Book Outlet

I received the items I ordered much faster than I expected. Books are in good, new condition, although some are significantly dusty. The website can be a bit difficult to navigate, especially if you are looking for nonfiction, non-children's books. I'm quite pleased to have found this shop, as sometimes it has books I'm looking for at a decent price.

Found a specific type of cookbook I wanted based on online reviews (and also having a chance to preview it from my local library). I liked the content, and when I found it at BookOutlet with the price indicated, it was a no-brainer to buy. Book arrived as per the automated notifications, so no issue there. For the shipping cost, I thought the delivery time was fair.

I like shopping with Book Outlet - prices are great, selection is pretty decent and the delivery is fast.
Rather give my money to a small company than AMZ, et al.

While I did have to wait nearly a month for my order due to it being lost in transit the first time it was sent, the customer service I received when I needed it was top tier. I was offered several options and able to pick the one that worked best for me.

The Book Outlet always seems to have something in stock that I was looking for, and the orders are quickly processed. Postal delivery is a wee bit slow (no fault of the Book Outlet, of course), yet the delivery charges are reasonable and selection is good. Service and communications are top notch. Thanks!

I did not experience any problems with selecting items for my order or navigating the website. What I was not impressed with was the delivery person just dumping the box on my front stoop, without knocking, and ignoring the instructions prominently displayed on my front door as to where to leave parcels. It's a miracle the parcel wasn't scooped by porch pirates.

I ordered 18 books from Book Outlet and I paid only $75! I got free shipping, and all the books came in one package in just a few days. I also had promo code because I was new member which was great! I received a mix of both soft and hard cover books and most were in great condition(I believe only one was not the best, but still fine overall)! Did not have all the books I was looking for (but who does?), and would definitely buy from again- so cheap! If I were to buy all these these same books from Indigo, I would have paid upwards of $300, likely even more!

One of the books received had print so small one had to use a magnifying glass to read it. Some publishers seem to want to cram as much print into the smallest number of pages. I suppose it saves paper and ink, but most frustrating for the reader and a book I would not buy if I had the opportunity to see it before purchasing it.

I had ordered 7 Simenon's Maigret books. Because I didn't order them on my previous order I was anxious to get them. I think I have at least half of the collection and will be on the lookout for others to appear on your pages.

I love the Book Outlet because I feel that purchasing from them is a bit more environmentally friendly than buying from large commercial book retailers. It's great to buy books that have minor cover flaws or damage because they are way more affordable and they aren't being brought to the dump. The mail orders are sent promptly.
