Ordered 3 books to get free shipping discount that i never asked for was applied to the order that triggered shipping charge and actually increased the cost of my order had to order 4th book to get free shipping A DISCOUNT SHOULD NOT INCREASE THE COST OF YOUR ORDER

I look at your website regularly, but it's very frustrating because:
1. There's no way to filter Non-fiction from Fiction books;
2, NEW ARRIVALS... there's no way to filter CHILDRENS books from adult books; When I look at NEW ARRIVALS, CHILDREN"S Titles are mixed in. I have no interest in Children's books.

I could not find the book I wanted in stock anywhere, even Amazon. I finally found it here and for less than half the price! And it arrived sooner than I thought! Very satisfied!

IF YOU WOULD PACK THE BOOKS WITH SOME SORT OF PROTECTION. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS?

I can't count the number of ripped covers and dinged up corners because the books all slosh around in those giant boxes you use.

Can you not source a smaller box perhaps? Please recognize that the quality of the shipment matters. I know the books are pennies on the dollar, but the shipment matters.

My shopping experience on book outlet was fast and very efficient. I was able to find books that I have been wanting to read at great prices and recieved my order in a timely manner.

Good deals but should make it more clear that all books have marks on them. Some covers damaged etc.

Good books for affordable prices. Would be great to see French books for kids ages 7-11, as they are often required to read French books daily as part of their curriculum.
