I ordered their knee brace. I ordered the size according to their chart. They claim to have a money back guarantee. First of all they don't answer their phone. You have to email them. It took them a week to respond to my email. I explained to them I ordered their product according to their size chart. I wore the brace for a week. It fit too big, it rolled down on the top. A horrible fit, but I ordered the size their size chart said would fit. They responded to my email telling me I could return it in original packaging and in perfect condition. I needed to send it back, they would inspect it and determine if it was in perfect condition before they would issue a refund. How can it be perfect if I wore it to try it? They are rude. The product came with no instructions, cheaply made and useless. I tried contacting the company on numerous occasions and never received a response. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet than wasting it on any product this company sells.

I ordered a back brace but I received a knee brace. They are aware of it. They're not making good on it so I don't have my back brace. I have a knee brace that I don't need and they're not making it right and they are not even refunding my money. This is a bunch of bowl. I wish I would've never ordered anything from this company. They wanted to send me a store credit instead of them just quickly mailing me the correct product that I ordered.

I purchased a brace and didn't like it. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a different style. I contacted them THREE times and never got a response. They have a complete lack of customer service and support. Basically, if you don't like your purchase, suck it up. They have essentially stolen your money.

This brace is as flimsy as they come. When you try to return it, they give you a store credit to return the brace less the cost of shipping it back to them or 50 percent off another item without returning the original piece of trash. Why would I buy another product from this company, I Won't. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT!

I agree with the other reviews below. I ordered a pair of wrist braces in a size large. I received 2 for the left hand only. And the fit is a small. Not large. They have an automated message returned, and dont exchange or refund. That was their order pulling fault not mines. Pictures look much better than product. I had to contact C/S 3 times. No give on their side. I won't e referring them to anybody. Be warned be fore you order.

This company does not value you as a customer. They don't have a problem taking an order from you but if there is an error and you try to reach out to them to correct it you're sorely out of luck. They post an email address for customer service but do not respond. They have a phone number that they do not answer and they come right out and tell you not to leave a message. So my advice to everyone is don't order anything from them and if you really want to lose your money just save yourself some aggravation and just throw it in the trash!

I have hip and shoulder pain for which I am getting physical therapy. Meanwhile, I thought I would purchase two relatively reasonably priced braces to help support me while healing. When I received them, they were cheap, smelly pieces of fabric with velcro that I had to go back to the website with just to figure out how to secure it to my body correctly. Needless to say, they were not very supportive and were not snug as shown in the pictures online. When I wrote asking about a refund, they helpfully told me that I was not due one because I got them on sale. I went back to their site and realized nobody would buy them at full price, so that's where they have you. They sell it to you "on sale" and then you cannot get the refund they promise. Here's an excerpt from the email they sent:
You have two options
1) We can issue you a store credit of the amount you paid so you can purchase whichever replacements you would like.
You must return the item in new condition/packaging to qualify for the online store credit

They have a lengthy return policy which at first glance seems legit. Until you realize - they don't accept returns on "sale" items. Low and behold, EVERY item is "on sale" - discounted from an imaginary inflated prices to begin with. "This stamp was $10.00 but now it's only $0.40!"... Absolutely deceptive, manipulative, FRAUDULENT garbage. AVOID THEM OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!
I purchased using GooglePay and realized immediately that the wrong address was on the delivery instructions and reached out via email within mi utes of submitting my order. I received an email back indicating that they fixed the mailing address. I then checked up on the package and it was still delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them again, and was brushed off. When a company assures me that they fixed the problem, I would expect the company to try to resolve the issue instead of taking the approach that it is not our problem. Very poor experience. I do **not** recommend purchasing from this company.

I purchased an Xlarge back brace by their size chart. When it arrived it was so small it would not fit over my shoulders. I contacted them about a return and refund and they said they only give store credit per policy. Their return policy does not say that it says a refund will be issued. They have not made any arrangements to do a refund only a credit. I would not do business with them again so why would I want a credit? Beware when ordering.
I paid for express delivery for my product and the company they use exceeded that 2-day delivery by 5 days. When asking them to find a solution, they respond that the company they deal with IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM - CALL THEM. Avoid this company. They take their customers for granted. Order somewhere else.

Purchased two knee braces; however, no invoice included. Come to find out no refunds on sale items (everything is a sale item) only store credit if items as in "as new" condition. I paid to return items and after they inspected, received store credit. I ordered a different knee brace that has Velcro straps, so you would think that it will fit. This item cost less than the store credit but they would not use my credit to pay for the shipping; I had to pay that myself. Today I received the brace and again no invoice enclosed. This brace is much smaller than the picture they use. This one doesn't work for me. Straps are not long enough and the Velcro is where it touches the skin; which hurts and scratches. They must use the super skinny people to show their products. The picture shows the straps going around onto the brace with plenty to spare; however, not so. The one I received looks like it is for a child.
I am now out about $67 for nothing. I can't use this brace so it will go to St. Vincent de Paul as a donation.
Lesson learned... question the product when everything is on sale; read everything about return policy.
I should have simply donated the two braces and not returned them for credit and order a different brace. Had I done that I would still have my $22 which was for the return shipping and shipping of the other brace. On top of that there is still about $10 in store credit (the difference between my credit and what I ordered). I might as well have thrown that money on the street or even better, have donated it to charity. Still, I have no knee brace that I can use.
The whole customer service experience was rude and matter-of-fact we don't refund or cancel a sale once the payment is received. Fron the email.
In early March I placed first order for a singlle shoulger brace (left)
The next day, I decided to amend the order. Got no response. That day I placed a second order for 2 other shoulder braces. I reviewed my credit card account and saw both charges were pending. Once again, no reply.
The next day, I recceive an email stating they will not refund either purchase.They said I should have read their refund policy. Later, another email said the order was filled and shipped. Today, after receiving both otlrders on Friday, they send an email stating sorry but there will be no recourse. My advice avoid this business!
I initially ordered two Meniscus Stabilizer Knee Brace - Compression Support Sleeve Medium / Gray on 5/25/23. I had worn them twice playing tennis and each time my knees hurt. I reached out to Customer Service via email, because it is impossible to reach them by phone. They denied my return, citing you can't return a product that is on sale (100% of their products). Also, the product has to be in its original packaging, so this means you can't even try them on in your home and return it. In essence, they have no return policy. I bitterly complained, so they gave me a 50% discount code to use on any other products on their website.
This was my second mistake, using this discount code to order two different knee sleeves (Knee Brace Compression Sleeve infused with Bamboo Charcoal, and Knee Brace - Compression Support Sleeve ~ Lift and Rise!) that are similar in style to what I have worn for years (PRO 110, great product). I tried them on in my home, and they offered no support, very lightweight, flimsy material. I could not return these also. So I wasted a total of $88 on two orders, three different products. All three are junk. I am convinced that the good reviews on the company's website are all fictitious. Please DO NOT consider buying anything from this company. It is very obvious why Costco and Amazon are so popular, great customer service and easy return policy for their customers.
Wish I read these reviews before buying. Business practice is not honorable. Would not accept return or provide exchange for a brace that size wasn't offered at time of sale.

In February I placed an order online for a medium size back brace. As soon as I received the confirmation, I noticed that the size had been changed to a 5XL. I contacted them back immediately through their website as recommended and never heard back. NEXT day I found a phone number and called but you're not allowed to leave a message even though I did anyway. It was then that I saw all the bad reviews and people contacting BBB. I tried to contact them again through the website and never heard back. I contacted PayPal and we started to file a complaint. All the responses from this company said they did nothing wrong. I called my bank and filed a complaint to reverse my visa credit card charge. Also, I asked company to send me a return label and send me the correct size and the problem would be resolved. I never heard back from them. I finally contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. I am stuck with this back brace and they won't refund my $29. Beware of this company I would not recommend them. Very very poor customer service.
