In a minefield of companies dealing in TV mounts I was drawn to bracketsrus as their website was so easy to use. I was mounting a VERY expensive 52 inch Samsung plasma. I wanted a bracket that was of quality build and had adjustable tilt. I spoke to a girl on their team who was so knowledgeable it actually shocked me. I was worried about the weight of the plasma and whether the bracket would cope with it. The bracket was so well made, dead easy to mount a 37kg plasma on. It came as promised next day. I was dead chuffed with whole experience. Will definitely use this company again.

When they said next day, yup, it got here next day with NO extra charge. Surprising really given how cheap the unit.
Such an easy install, instructions spot-on and A BUILT IN LEVEL - brilliant idea.
Took me and my son less than an hour, including clean-up (tip - use vacuum cleaner as you drill wall)

You NEED one of these for any t. V. wall install - my t. V. is 5yr. Old and bracket fitted as if it was made specifically for my unit

Nowadays I buy most items I need over the Internet, so I have good idea what companies offer in terms of service. I had never ordered from Bracketsrus before but I was attracted by the promise that delivery was free and would be the next day. I needed quickly a wall mount for my son's new LED Sony television. Unlike other sites Bracketsrus guaranteed that the wall mount would fit this television. Unfortunately, on this occasion the plate did not fit on the back of this Sony television due to design changes. One quick phone call to a very helpful customer services department sorted out my problem. Skilfully the lady determine what plate I needed and hey presto I got it the next day. It is not an empty promise, they really guarantee that the wall mount will fit.

I ordered two different brackets, i received two the same. Tried to fit what they guaranteed to fit my 50" tv.it did not. I e/mailed them, they asked for horizontal and vertical screw measurements. E/mailed sizes, they found this hard to deal with. I received no reply. I e/mailed themasked if they had a different bracket and would the carrier pick up the bracket they sent wrong. E/mailed me, would i like to order this new bracket,. No mention of collecting wrong bracket there are only about twelve parts to a wall bracket, but this company find this is hard to deal with. If you ask them something too complicated to them you receive no reply

Fraudulant terms - Bracket r us claim to have a no problem return full guarantee within 30 days. We purchased and received our Plasma bracket at a good price and quite quickly. We noticed the bracket was the wrong size and on advice from their team we returned the product looking to recieve the correct size. This was in July, since then they have not returned any of our emails or call us on the numbers we provided. There are no numbers to contact them on and the delivery address is a couriers address. It is absolutely appauling they will not send the new product or give us our money back which is close to £100. I strongly suggest that no one use their site to purchase any product as you are at risk from the moment you sign up. Please stay away from this one, I wish we had of.
