I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I literally love this online shop... I found this shop while looking for clothing for my graduation party. I have been very careful about ordering things online and reading descriptions, reviews and size charts since my junior year of high school when I ordered a very poorly made dress online, so i know what its like to spend lots of money only to receive trashy items that i could have made myself... but that is not the case with Boohoo, i love there clothing the price range is not bad at all for the quality you receive all and all I love this website and will continue to shop here for their trendy and affordable items
I wouldn't even give them one star! I have a whole video of our interactions. They lack professionalism and communication. They don't even have a customer service number. I ordered something a month and a half ago and was told to wait. This is after paying for standard shipping. I just was told that my package is lost, they will refund me my amount! That is only because I kept reaching out to them about my purchase. I will never purchase from this site again.

So I've seen this website a couple times but never got the chance to buy from the until about a month ago they had a special (which everytime I go back its the same special. RED FLAG) "certain amount of time to get 30% or 50% off your whole purchase". Well I ordered three items and when I received them I was so upset. The quality of the products are horrible, I already know once I wash them they will be no good. I was going to return them but I would have to pay and I just rather throw them away than pay anymore money. I did not spend a whole lot on the clothes probably around 50 but they were so bad I wouldn't have payed 10 for them.
All my clothes came doble the size it described. In every clothe they describe the model is wearing a size 6! Well I ordered 4! It's like size 8. I can't send it back cause I live in Dominican Republic, so now I lost all my money. And I have to look for new gifts for Christmas.
Long time customer, recently ordered a Aviator Bomber jacket for the fall that was faux fur lined. Recieved the jacket and loved the way it looked. However when putting it on I noticed it was constantly shedding. I look at the seams by the collar and the sleeves and the faux fur was falling off as the glue that was holding it on the jacket is very hard and cheap. There are also hard pieces in the sleeves where the fabric sticks out and uncomfortably rubs against your skin, so you cant wear it without a hoodie or sweater. I wont be able to wear it for a season, let alone a long period of time without it falling apart. Very disappointed of the quality cause I loved this jacket.

Paid 10 pound for a year of next day delivery. The first one never even arrived, I asked for a refund and was told the year delivery is non refundable... so I've paid 10 pound for absolutely no reason whatsoever
Ordered a black cardigan from them and specifically looked for one, that doesn't have pockets. I received my package and got a very similar item, but with large unsightly pockets. I was super unhappy!
So they sent me the wrong item and the customer service told me to send it back to get a refund and after I asked, who will pay for the return shipping, they offered to refund that as well. But the thing is, I ordered it from the EU site since I live in the EU, but I would have to return it to the UK. So I would have to fill in a bunch of documents, pay for the shipping (pricey + not sure if the return shipping refund deal is real), visit my local postoffice and hope it doesn't get lost in the mail. For me that's a lot of hassle and I don't have time for that.

Nice clothes, delivery service not too bad but the customer service is disgraceful. I sent 3 items back for a refund, one was refunded in full, the other 2 were part refunded. When I queried it, I was told no it's your bank as they fully refunded me. I checked with the bank and they confirmed the part refund that showed on my statement. When I told boohoo this, I was told finance would investigate this. This was in December and we are now in February and I have heard nothing from them. I have emailed them for an update to be told they are busy and will get to me when they can. Disgusting.
Boohoo's express US shippping is unreliable. This company charges a $15 charge for express shipping and uses the cheapest carrier/delivery company to to ship out their items. Express shipping should not have the same time duration as standard shipping. Unacceptable! Also their customer services is non existent. Ordered a dress and it's been a week and I am yet to receive my package. Called one of their shipping carriers, which I was told I wouldn't be receiving my package till some time next week. Please do not waste your money on US express delivery. They're a joke!
Despite the poor quality clothes and prices that seem to be getting more expensive I decided to order some holiday clothes that has resulted in them charging me 3 times without the order actually going through, it then took 16 days, lots of emails and poor customer service for me to get my money back. Because of this terrible service I decided to complain, I was responded to almost immediately and on the email they sent I was asked to contact them, which I did straight away and despite multiple email to them I have still not been responded to 17 days after customer complaints contacted me. They have caused me a lot of stress and have made me feel as if I am a monster customer and that they feel the need to ignore me.

Having to email them first to "cancel a contract" to get delivery money back? Needlessly complicated.
Received my order and it's the wrong item, not the one I ordered, contacted them they said return it, ok I'll return it but that's an inconvenience for something that's their fault, they then tell me I'll be getting a refund once it's returned. I don't want a refund I want what I ordered.
Luckily it's still in stock but I used a birthday code to buy it so now it's costing me more, I asked that they allow me to purchase it at the same price I initially paid and they gave me a $5 voucher what a joke it's costing me more than that.
Also out of pocket for the money until the refund comes through. Ridiculous they weren't very apologetic at all
Sizing is the worst part, it really runs small except those that are loose. Also maxis are too long and minis are too short. I would stay with midis.
I have no idea what quality people are expecting for $10-$40 garments. You get what you pay for and these are trendy, few uses, short term items. You want higher quality then go to Nordstrom and pay Nordstrom prices

I would never think of returning a $10 dress, it woul be more expensive to return, and I can always find a charity to help with a cheap garment ordered online than returning it. I do accompany my would-be-return-but-donated item with a review online so others benefit from my experience with the item.
I have gotten nothing but compliments for my pieces. They have laundered well.
Lower you quality expectations and enjoy your bargains for a short season.

Their clothes are terrible quality. They are ill-fitting and one of the items I brought even had a black stain on the shoulder (it was a white blouse). The last item I brought was so bad it was falling apart at the seams, however I had to pay for my own return postage even though they told me I would be reimbursed. When I contacted them they told me that they did not reimburse return postage despite the fact that I had proof that they said they would reimburse me. Terrible customer service and terrible clothes.
While using this site, I have stopped using next day delivery as a result of their poor efforts to ensure that the costumer receives the standard of service that they are paying for. I placed my order a week before my upcoming event so I could have time to return if i needed but I ended up searching for something else to wear as it took 2 weeks to be delivered after making a number of calls to Fastway. This service is unacceptable and I hope to see improvements in the future.
Boohoo is fine until you have to make a return. I retuned 4 items from one order and received a refund for only one of those items. You can't call them and they play dumb by email. I WAS a loyal customer, until they started playing with my money
I started ordering from boohoo.com because they except payments using afterpay.com. I was so excited at first because this was going to be my way to build my wardrobe. However, the majority of the clothes that I got are made from extremely cheap materials (polyester and elastine I think) and the sizing's seem to be large. I did buy three purses, a pair of slides, and sunglasses (shades) which look exactly like they did in the pictures and I'm very satisfied with them. I also purchased a Tupac T-shirt and a jogger set made of cotton and both were perfect.
I do want to add that I was able to return the items I didn't want for free and my refund was taken from my last payment on afterpay.com account. The refund process took about three days from the time I dropped the package off at the post office. I have had to return things twice and have never had a problem with the return procedure.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure to read what material the items are made out of and zoom in very closely to the pictures. I believe the pictures do represent exactly what you are purchasing but be sure to look into the details.

I ordered for the first time in may of this year. None of the clothes were even close to what I was expecting - and even the necklace I ordered came broken. I shipped it back not even two days after I received it and not only did I pay $13 to ship it back. But now they said they haven't even received the package... it was a $95 order. So now I'm down $108 for nothing.

I had ordered from boohoo.com. It is written on the website that they cover all customs. However after the item came to my place I was told to pay customs. I contacted customer service and they told me that they would refund the amount I would pay for customs. After I made the payment they asked me to send the receipt and my PayPal account link. However then I was told that they don't cover customs in India. Worst experience. They are fraud
I have a love and hate relationship with Boohoo. I love buying their dresses and I have never been disappointed with the quality and price. (Average maxi dress price is 20-25 dollars). The issue with me is that you pay $10 for shipping and it takes about a month. It's also really hard to track the shipment and often times it comes randomly. I have no problem with the wait but one time it got delayed and my package was delayed for 3 months. Otherwise I love the site and the prices are good. I have purchased about 15 dresses from them and I will continue to do so despite the wait times.

I just ordered from boohoo and I have to say the shipping was quick. I live in Tampa, FL. I bought dresses. I have to say the quality of the dresses were good. I got size US 6 which I typically am a 4 in US made clothing. 2 dresses fit perfectly. Sadly 1 didn't fit my hips. I should read the size chart. However all in all I loved the clothes and will buy again. Easy returns. I actually only bought because of Patricia Bright's YouTube haul. Lol
There is so many negative reviews about this site and their shipping, etc, but I had a wonderful experience! The sizes when you receive say the UK size on the tag but on the tag in the inside of the clothing it is the correct US size. I ordered something in a US size 6 and 8 and when I got them it said on the tag 10 and 12 which was the UK sizes, which equate to a 6 and an 8 in US. So the items were the right size! The quality was beautiful for both my dress and my bodysuit. Shipping was 8 days exact which is worth it for 5 dollars! I honestly will shop here again! Wonderful site!
I returned my package over a month ago and I contacted Boohoo over 10 times and they lost my return and won't give me a refund even though I sent them a screenshot of my confirmation email from the post office showing that I sent my return! I'm so unbelievably frustrated!
WOW! You have so many bad reviews. I've been looking at so many of your clothing to buy while you have the latest special going but thankfully I had the brains to read reviews first. You should be shut down!
I ordered clothes from boohoo, the clothes arrived the quality was bad, I contacted them to send me a return label, they did and I sent back the clothes, after they received their items and they refunded some of the money after 2 weeks of waiting and refused to pay back the remaining, very bad company
