refund the difference even though it's their fault! As you can the quality difference!
If you order something you cant or they cant even cancel the order.
I've been a customer with them for a long time and when something goes wrong and you try to get help not interested! Never using again!
I ordered 2 dresses for NYE
After waiting for 3 weeks to receive my order I finally got my packages and they sent to me the incorrect size on one of my items. There is no phone numbers to reach Boohoo so I sent an email. Their response was rude and robotic.
Boohoo refused to take responsibility for their shipping error and send out my correct item. They are very unprofessional. Will never shop with them again
I received an email today from Harriett who has assisted with the refund of this order. Although it did take a long time and a lot of back and forth messages she was able to help me resolve the issue.

Return tracking showed delivery complete. A representative said they had the return. When I received no refund after a month I followed up. They demanded my tracking receipt even though the representative confirmed they revived my return. They would not accept the word of their own representative and will not refund for a return they have received. They now have my money and their clothing back. This is called a scam.
Of course I was a little skeptical about this company because of all the mixed reviews I had read before buying from their online store. I was worried my order would take forever to get to me, if at all. But low and behold my order took the standard 8 days to get to me(it would have even got to me a day early if it wasnt for USPS being closed on Halloween). And the products were great quality for being 50% off. Everything looked like how it was presented online. I will say the only downside about this company is that they ship their products from over seas so the first couple of days there was no tracking, no word on the whereabouts of my order and I did freak out a little bit and contacted their customer service a bunch of times which is what I think a lot of people writing reviews on here experienced. You just have to trust in the company I guess and cut them a little slack. Will be buying again from them definitely.
Trying to return stuff and to get my money back no one replies to emails and when you call them they say they can't take calls so disappointed not only with service but thinking i will loose 50 pounds as they seem dodgy
Their sizing is way off, made a huge order of clothing in my normal size and some a little larger to be baggy, yet absolutely none of it fit, not even the larger items! Sent all of it back, ordered again with different clothes bigger sizes, some things fit but others didn't even though they were the same fabric and size. Sent all of that back too, completely pointless. Even shoes in my normal size didn't fit!
I ordered from Boohoo US site earlier this month because they had everything on the site 50% off. I took the chance and ordered almost $200 worth of stuff for 1/2 the price. I also chose the Super Save shipping which at the time of purchase was $0. My delivery tracking said it would take about a week 1/2 to get here and it came 5 days earlier. I am a size 2 US, I ordered everything in a size 4 and it all fit perfectly. Very pleased with my experience and also lucky it seems like others have had a bad experience.
I had placed an order and immediately I received an email about cancellation. If the items were not in stock why do you still list it on your website? I will never buy anything from boohoo nor recommend it to anyone. I will wait for my refund!
Communication from the company was excellent. Kept me up to date on the shipping and tracking with multiple emails. My dress arrived within 5 business days.
I wear a six normally, and was worried that the dress I ordered (only available in size 8) would be too large. Reviews that state the sizes run small are true, this size 8 dress fits perfectly. It was inexpensive and is nicely made. This site reminds me on Missguided, a company I enjoy shopping with.

Their service is terrible! They didn't send me what I ordered. I sent it back 3 weeks ago and there is no response or verification that the transaction is being corrected. It's like they took the return pocketed the money and moved on. Which is fraud. I suppose they stay in business via their marketing. They market themselves well and the prices are cheap. The clothes look cheap too but you get what you pay for. So what is the window for waiting for them to fix things? 6 weeks? After that I'll seek legal action.
As the previous reviewer, I was skeptical to order, because of so many bad reviews, BUT I went ahead and ordered. I'm glad I did. Their stuff is very trendy. It's very affordable (they usually have 50% on all the time) and once you figure out what size works best for you (I did have to return a few things due to wrong size), it's seamless. I live in the US. The order was processed fast. I chose regular shipping both times and was ok with waiting a few days for it. Returns are just as easy. There's a US address you send your items to for a flat fee. It's all easily done through their site and you get a return label. I got my refund about a week later after it was delivered to their address. Never once did I have to contact customer service. In conclusion, once I need another round of sexy and trendy clothes, I'll be pulling up their site on my phone. Don't be afraid! Order what looks good to you! And just be patient.
This site is an alright site. It's based in the United Kingdom and has generally low prices on trendy items. Not everything is good quality. I bought a t-shirt that had a slight hole in it but I was able to repair it. They have really affordable leggings. The good thing about this site is that it has free shipping to the United States if you spend over $25 US Dollars. When I ordered a pair of leggings that went out of stock, they responded quickly to my inquiry about what happened and the money was credited back to my credit card.

Needed a dress for a birthday, ordered it two weeks ago, been told it will arrive within 5 working days, and now two days before the birthday still don't have anything.
They said they tried to deliver which they didn't has I was at the location all day, no one ever came.
Now they decided they will deliver one a day which I won't be here as I'm traveling back, at an address 20min away from the address I have paid to be delivered to!
Customer service absolutely helpless that can't even refund me when they haven't been able to deliver a service I have paid for. And I have now nothing to wear and will have to rush to get something else!

I have ordered clothing from variety of websites and have never been this disappointed. I payed $15 for expedient shipping and it's been nearly two weeks and I am yet to receive my package. I tried contacting customer service and have had no luck. UPS also does not have my tracking information. I was also told by multiple friends that they experienced the same thing. It's the first and will be the last time I ever order from this website. Between customer service, reliability and shipment it has been my absolute worse online shopping experience.

Don't use it unless you'd like to wait an endless about of time for your package and have no reliable customer service agents.
I was skeptical of buying from this site but I ordered while i was 16 weeks pregnant so I could afford it to come a little late. Everything arrived on time and I had a tracking number. Everything fits! Quality isn't the best but will work well for maternity. Cant beat the prices! Would definitely buy again!
I've been ordering stuff from Boohoo for about 2 years now and have not had any problems. Shipping usually takes about 2 weeks, so if I need something for a specific time, I plan ahead. I've never had issues with returns. Clothes fit true to size and they usually have some sort of sale going on everyday.
I ordered on Boohoo.com because they have cute clothes. The dress that I received did not fit me right so rather than deal with the hassle of returning it I just gave it to a friend. That's not my main issue though. A few weeks after I made the order online someone attempted to use my credit card out of the country for a bogus transaction. I have NEVER had any issues with my credit card being hacked until I made the purchase through Boohoo.com but thankfully Chase caught it before the transaction was processed. Be careful.
Only giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option. Absolutely shocking service! They sent me the wrong item, and after requesting a bunch of information some of which had never been shared with me (like the product code of the random wrong item they sent) they refused to send the correct item, even though the screw-up was entirely on their end and the item had been ordered for an occasion so was time sensitive. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and money!

The company is a joke. Customers service really sucks. Sent wrong item, I contacted them on several occasions and no feedback. I am sitting on a jacket which I never ordered and my dresses of much higher value never arrived. Boohoo won't even give me the time of the day to respond. I buy a lot on line but this is the worst online experience I have ever encountered. Are they hiring illiterates and truly dump ppl? The whole company is a laughing joke. Get you act together and my money back otherwise I am reporting you to the ombudsman...
I received my first order after two weeks to US. Granted the prices are cheap but the quality is terrible. Im a frugal shopper but I have bought better clothes for cheaper. Will never order again. Shipping back would be to expensive as it is only free within the UK.
Like the title says, Boohoo sells trash with terrible customer service. My package has been lost for over 3 weeks and Boohoo will do nothing to resolve the situation. Fedex has informed me they are receiving numerous package from Boohoo that arrive completely empty. Then Boohoo makes it impossible to receive a refund for a package that never even showed up. Screw Boohoo and their awful customer service. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's crap.
I recently found this website and am so sad I didn't find it earlier! The material/quality to price ratio is amazing. I hear some people online compare it to Forever 21, but I have never received anything close in comparison from Forever 21. Boohoo's clothes are very on trend, but at a reasonable price. You can almost always get 40-60% off and $10 shipping. This is a UK website and I live in Eastern Canada. I have never received a product later than 7 business days, which is pretty amazing if you ask me. I do understand some people have had issues with the shipping, it just hasn't happened to me in the 6 times I've ordered from them.
Looking for some clothes for upcoming summer, I have run across boohoo website in UK. There I have seen very interesting clothes, among them one beautiful yellow suit. As I did not hear before about Boohoo I was a bit afraid to place an order. I did some research and bumped into this site with all those negative comments and experiences. After reading it I just convinced myself not to buy from them. Nevertheless, I could not get the yellow suit from my head, so I have decided to take a risk. I have ordered few things. Delivery was fast, regarding the fact that I have ordered it from other country. My package arrived within 5 days. The quality of the clothes was very good if you bear in mind how much it costs. I am very happy with boohoo and will order with them again.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I think their customer service "people" might be 'bots, programmed to find keywords in your email queries and pull pre-written phrases that might (but probably don't) address your issue.

Promised date: 12/8-12/11. Perfect! Christmas party on 12/13.
Today's date: 12/18. Still no sweater, and they asked me to give it a few more days. In a few days, the sweater will be basically useless.
