I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I ordered a size 10, my order says a size 4. According to the tracking system my order should have arrived already and it didn't. I will NEVER order from them again and will tell all my friends not to do so either. No customer phone number either, very suspect. They'll never get my business, ever again!
I absolutely love each item that I received from them. I ordered a bomber jacket, a pair of booties, and a pair of leggings. They all look great on me and I've received compliments on each item. I received these items in a timely manner and the packaging is great. The only reason I didn't give the site 5 stars is because the leggings are shorter and barely reach my ankle, but I am 5'8 so that's not too surprising. Also, the leggings look great on but they are very thin. Not see through, but I worry when I wear them that they may split down the seam so I will probably go over the seams with needle and thread so that I might get more wear out of them.
I've probably ordered from boohoo at least 20 times and I've always gotten in a week later! I live in Canada too, I don't find the quality awful or garbage at all! I buy my work shirts I wear all the time from this site and still in perfect condition! Will continue to order from this site
Placed an order about a week ago which I did the four day shopping after all the run around I'm receiving an email saying I canceled my order which I didn't... my question is what happen to my cash that came off my credit card... what I can say though this is a high level of dishonesty but it won't have a second time.

Ordered something in a US size 4 and it came in a U. K. size 4, but US size 1. I have been emailing them for weeks trying to get an exchange for the product I ordered and explained the situation very clearly with pictures to back it up and they replied that they sent me the correct size (they didn't) and can't do anything. Wish I could just return everything. Very low quality and sheer clothes. Don't look like the website.
Just wanted to express my disgust to this company and its business practices. Their clothes are trash and low quality. Returns are extremely hard and overall customer care is miserable. Just because they provide cheap clothes doesnt mean they have to source the worst quality clothing so that they can get those high margins.
I bought 2 gift cards as a birthday present to be delivered by email almost 3 weeks ago. On the recipient's birthday in September, I received an email from BooHoo that my gift cards were sent. However, they were never received. Somehow my gift cards/order number got lost in the ether and I could only prove that I bought them by sending a screenshot of the transaction from my bank app. After more than 2 weeks of hassle and daily contact with the complaints department, the gift cards were finally received. The complaints department said they requested to resend these gift cards daily but never materialised in the recipient's email box. And no compensation offered. An absolute disgrace and will never use again.

I have ordered quite a few things from Boohoo and have never been disappointed till recently.
I ordered a contour kit which arrived in terrible condition and beyond useable.
When I contacted Boohoo all seemed fine until I was told by Vikki that I would have to return this item (at my own cost according to their returns policy) in order to get a refund as the item was no longer in stock - funny since the Boohoo website still has it listed as in stock.
I find this absolutely appalling as my postage to SA would cost me more than the damn product and for what? Why should I have to pay for an item that was given to me damaged and in a terrible condition?

Order stuck in Jamaica, ny. Doesn't show any update for 5 days. I am disappointed. I was thinking to wear these clothes to see my fiance in other country. But my flight is in 2 days and it's still stuck.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I've been waiting more than a MONTH for my order. After many mails they keep asking to wait more weeks. I really wonder if i'll ever get my money back for the goods i never received. I've been seeing lots of complaints about the same issue on instagram. It has nothing to do with delays because of COVID-19, cause they never sent the items in the first place. I've got purchases from China that already were delivered and this what costed me 6 delivery costs isn't here yet. Very bad customer service too! I don't understand why the Netherlands works with such a company with allegations of workers exploitation
I live in Canada and all of my purchases from boohoo have been amazing! I am so glad I didn't listen to reviews. My advice is look closely at the pictures and use your discernment, if it looks cheap and like crappy fabric, it probably is but if it doesnt then it probably isnt. I used a Boohoo dress for my engagement photo shoot! Loved it
I ordered few items for my husband and the quality was ok. The only problem i have with them is the promotion codes... total rip off. They advertised 30, 35, 40% off and you only receive 15% at the end.
I made an order of some pearl sandals and a blouse from Boohoo online. I'm absolutely happy with this purchase, I received my stuff today and everything fits great also the material on the sandals i ordered is amazing! I wouldn't think twice about purchasing from Boohoo <3
I've bought from boohoo for quite some time and I've always had a good experience with them, always offers on next day delivery and cheap clothing but of good quality. I bought a top a few weeks ago and wore it then washed it and it came out with a hole (unusual for boohoo) but I messaged boohoo on Twitter and got such a fast response of whether I would like a replacement- I agreed to this and it's being sent out next day delivery! These things happen to clothes, but boohoos customer service has been impeccable and should be applauded for all their hard work. I will continue to shop at boohoo as always :).
Completely unprofessional service. Everytime I contact customer service they reply with the same email about my parcel and checking with couriers. It's been a month and I have not received my delivery. Completely useless and pathetic service. Starting to think I've invested in a scam.
I ordered from Boohoo a pair of overalls. When i received my order confirmation, i saw that rather than it being a size 6 the order was in a size 10. I thought i must have made the mistake of putting the wrong size. Customer Service told me they could not cancel my order and that i would have to wait for it to arrive and return it. I ordered the same item again (as i planned to wear them somewhere) and was sure to click the right size as i did not want the same mistake of having the wrong size. When i received my email confirmation, it AGAIN said a size 10. This time i knew i picked the right size the first time but that Boohoo's computer system screwed up and changed my size twice! Now i am stuck with two items of the wrong size and have to wait 21 days for a return. It is not worth even ordering from this site!
Worst customer service and delivery service ever! I do not recommend at all! They have lost my parcel and have no idea how to resolve the issue, they just push it back... and I pay next day delivery for a year! It doesn't work at all! They told me i have to wait 2 weeks to see what they can do... pathetic...

I stumbled across boohoo in search of some inexpensive yet trendy clothing. Considering it's been weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to receive it, I can neither confirm nor deny it's quality. Nonetheless, I was ecstatic to find a website like this. I should have known it was too good to be true. I paid twice as much for the dress as I did for express shipping, which guarantees delivery in 4 days time. Trackig information never updated, and follow up emails were never sent or received. I complained and they used what I'm coming to understand is their favorite excuse; "it got stuck in customs." I understand the appeal because like I said, prices are unmatched. However, the customer service is so poor that I would rather spend quadruple the amount at a big name brand. At least that way I know my money is going to people that care about their shoppers' satisfaction and fulfills promises in a considerate fashion.
I ordered 4 summer dresses for an upcoming vacation. The prices were great. I was very happy with all 4. I was very careful to make sure I ordered the equivalent US size and the fit was spot on. This was a very pleasant surprise. It was my first but won't be my last time ordering.
I've ordered quite bit and spent lots of money at Boohoo over about a year and a half. Even though I'd been shopping with Boohoo way before I saw the Joe Lysett programme, it made me a bit dubious to order from them again. I should say that I hadn't, nor have I had any problems with Boohoo to date. I only got some new clobba come today. The prices are amazing, there's mostly always offers on, and the quality is banging. I've only ever had a problem with their bra sizing, but not incredibly so. It could just be me being very small chested! I can't fault delivery (OUTSTANDING) even in these times. Overall amazing! Thank you. Keep it up
Dont ever buy from Boohoo because if something doesn't fit and you are wanting to order a different size they will only refund you for the clothing and not the delivery, so you will end up paying for delivery again to re-order your clothing because of delivery! Also they dont have a customer service telephone number!
My first time ordering from here. Waiting on my 2 blazers for 2 weeks now. Like really? Idk why they lie and say we will recieve our items at a specific date when it's far from what they say. You can't keep track of where the items that you bought because they never update the tracking Systems. My item has been in New York for 4 days already. Really losing my patience but I'm not going to. All I know is when my items arrive they better be in good quality. Make changes to your deliveries because you will not make any money anymore if people are complaining only about your delivery process. Never again ordering from here I'm sticking with fashion nova!
I returned some of my clothes and they provide u with the return sticker the one that u can trace where is your package I did that with the last one it worked. This time my return package got lost they ask me for receit which I not supposed to have since they should trace my package. No customer telephone they don't seem to care at the customer service. Their sizes are very big in M so sometimes u have to return clothe, the problem your clothes might disappear when returning so u loose money!
I ordered something on a Monday and they didn't dispatch until the Thursday night so I will not have it on time for when I need it. Things are normally slow to come from them so I did expect delays but they are never this slow to dispatch. I tried to use and pay for the next day delivery option but it did not work. I will never use them again.
