Books were decent prices especially the Boxing Week Sale helped.
Good Products and in good shape.
Only took a star off for slow delivery times after holidays. (but expected)
Also missing DVD, but usually that is because these are come from other stocked locations.

It's always a great experience buying books from Book Outlet. My only feedback is related to packaging. This time around, the books were freely moving around in the box which caused their covers to be folded and deformed. Other than that, everything else was smooth as ever. Thanks!

Second time ordering from Book Outlet, and I will definitely continue to do so! Great prices that help make owning books more affordable. Delivery is always pretty speedy and efficient. I even got a toy for my kid at half price! You can't beat that!

Book outlet is great and I love how you can search based on age groups. There are always plenty of books on sale so it's wonderful. My only complaint is that the books sometimes comes with ripped corners.

Can't believe I didn't know about Book Outlet before! What a fantastic site. I ordered a whole shelf full of books for my daughter at bargain prices. Easy to use website and checkout system. Delivery was faster than I thought it would be. Will be ordering from this site again for sure!

Quality control questionable- don't you check book condition before dropping in mail? Even the process for responding to your email requesting a review is more complicated and time consuming than it needs to be.

Never received my package. Delivery service that is used isn't very good. They took a picture saying the package was delivered however upon checking my front door the said package was not there. Very disappointed especially because I cannot reorder the same books as they've gone out of stock. Will not be shopping here again unless delivery service is changed to something more reliable.

Package delivered on a rainy afternoon and left outside, though protected area nearby. Obviously not BookOutlet's fault. Box fell apart, most books water-damaged. Notified BookOutlet, sent photos. Jason responded promptly, replaced all damaged books at no charge, including one I later noticed had also been soaked. Have been ordering from BookOutlet for several years; always pleased with condition and price.

Wanted to get a German themed jigsaw puzzle for a German friend. Found one right away on your site and paid less than $10.00! Got it when you said I would so I was delighted. First time ordering here...won't be the last.
