DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY...THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I was hoping you could read the entire post, and I hope this will lighten some people's about this company...It has been 11 days since I received my incomplete store website. I was so excited to have my first store. However, the following timeline was my experience with them. Other than stating all the facts, I have a copy of all the correspondence and am willing to share it with anyone. I know that they asked for my account name, then tried to say that after checking my account- they did everything they could to help me just to cover up the facts.

Jan 15- Received Incomplete Store Site

Jan 16- Requested to add products

Jan 17- requested more products

Jan 18- I discovered that the Terms and Conditions are incomplete and in a different language...I am not sure what language it was, and it was an instruction on what to put in the terms and conditions.

Jan 18- I sent an inquiry as well as asked for help to change it

Jan 18- I received a machine message that they received my inquiry

Jan 19- I sent another inquiry asking for help

Jan 19 (1337 AST)- I received a message from Arjay asking me to send my URL and apologizing for not responding on time.

Jan 20- I sent a screenshot of my live store terms and conditions and a link to the store and advised him to go to the site.

Jan 21- No update, so I sent another message asking for any update and help (i am not anticipating any reply because it was the weekend, but I figured it would be the first thing they'll see on Monday)

Jan 23- 7th Inquiry Sent another inquiry asking for help- no answer

Jan 24- 8th inquiry at this point, I am demanding a full refund before I will write a review and reach out to BBB- of course, no answers

Jan 25- 9th Inquiry- asking for help or a full refund; otherwise, for them to make me another site store.

Jan 26- I sent my 10th inquiry and am still waiting for an answer...so I am now writing a review for this company.

At this point, I am still open to any negotiations. I am willing to work with them and will update this review as necessary. The next stop is the BBB.
