Beautiful packaging everything was rap just right I had a great time and I really appreciate that you did all the planning work, and I'm thankful that you delivered everything to me so quickly.

Great kit. Instructions were simple and I really love how the shea balm turned out. It makes my skin so soft.

Service is always 100% correct. I would like to receive orders faster than a week or more but only to the point that I choose not to pay for better service. I hope to see an order marked as "shipped" every day (almost) after placing my order. Everything is packaged really nicely. In my opinion the boxes are large and appropriate in size for the items within and the paper used to protect the bottles is very uncommon. Great work Brambleberry.

Nag champa is my favorite incense and it smells just like this FO. Extremely well mannered in CP soap. My favorite perfume is nag champa and this FO smells just like it. Extremely polite in CP soap

Best BLUE EVER, such a true blue. If I need a blue that will hold it's, this is IT, the best blue EVER

Good enough for each, but don't. I made some CP yesterday, and it smells like I baked all day in the kitchen! Since the soap has not yet cured, it is too soon to say how long it will last.

Brambleberry's customer service is by far one of the best in the industry, Shipping is prompt, they keep you up to date on where your order is getting out the door and if there is any problem once it arrives, they bend over backwards to make it right. I bought a 16oz bottle of Oatmeal Milk & Honey and the lid cracked in transit and just a small amount maybe a 1/2oz to an ounce, when I called and explained what happened they said they would take care of it [they] answered the call and I told her if they would just send me an ounce to make up for the lost fragrance I would be happy. Next thing I know I have a 16oz bottle show up at my doorstep the next week. That to me is a rare company in todays market.

A famous fragrance oil among customers is lilac. This smells just like the real thing, making it a customer favorite. This perfume is one that I constantly run out of when I make cold process soap. Nobody can believe the fragrance is that genuine.

May Day Fragrance Oil: Wasn't thrilled with it in the bottle, used in cp changed me. This IS a strong fragrance, but it worked so well in my cp soap that I changed my mind about it. My cp soap is over 1/2 lard so it usually behaves well anyway. I've heard that florals accelerate, but this didn't.

Cera Bellina Wax: very silky. I was aware coming in that this wax is expensive, but BB has a wonderful deal on it, and it's an excellent addition to their lip balms and scrubs. Very lush when applied to the lips. Delivery is usually quite quick. Never even had a chance to grow frustrated. Something I accomplish easily. Haha

I purchased many of their essential oils. They did allow me to return them and issued me a refund..

This company has gone downhill over the years. The quality of their products are mostly decent, but sometimes lack consistency, and are packaged poorly (as in carelessly and spill) you are highly unlikely to receive a refund for their bad though.
Since they updated their website a few years ago, every time I've placed an order, it's been a headache. The site checkout is constantly glitchy. NOT confidence inspiring for online transactions. Honestly if I can find what I need elsewhere, I avoid here. Too bad I got hooked on some of their scents years ago so I keep coming back to their dysfunction.

The products are good and the turn-around time is just ok. The company is very treacherous with email marketing. Unsubscribe and they trick you into signing up again just by logging into your account. Be prepared to reaceive emails almost everyday. I gave them my feedback that their email marketing was to aggressive and the only site that catches you off guard signing you up by default when you login. They told me to pound sand claiming their marketing practices were industry standard. They do themselves a disservice alienating clientel with aggressive marketing. I buy from them but don't like them.

I love this fragrance oil! Good quality palm oil. I really like it. The BEST cucumber melon. 5 stars!

I love BB activated charcoal. Very fine, works fab! Bramble Berry was outstanding. Highly Recommended!

I made some CP soap with these for a friends' birthday- she loved them all especially the cashmere cannabis.

This is the BEST rosemary essential oil I have purchased for cold-process soapmaking. I made lavender and rosemary soap and switched to Brambleberry's brand in January 2023... my sales have tripled for this bar! The rosemary marries beautifully with the lavender and after one whiff, it's sold!

I love adding Aloe Vera to my soap instead of water when making my Lye solution. It adds such a great soothing property to my soap bars and, again, the quality of Bramble Berry products is a must.

I live in the south where humidity is king. So lotion has never been a necessity. However when I moved temporarily across country to the high desert mountains and my skin struggled with adjusting I got this lotion and I got to say it's amazing. I have since moved back to the South and will continue to use this because it's so light. It melts into your skin and does not leave that greasy film that so many other lotions leave.
