I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I was contacted by my bank who made me aware that my card was fraudulently used on boohoo within 3 hours of a purchase on their site and on Nike. Immediately I contact both companies and keep in mind I had the time of purchase, amount, and the card numbers for which they used. Nike got it taken care of made sure the shipment was not sent and the payment was NOT processed. Literally with 15 minutes that was all taken care of. Now for BooHoo, their "customer service" has to be the biggest joke that will never be funny. They dont have a contact phone number just an email service which is always and EXTREMELY huge red flag. So I contact them via email and they took their sweet ever loving time. Literally, they reply to my card being fraudulently used on their site by 1) charging my card 2) telling me to contact my bank and 3) Shipped the items. This is a very AWFUL JOKE of a business.

- the return process is a disaster. I had to send 5 emails to just have an update. There is no phone service, it's all emails. The information given was wrong, they asked me the same information over and over again (order number, the number of the items, the description of the item,...). Finally, I got the refund confirmation (after they received my return 30 days ago) and the amount was incorrect. When I ask for a correction, they again had the number wrong. I can't call these practices anything else but fraud and theft.
I ordered a dress from this company it advertised buy one get one free. It wasn't delivered on time I messaged the seller 5 times and never got one reply my dress arrived but to my surprise just one. And the quality is rubbish you can see through it. I will never buy from them again. And it's not right that they can falsely advertise.
I have ordered from here one time previously & had no problems. This time I Ordered $50 worth of stuff on the night of the 20th, so I got free shipping, got an email saying expected delivery date was the 30th, that came & passed, then it said the 4th, which is today, checked again & now it says the 6th. Come on! Need to get a better shipping partner. I will not be ordering again until that happens.
Im not one to ever write reviews, in fact. No offense to everyone on here i think people that waste their time to write reviews are strange. BUT, i thought it was worth the time to write one on boohoo.com. I read all these reviews before i ordered my items some bad, some good and decided to go ahead and order anyways because i wasn't paying a lot. I would just like to say i am very pleased with this site. While yes it took 3 weeks to get my package. (thats what happens when you order something online) i recieved an email every step of the way. From when they processed it to when it would be delivered with tracking. And it was actually delivered a day before they estimated. I ordered two shirts both size small (what i usually wear) and one thing i would recommend is ordering a size up from what you usually wear. ( a little tight) but other than that this site is great for the prices they have!
I ordered several dresses on January 6, received them mid-March. I asked to cancel the order when it was a month late and was told i could not. I asked to return the dresses when i finally received them and was told it was outside the return window. I tried to put a stop on the payment from my credit card- also denied. I reached out several time and was hung up on repeatedly.

I've been ordering from boohoo for a while and this was the first time my package came really late because it was around Christmas time. They refunded me the shipping fee and my items came today December 31st. I do feel like people are overly angry but online shopping is a very chancy thing to do. You do have to remember that you are ordering off a U. K. Site not a U.S. Site so things will take longer and be more complicated. If you are not paitient I advise you not to order online and actually go to the mall and go shopping. Boohoo didn't respond to my messages and they were very kind.
I will never order from here again. My order was supposed to be here on 2/19. Today is the last day in February and my order is no where to be found. I've contacted them and they refuse to refund my money. They just keep telling me to be patient. I want my money back.
I have paid for next day delivery for the year. Twice now I have not received my items for next day delivery. I had to wait 3 days for the item(s). When I have complained, all they said was, it is on its way. Disgusting service and I should be compensated for the scam of paying for next day delivery. I have also received torn clothing and a face mask that was obviously ripped then sewn back together and they had the nerve to tell me it's not returnable. I would give Boohoo zilch stars if I could.
I'm sure you've all heard this a million times but your clothes are very poor quality and not true to size. I shouldn't have to order 3 sizes up from my Norma size just for your clothes to MAYBE fit me. They always have this foul smell in the package and whoever you have stitching your clothes does them very poorly and maybe they wouldn't be made poorly if you paid your workers normal wages instead of slave wages. Just food for thought. Horrible experience and I won't be ordering from here again
I ordered a t-shirt and specifically paid for NEXT day delivery as I needed it Wednesday. I am yet to receive my order, at this point I don't even need the t-shirt! Ridiculous that I paid for a service and haven't received it... avoid
Why on earth do I only get refunded the price the item is at the time of return, and NOT the full price I paid?!
I have lost over £50 due to this on goods I returned. One of which was £35 but I was only refunded £16. Absolute joke and thief's!

Purchased four bridal robes and paid express postage. One was missing a belt, so I contacted them and said I only need the robe's belt. They said they would send. When I received, I had another robe. I contacted them again and they said they cannot send the robe but were willing to give me a partial discount. Told them I wanted a full refund because I cant use it at all. They took ages to respond, were not helpful and only partially refunded me.
I ordered a bomber jacket from boohoo at the end of October. I had been looking at it for a while and decided to go ahead with the purchase once I thought I had enough money to be paying for the jacket. It worked out at €30, although not a lot to some it is a lot to a struggling student. However, within less than a month the jacket had busted under one arm and because it was past the return date I got it sewed by a family friend. While the jacket was being sewed, under the other arm busted too. All was fixed until I noticed today that at the bottom of the jacket that the seam had busted in yet another place. Not happy at all. I had no problem with the website itself or the service but the quality of the product clearly isn't good. Would not recommend the website to anyone else and will certainly never be buying from it again as the jacket was my first experience with any product from boohoo.
Bought 2 items and you have to pay 16$ for the shipping. They canceled an item because it is apparently « out of stock » but wasn't when i ordered. Now they won't cancel my order for just one shirt the same price as the shipping. They really just want to make money over everything else. Now i'm gonna have a shirt for the double of what it is worth. Also, have ordered a lot of clothes from there before that and most of the time it looks good but the fabric is so thin for what you pay and its almost uncomfortable. Don't order from this company, order from somewhere else really...
My birthday is less than 2 weeks away, although boohoo has over 1 billion horrible reviews i decided to give them another try; as my friend purchased items and all of them fit well. I recieved an email showing all my items are a size 8. I specifically purchased a size 4. Im praying they get my order correct before my birthday, it isnt rocket science.
Worst customer service ever. Paid extra for express shipping. It never arrived anywhere close to express. Definitely a scamming company. No phone number and customer service reps seem to be bots who repeat the same crap over and over. Do not buy from them. Quality is poor and service does not measure up to anything close to quality.
I ordered a dress, romper, and a top with express shipping. The express shipping that should have only taken 3-5 days took over a week to get to me, so that was a waste. The dress was extremely too big. It legit was maybe 2-3 sizes to big. The romper, which was the same size as the dress, was too small. The shirt was advertised as a full length shirt and ended up being a crop top and was very cheaply made. It looked nothing like the picture. Overall the sizing is very inconsistent and the fact I had to pay $4 to return the items is bad customer service considering I paid express shipping and didn't even get that. I will never return.

I ordered 4 items and only received 2. When I called they told me they would send out the other 2. Then they told me one was out of stock so they only sent one. The one they were supposed to send I got an email that it was returned. Really annoyed because I needed it for the holidays and could have ordered from somewhere else. Also there is no one to talk to. Everything is by email so I have to wait for a response.
I made a purchase at Boohoo and after putting in my billing and shipping information I received a email and the shipping address was incorrect. I emailed them 5 minutes after making the purchase and they emailed me the next day saying it was too late to change. So once I received the tracking information I contacted USPS. After speaking with USPS they told me the tracking number they provided me with was incorrect. I have been emailing then ever since no response! Never again! Im out of my money and clothing!
I dealt with 4 people simply asking where my paid for delivery was a day after… first in the nicest way wording of stuff was SHOCKING. Hoping for your more patience was the end of the message which tbh is rude,. Next up I had John who told me to listen to his colleague ignoring my points and not mentioning to the comments and told me to wait another 24-48 hours…. Up next I had Maria, she was funny. Said she'd processed a refund for delivery Then messaged 11 mins later saying she couldn't process it. Don't care about £3.99 I stated already I don't want to go shopping on my day off. Saving the best till last we have Carla who sent me a next day delivery voucher and closed the chat all in all I won't sleep over the fact I don't have to speak to any of these people again.

I ordered a couple of times on Boohoo. The dresses were fineand they fit but as soon as I received some dresses that I was not satisfied with, then there was a problem. I returned the dresses like they told me too and then nothing... I have been waiting 4 months for my refund! Bad company when there is a refund involved.
Can't find a thing on Oasis, Wallis, Karen Millen, Coast. It all looks like boring designs and cheap crap, constantly on sale. Not appealing at all. I want to buy clothes, there is nothing there.
Every single time i try to order something from this store it NEVER allows me. It either tells me one of my items is unavailable or my card isn't working, but there is never anything wrong with my card. Don't waste your time trying to order from this store.
I ordered clothes and next day delivery however they attempted to deliver my order to a different address. I am left with no order and no refund, even for my next day delivery. Customer service ended the chat whilst we were messaging. No customer service at all.
