No.
Overall ok. Paid an extra $75 to get the binder sent electronically...only to see the team was about to send it via mail. So I had to needlessly intervene.
Great customer service!
Service was great.
Broad Financial is really the leader in retirement plans. I have use their services in many different occasions through out the years, and never been disappointed. On the contrary Avi and his group are always eager to provide the best advice for the particular situation.
A few mix ups, but resolved issues very quickly and remained very professional. The customer service personnel didn't put any blame on others for the issue, and took the initiative to promptly correct the issue. Indicative of an awesome subculture at Broad Financial. Two thumbs up.
Excellent services
Fine,
Just had one email from Broad instructing to sign documents and email. Then another that they needed original copies mailed - and one of the forms was a digital so a bit confusing on the exact instructions but not a big deal...
My experience with broadfinancial.com has being a great one.
Avi Kaufman had answer every questions I asked of him and his inputs were really appreciated.
My thanks to everyone at Broadfinancial.com
So far all good. No issues
Superb!
Excellent staff & courteous, knowledgeable service! Jeff Astor is the best as he took care of everything for me in an expedient, professional manner. Overall, top-notch organization providing us, the clients, with exceptional results. Highly recommended to others; which I will, to all my friends & contemoraries as well.
They help you every step of the way. The process was made easy.
Fast and easy process.
Broad Financial helped me to quickly set up an IRA LLC. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
I needed to establish a checkbook investment account first so I called customer service to verify. Quick professional service.
Thanks,
Rich
Not sure I fully understand the expedited fees, since you still had to hold my check for 5 days.
So far so good.
Q.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
