I buy a lot of nail products from Born Pretty Store And I have always been satisfied with my order. One time a stamper came a bit damaged and they made sure to replace it. Their customer service is on point. As for their products, they are good quality. Their prices are low and for what you pay for, you get so much more. I own many stamping plates from them and they do the job. They are well etched and have various fun images. I recommend buying from them for sure

As I have a big collection, I was firstly interested by polish nails and BornPrettyStore offers a lot of nail products and cosmetics for a very affordable price. They offer shipping worldwide and it ships in a timely manner. Not to mention how dificult is, find websites with good shipping prices to Brazil. If a product is missing or damaged, they will replace it. The Customer Service is excellent.

I already purchased lots of products and never ever got disappointed about the service.

First off let me start by saying born pretty store is amazing! Not only do they have makeup but jewelry, nail polishes, purses etc... At of course at amazing low prices! I absolutely love they're makeup brushes, they are very affordable and are so soft. They really help with blending out your makeup. I also have a eyeshadow palette and the colors are so vibrant! Very pigmented and go on so smooth. Quality is great for the price you are paying definetly worth it! They also constantly have new items on their site a must website to check out!

I ordered some things for my nails from here hoping to wear it to an event. The website said they ship within 24 hours so I had no doubt it would be here in time. Come to find out they didn't even ship my order until the day of the event. (About 3 weeks later). Absolutely ridiculous. I would have never bought anything from them had I known it would be such a hassle to receive my order.

This site offers you nail art, hair accessories, mobile accessories, make up products and so many many more with best and affordable prices. Mostly online shoppers have troubles with delivery or quality of product, but trust me guys my experience with them was wonderful. I ordered stuff beginning of March, was supposed to be shipped out within a couple days (I suppose maximum 7 days would be acceptable); I followed up the end of March, the customer service did nothing but telling me to be patient and wait, okay! And I was told that my parcel was reshipped for reason (they didn't even give any explanation!) and said the parcel would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Guess what, today is May 11 and I still haven't received my stuff.
Saying delivery times are 10-16 days for USA and Canada is such B/S!
Very poor customer service and delivery! This is going to be the last time I would purchase on this website!
