I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I did love this site and spent A LOT of money here. But my last two orders (two separate orders two days apart) have taken over 17 days to get here and I paid for express shipping. Turns my one order is (still) stuck in customs. The other order had 12 items in it and I received an email yesterday saying the order had been delivered... um then why did only ONE sweater arrive out of 12? Usually they send yoh it in one big box with all your items from the order in it, but nope. Just one lil package with a sweater in it. I sent an email to the customer service reps but it will take up to 48 hours to hear back. I hope I receive the rest of my order soon.
Maybe it is because it is because of the high volume of shoppers online because of the holiday but that still is no excuse for a company to mess up so bad. After reading the other reviews it seems like they are consistently horrible. Sucks, because I love the clothes :(
Tracking a boohooman package is probably one of the longest wait ever. With standard shipping(6-7 business days) I had to wait for at-least a month n a half for my packages all the damm time!, recently I tried usa express shopping (3-4 business days) costing $5 more dollars just to see a comparison- I had ordered in on July 21 n it's suppose to be scheduled to deliver later on today on the 28th. With ups is not telling me updates - definitely not worth spending $5 more with usa express if it takes half of the month to get to me. I'm pretty upset with it. The only reason I buy this clothing brand is because my man likes their clothes… but shipping is really bad lol…
I ordered a dress on Jan 29. I needed it for Feb 12. The estimated delivery time said I would have the dress by Feb 12 for my brothers wedding. My order never came. When I search the tracking # the website says "delivered". This is not true, nothing was ever delivered to my house and I had to buy a new dress since theirs never came. I e-mailed boohoo and they never responded back to me. A week later I e-mailed again. No response. Never came. No refund or followup. This website is a scam :(
I had a really good experience with boohoo.com! Maybe it was because I live in the United States. But they kept me updated with every shipping step along every way with emails and tracking numbers that actually worked and the shipping only took 1 week. The clothing were true to size and greatly made considering the price! The only thing I would have to say I didn't like was that I had originally purchased 3 things but they emailed me later that day and said they didn't have one of the items I purchased in stock and they would be giving me a refund soon and keep me updated with emails. I just knew I was getting ripped off, but they put the money back in my paypal account right away with no hassle. I will DEFINANTLY be purchasing from boohoo again.
I ordered a dress & it came sooner than expected which was nice because I do live in the states and I was skeptical when ordering but I did it anyway. When I opened the dress & I tried it on, I noticed the material was rougher than it advertised but still nice & the cut was lower than I thought. One big problem that really irritates me is that there was a pretty good sized rip on the shoulder of my dress, that Im 100% positive I didn't create. And the lace on the dress near the zipper has extra fabric almost like a bundle of strings near it. For how cheap it was, I'm not too upset just annoyed. Overall it's cute & not completely un-wearable.
Disgusting company never order from them again don't care if they call them self debenhams that's an insult to debenhams they made me wait a month for a refund endless messages you can't phone them they hide behind what's app and I got messages at 2.30 in the morning crazy unprofessional people they got my return on the 2nd January made me wait till the 29th Jan never forget my horrendous dealing with these people never again. Clean your act up boohoo your taking on a classy name that everyone respects Debenhams god help us

It's really annoying how you paid for express shipping cause you need the package as soon as possible right! I paid for 4 day shipping thinking that they would sent it the next day and no I've been contacting them all day wondering why my package wasn't sent now I do not have anything to wear for my sister shower!
Ordered my package 2 weeks before the Christmas holiday. Granted, I expected for service/ delivery to be backed up because it was a holiday but I did not receive my package until the middle of January! When I finally got the package, some of the items fit too big. I returned some of the items and it's been 2 months and I have not received a refund. This site is a rip off! Save your money and time. The clothing is cheap and you pay for what you get.
From the quality of the product to the customer service I received, it was terrible. The site glitched and I got a double order/charge. As soon as I got them I wanted to return. I'm not joking, I probably spoke to 15 different people trying to get things sorted out. Every time I emailed I would get a new rep responding so I would constantly be re explaining what happened. I was only ever refunded 1 order because I sent back the 2 together (it was $30 out of pocket to return on top of the double shipping bill as well). Save your money and order from SHEIN if you want cheap clothes - the quality is literally the same and half the price. And if you want to return, good luck.

I ordered a Bride to Be robe for my wedding day and they sent me the wrong one. The bag was labeled correctly but the contents were completely different. They said it was their mistake but I would have to return it and re-purchase and pay shipping ($15.99 CAD) again if I still wanted the item. They were unwilling to cover the shipping, as it was their mistake and said "they do not do compensations at Boohoo".
Ordered a pair of shoes, decided to size down to a 4 (usually a 4.5) but they were huge i couldve fit in a 3! They are also very poor quality and dont think they will last long considering i paid £20 for them!
Shipping is a joke. You pay for a promised 6 working day delivery and receive a shipment confirmation email the next day with tracking. Yet nothing has been shipped and they have asked me to wait another week before inquiring again about the item. The response time frame is also at least 24hrs between messages, and the responses are incredibly condescending. If you aren't concerned about the time frame of delivery, Boohoo isn't bad, price matches the quality generally.
I had never shopped on boohoo before so I thought I would give it a try. I'm from Canada so first off I was happy to see that I could get canadian pricing while I was browsing. I had no idea what size to buy so I wipped out my tape measure amd went by the sizing chart. I received the order and it was all great quality and just like the pictures however every single piece was way too big! Of course now I have to send it all back and come to find out I have to pay $15 shipping to send it back! This is where the disappointment set in! I went by your sizing chart and it was wrong and now I have to pay $15! I'm not happy about this at all... that's my rant and my review.

This is my favourite clothing website as they have a variety of amazing clothing from party wear to maxi dresses to everyday wear to swimwear and shoes. Delivery is always on time and the fitting of clothes are always as expected. Would highly recommend this site
Paid extra for shipping to get in up to 4 working days for specific date for an event. Didn't arrive. No tracking number supplied with shipping info to even track. Contacted boohoo and no reply. Not helpful and still no package or way to track it.

I ordered stuff last year and I was thoroughly happy with my order, the sizes were right and my clothes fit perfectly well. I was a bit disappointed with the fact that it took longer than the promised 2 weeks. I'm waiting for my latest order.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I put in an order and cancelled the order in under 5 minutes. I was not issued a refund for days and then when I was issued the refund, it was immediately taken back out. Currently the company is telling me that they cannot give me a refund without a screenshot of my bank information!
I placed an orde from them before and didnt have any problems. The shipment was received (though the parcel didnt offer real-time tracking so I didnt actually know when the package would arrive) all the items were there. I decided to order a second time and thats where it all began. My address was somehow misinterpreted and only the unit number of my condos address was shown in the confirmation. When I spotted the error I reached out to customer service only to discover that they dont actually have a solution other than sending an email or soliciting public messages via social media (tried this twice to no avail). I sent a private message to all of their Instagram accounts only to be told that Id have to try to redirect the package once it reaches USPS. Umm... Thats it!? It literally was not even 3 hours since the order had been placed nor had it been shipped. Now Im stuck playing a game of redirect the package because BooHoo has a crappy idea of customer service.
It saddens me to write this review but I'm forced to. I placed an hour and got a confirmation that it would arrive by 11/10 and then When it did not, I received an email that it would be here by 11/16. How unfortunate because I leave for an out of the country trip for which I wanted the items. I emailed twice and got no response (except for the automated one that states we'll contact you back within 24hours) so I contacted BooHoo via Facebook and Instagram. They told me here is nothing they could do though they do see their mistake. You would think theyd offer to express me my items with 1 or 2 day shipping but instead they are doing nothing to accommodate me. I'm posting screenshots of my correspondence with them so I hope it doesn't happen to you. Do not order from Boo Hoo. You'll be the one crying! Next stop better business bureau!
This company is very unorganized, and do not make there customers happy. The returns are such a hassle, especially if you are returning more than one item. The quality of the clothing are very cheap, my shirt ripped on the same night I wore it. I had purchased items from this company and one of the items were missing. I had emailed them about it, but they responded with something totally different. It's like they don't even read the email. I kept emailing them, and they wouldn't answer my questions correctly. They stated that they will be refunding me, but at the same time they stated that they did not receive my items. I would not waste your time with this company. They are a huge inconvenience, and I would give them a 0 for customer service.
To check the status of a return you have to contact them on Twitter. I spoke with 5 diff reps via Twitter and was not getting resolve, after sending a screen shot of my order form and proof of postage for my return. I also tweeted them that they are giving me the run around in regards to my refund. So I decided to open a dispute via PayPal. Magically a few hours later I received an email saying they are processing my refund and crediting the money back to my account. I don't like running behind ppl for my money. From here on out I am no longer a customer of Boohoo. Ppl open a dispute via PayPal or your bank.
I was very skeptical on ordering from Boohoo, because some of the bad reviews. I placed my order hoping for the best and I'm glad I did. My order arrived super quick and the two items I received were exactly the same as the pictures. They fit perfectly and material is not cheap at all. I'm super pleased with my order and will defiantly keep ordering. Very happy Bohoo customer!
In some cases like tops and jeans have fitted perfectly and i haven't ever complained before about boohoo because i do like some things, i recently returned too skirts because they came and looked nothing like the pictures on the website, in the pictures they seemed short and tight fitting. However when they arrived they were both very long and not tight fitting at all, i am a size 6 and the skirts were meant to be a size 6 but seemed way to large. However i am short but even if i were tall the skirts would still be way to long and to big! Boohoo is usually a great purchase the times i have bought from boohoo. But boohoo needs to sort out sizes and show the clothing how it really is on the pictures as it is very miss leading i hope to be getting my refund back, the website says it can take up to 14 days or more! I just hope that i do actually receive my money back. Otherwise i shall be very upset :(

I ordered two clothing items on Tuesday and paid $30.00 for express shipping which had estimated arrival on Thursday because I need the items for an event on Saturday. It is now Saturday and the clothing items are STILL in the U. K. I emailed the company early Thursday because it said it only dispatched one of the clothing items. They promise 24 hour response and I have still heard nothing. Just want this to be resolved/refunded for express shipping because I could have paid $0.00 and gotten the items in the same amount of time.
