Horrible customer service

Once again, I AM FURIOUS due to being screwed over YET ANOTHER TIME ON ANOTHER ORDER! This now makes the 7-8th time in my order history with this joke of a company. I'm beyond furious. Order was placed on August 30,2021.
Even though all items showed to be in stock on line, I CALLED and ordered this over the phone so that I could make sure all items really WERE in stock. I asked the woman who was helping me FOUR times, and begged her to check, and she stated all items were IN STOCK and would ship out the next day which would have been August 31st. I then received a confirmation email, showing the 3 items I ordered.
However, they did NOT ship out on August 31st, as I got an email on September 1st stating FedEx was still awaiting the order. Not only that, the shipment showed that only TWO out of my THREE items were shipping! There was NO mention of any pre-order, or back ordered items on any email correspondence I had gotten previously, to advise me there was an issue with one of my items. I received NOTHING with any explanation whatsoever, especially after customer service confirmed FOUR times all items were in stock.
This is TYPICAL for the PATHETIC, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Boston Proper.
Upon calling to inquire as to WHAT happened, and WHY my third item was left out of the shipping with absolutely NO mention as to what happened, I found out the item had been "reserved" for me, and for some reason, would not be shipping until September 13th! I ordered in PLENTY OF TIME TO GET MY ITEMS IN TIME FOR VACATION…. Even calling and verifying FOUR times that they were in stock! I leave on vacation on the 17th, so you better make real sure it's overnighted to me with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE…. And even still, if this item doesn't fit me, it leaves me no time to do anything about it because of your horrible customer service. Absolutely EVERY TIME, I have order issues with this company! Not even three months ago I had issues! A supervisor got in touch with me, called me, swearing up and down, promising that she was going to make EVERYTHING better, that she was new there, and that's what she got hired for, and was taking over everything and this sort of thing would not happen again! And HERE WE ARE! AGAIN!
I have now filed THREE complaints with the Better Business Bureau against the company, and had intended on NEVER ordering from you all again, despite the fact that I was given a measly 10% off for the trouble Boston Proper caused me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will now be filing yet a FOURTH complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And this WILL be the LAST TIME I EVER ORDER from the despicable company again.
FURIOUS AND DISGUSTED-

Never will use Boston Proper Again worst and they held my chase account hostage

I will never use Boston Proper. This has happen twice to me. First time had this same situation and was ok and thought I would try again. I was trying to purchase 3 items from Boston Proper via After pay which is like a way to purchase items and pay off like a layaway through after pay. When I went through the process, I didn't realize that after pay doesn't work on ipads so after I thought I sent this to be paid through after pay and wasn't, I called within 10 minutes after booking and ask for a cancellation due to this issue and a refund. This was on a Saturday (again I called to cxl within 10 minutes of placing order). Boston Proper told me that it is only a authorization on my account, it WAS NOT just a authorization but a charge of the full amount of $290 and the customer service person said it would take 3 business days for that charge authorization of $290 (which is taken out of my chase account less money I can use) still 5 business days still sitting in chase account as a charge of $290 and still waiting for that charge to drop out of my account in the mean time I have lost $290 out of my account and its like my account is being hostage away me. I called boston proper on my cell, I asked to speak to a supervisor, it took me 9 times calling and 8 times being told I was being transferred to a supervisor when each time they would disconnect. On 9th try I did finally get a supervisor and they advised me they would send this issue to their technical support department and would take another 24-48 hours to hear back on why this $290 charge is not falling off my account so I can have back my $290 back into my account. I will never use them again! Very pissed at this moment!
