I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I went on polyvore saw a great outfit. Ordered the entire outfit from various vendors. Every piece came like clockwork. Except the shirt from Boohoo. Kept sending me emails its on the way 1 week 2 week 3 weeks... by now I don't need it. Finally according to tracking its here. I checked and checked for a week. Emailed them its not... they sent back check with my neighbors. I wrote you check with my neighbors. That's not my responsibility... I paid for shipping and handling... After 2 days of back and forth of redderick. I called my card they refunded without issues. Because they had problems before...-9 for me buyer beware..
This company offers express but ready does not. They do not tell you that your package could be held in customs (which I think is a lie they use). My shipment was suppose to be delivered on the 23rd and I have yet to receive it. If you go on their twitter account there are hundreds of people complaining about the same thing. If you have money to lose then sop with them. Oh, and the customer service does nothing. All they say is," I'm sorry". You're sorry alright! I made a complaint with the BBB trying to see what I can do legally to get this company shut down.
I am not a regular online shopper and as much as I enjoyed the initial convenience of online shopping it turned into the biggest headache. I ordered two dresses and a sweater from boohoo and I received damaged goods. The sweater was fine but one dress had a dirty stain on the back as if someone stepped on it and a missing button on the back. The other dress had a missing stone. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing one of the dresses a day later. Boohoo offered a $12.00 refund... I explained that would not cover the dry cleaning and sewing that was needed to fix the dresses but they did not seem to care. They said I could send it all back and wait for new items but I did not want to pay the shipping fees or wait another few weeks to be disappointed again. Will NOT shop at boohoo again, what a HEADACHE!
Photos and pricing can be deceiving... I assumed that since these were 50% off for a Memorial Day Sale, the quality would be based on the original price. Wrong. Apparently their clothes are almost half off. If your shirts are at $15 quality, then charge $15, don't put a facade of claiming these are $30-$80 items. They are terribly made and very thin. I'm pretty bummed because I thought I stumbled upon a more affordable Free People brand. Shnope!
I ordered next day delivery click and collect. I should have been wary as Boohoo uses a notoriously bad courier service known as Hermes. Hermes claimed that they could not deliver my parcel to the click and collect address for some reason, saying to contact them but leaving no contact details for me to contact them on. I got in contact with Boohoo and explained the situation to them and asking for a refund. Boohoo said they could not refund me because the package hasn't been delivered. They asked me to give them my address to pass on to Hermes, which I did.
I get an email from Hermes, claiming they have 'successfully delivered' my parcel to some address that doesn't even have a house on it. There's some signature on the parcel claiming to be mine. So now, I have no parcel and no refund.
This is the worst company ever.
I recently started my YouTube channel and I purchased a bunch of lounge sets from Boohoo to do a clothing haul. I loved everything I ordered. I tried to use their mobile app but it was very hard to navigate so I had to use the website. Once I got on the website though I found a lot of outfits that I loved. They offer petite and plus size options too so that's great that they are inclusive. I noticed that they are always offering some form of a discount so that makes it really great to order whenever you want.

I placed an order on the 1st of January, it's the 31st and my items haven't got here yet. That's not my only issue, since with coronavirus and the issues it has caused, the delivery dates vary. The thing is that their customer service was appalling. Not only are they not willing to refund my money, but they're rude in our communication as well. And it wasn't a small order, we're talking about 300€, which is more than half of minimum wage in Greece. Lack of professionalism, respect for the customer and awareness, that's what characterizes boohoo.

I ordered from Boo Hoo for the first time. Go to track my order; notification said no tracking number found. Contacted to see where my order was and they notified me that it was on its way. So I was waiting for my order to arrive and then I received an email to say " We've received your return from order (along with order number) It may take up to 4 days for us to check your return and for your refund to be actioned. We'll send you another email once your refund is on its way ". I messaged to see what happened to my order because I never received it in the first place. Had no real clarity and they told me that my refund would be processed in a few days. I told them I didn't want a refund and just wanted my products. Got told only my shipping cost will be refunded and I will still receive my products. Didn't receive my products. After all that, I am thankful that I got a full refund. Never ordering again.
This company is the worse shopping on line. You return the items but never give back the money. They keep on saying you have to wait for 28 days. I returned 2 items to Boohoo in October 2020, because of the style (ugly). I have not received my refund yet it's now December 2020. They said they credit my Bank Card but could not confirm the Bank Card Numbers the refund was sent too, yeah right. They just lost a Customer.
Well I ordered about 8 items for my partner, 7 of the items my partner returned through toyou asda!
They lost the parcel and advised me to inform boo hoo.
I have done so on 6 different emails, a different person replies each time with the snae 48 hour response.
I've now been waiting 3 weeks from boo hoo and 8 weeks overall!
I have never had a worse experience with any company.

I ordered a dress December 12 and just received it two days ago on January 17. I was very upset and messaged them on Twitter where they got back to me very quickly letting me know it was stuck in customs. Soon after, I received an email saying they were going to refund me for my purchase as an apology. I was very surprised they took the time to refund my money. Today I recieved another apology email with a code to receive free shipping on my next order! Even though it took a month to get my order, overall I think Boohoo is a respectful company that does care about their customers!
It's hard when you look up reviews for websites, because obviously people are way more likely to leave a bad review then a good one, and it is hard to know if a website is legitimate or not.
I personally ordered from boohoo in spring 2016 for a trip to DisneyWorld, Orlando. I was shopping a little later then I wanted to for online shopping, and was actually nervous that my items wouldn't arrive on time. I believe I ordered 4 - 5 items. A couple skirts and some tops. I was pleasantly surprised with EVERYTHING I got. It also arrived within the time frame (I do believe I payed for express shipping).
I hope that anyone ordering knows that BooHoo is a legitimate site, and yes sometimes shipping may take longer than expected, but there are good experiences with this website.
I have been ordering from boohoo for a couple of years now, very rarely I have received clothes I'm not happy with, postage is always as quick as ordering domestically. Most of my fav clothes come from boohoo and their prices are quite good. Happy customer for years :)
I dont understand how any customer can give it any less than 5 stars. Every article fit perfectly, and the quality is amazing. I was skeptical of ordering off line, but they were running a 40% off everything sale last week. One of the things i ordered was a sweater (oversized v neck sweater) and i was so worried it was just going to be another thin and cheaply made sweater, but it was perfect, I plan to order at least 3 other colors. I ordered some dresses and a skort, trousers, and a bralette and everything was good material and exactly as you saw in the picture. My order shipped quickly and the delivery date was between 8 days and i received it at the earliest date. Amazing products, amazing sales, definitely 10/10!

I placed an order for a number of different items, I've never seen such cheap crap in my life how they are allowed to sell this crap I will never know, then I couldn't send them back because I don't have a printer! So I wasted my money because they went in the bin... I would say the bin is the best place for there crappy clothes.
I ordered from this site once before and although the clothes weren't the best quality, I tried again a few weeks later paying more attention to the reviews. Same thing, so this time when I went to go return my order, they would t give me a label without charging me 4.00. Not that I care about 4.00, but two weeks prior they charged me nothing for my return and they also advertise FREE returns. When I contacted customer service (via Facebook because they don't have a phone number-another reason you shouldnt order from here). They told me the site charges 4.00 now on all returns. I asked her to provide me proof of where it says this and she couldn't. When I provided screen shots of my order saying "returns are free" she again had no answer. This site is sneaky with hidden charges, and their clothes are terrible quality. Stay away.

They add on charges to return even though they advertise free shipping. You also have to be careful with coupon codes because sometimes after adding your discount, the price magically raised up on each item. Total scam

I ordered for items on the site which I paid for with bitcoin since they accept hat mode. Now on my end, the payment was successful while at their end they claim they don't see it. I had to pay again before I got the items. The first payment I was able to recover through the expertise of crown oak tech
I bought from them and it's been a month and still not received the package yet and now when i asked them about the tracking number it says that the delivery was not successful and there was no number for the mail company to call them and check on my package... First of all I still haven't received my order I've purchased over 2 weeks ago close to 3. I was supposed to receive it December 8th, it's now the 16th and my package is still not here. They have poor communication and have only responded on WhatsApp asking for my name, address, and order number. I don't see how that information will help. They haven't sent anything to my email. They're horrible and I won't be ordering from them ever again.
Boohoo are a excellent British company. Boohoo uses British textile company's to produce clothing for British people. The trends are bang up to date. The service super fast. They employ uk workers to keep British people earning.
Spend wise and buy British. Support British business and don't send your cash abroad.

Boohoo will have you boohooing! I didn't have really high expectations because the clothes look pretty cheap and they are... actually cheaper than I imagined. I sent 1/2 of the items back... and kept the ones I was okay to wear. Thank God it was 50% everything! I would not recommend paying full price. I received it in a reasonable time considering it came from the UK to the US. It arrived a day or two after it's expected arrival date. The problem is returning items! It says 7 business days, but I was just told 28 days via email. They said once it's sent to their warehouse in GA, they send it to the UK to process, they don't even open it. Thankfully, it wasn't a great deal of money, but I will never order from them again. I want my money back. Definitely pay for insurance and track the item. I keep seeing people saying that they've been told their return was never received.
I was skeptical at first with all these reviews. However, I am one happy soon to be momma right here. I ordered a bunch of maternity clothes just hoping they would all come and fit right. All the items fit just right and are super cute. Great maternity clothes at a great price! Thanks boohoo!
This website is basically Shein with better website design. $15 to return anything that doesnt fit, which is likely because their sizing is horrendous! It is ALWAYS tiny, requiring you to size up twice, and the quality is always terrible and non breathable fabric. It feels like crepe at best, and I even bought a "skort" which turned out to be just a skirt, so on top of everything else, the names of products are misleading. A complete waste of money honestly, and even though they always have sales, it still isn't worth it.

Took 2 weeks to receive my clothes which was a bit longer than expected, one of the jackets I purchased was beautiful but it shreads like crazy and kinda good material but still shreads everywhere, the other wool look coat I received was threading and not the best beautiful colour but meh! The swing dress I got was awesome quality and fits really well, Overall Im am happy with my purchases but I wouldnt spend that much money on defiantly always look for promos and sales! :)
