Ordered five books on Friday, July 30,2021. Received the box of books on my porch yesterday afternoon (August 4); this with a holiday Monday between the time of order and receipt. Happy customer.

This was probably my 10th purchase from Book Outlet. I'm hooked! As a teacher, Book Outlet has allowed me to curate a great classroom library with something for everyone, at an affordable price.

This was my second order since I discovered Book Outlet. The site offers plenty of choices. It is easy to navigate. The books arrived right on the expected date and the price was right both times.

I love Book Outlet and have been a regular customer of theirs since my friend recommended them to me in 2019; I've placed a couple dozen orders with them over the past couple years. With a large family, gifts of toys and treats aren't ideal for my nieces and nephews as they just get too much - however books are always welcomed and I love that I get to spoil them while also encouraging them to share in my love of reading. I love that I can often find book series with prices so low that I can often buy the first few books to introduce the series to the kids. Aside from buying for children (ages ranging from 3 to 14 years old), I also pick up great books for myself and the adults in my life. My cookbook collection has blown up since discovering Book Outlet.

Their customer service has always been top notch; very responsive and very customer focused. The shipping is incredibly well priced and everything has always shown up within the time frame given - even during the crazy Christmas periods over the past two years. I love that they're based in Canada and everything is handling in CAD rather than being a "Canadian" company that charges in USD. I also really appreciate that they use CanadaPost as their shipper; keeping as much of their services Canadian and utilizing such an important service is really important to me.

I've ordered a few times. In one instance, Canada post lost my package but the great people at Book Outlet refilled it and sent it right away. Great variety and great service.

We got some really cool gifts from the book outlet for our kids, the felt animal kit was so cool, and the box of make your own crystals and candles were awesome.

I love Book Outlet. Selection and prices are great. On my last order 2 books were missing and I contacted them and they were sent out immediately. Wonderful service. I'll keep buying!

Overall experience was average, I ordered books and next day those books price reduced by significant amount. I contacted customer service and reply was they can not anything after order is placed.

This was my first experience with book outlet, I was thoroughly impressed, all books were in the condition listed on the site, I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
