Was concerned it took a long time for delivery but was reassured this was normal and l would receive goods
Placed an order beginning of June, my order was forgotten about. After 3 weeks I chased this and they immediately sent it out. It's now been 7 days, a month or so in total and I am still yet to recieve my order... Unsure how an order can be forgotten about but will not be ordering again

A hassle to exchange items and poor customer service.
Didnt understand what I was trying to exchange. Kept only offering me 10% of what I originally bought (which is an insult) and not full price for the items I could exchange. Exchange process is also a hassle.
