There are so many choices of educational books for children. Our transaction was smooth from order on the website, to a follow up email on our purchase & personal contact from a sales rep. We will be ordering books in the upcoming months.

Bulk Books is the only source I use for buying novels for our students. I usually call in my order but decided to try purchasing online. It was quick and extremely easy and the prices, as always, were affordable for our school. However, I did miss not talking to my favorite people at The Bulk Bookstore! They have a huge collection of books. They also provide you with great service and everything is fine. The one thing which I feel a bit lacking is the customer support other than that everything seems to be good.

I am an educator at a small district that doesn't have much in way of variety of books. I was so happy and excited to teach my summer school class and it was fairly affordable. I look forward to working with you all in the future

We are a small school district with limited means. Being forced to only place orders over $100 is not helpful to us. We are left with more books than we actually need when the extra money spent could have been applied to other areas in need.

I love shopping with Bulk Bookstore! This is my third time ordering books with them for my high school book club, and they consistently have the best deals and the best customer service. Books are shipped in perfect condition and arrive right on time, if not sooner. Five stars!

The customer service was extremely helpful!!! I had a very large order & had forgotten to change the shipping address due to rushing & multitasking. Then before I could even call back to ask if it could be changed on their end, the customer service representative called me and asked about the shipping address saying he remembered our conversation the day prior. He changed it and I received my books promptly. I appreciate the excellent service so much!

Was very happy with the prices and the free shipping. Enjoyed using the first time buyer $10 off discount as well. Thank you for providing a wonderful service. I love how accessible the site, company, and books are. The prices are generally very affordable. I had a little trouble receiving my order initially as the first time my books were delivered, they went missing, but that was no fault of the Bulk Bookstore. Even so, they were incredibly helpful and very accommodating and filled my order a second time to ensure that I got them, and I did. I'm very pleased with their great service and quality customer relations.

There was an issue from the publisher delaying the shipment of our order. However customer service was able to come up with an acceptable solution to get our books to us. Not only did the books arrive in a timely manner, but they came earlier than expected! We are very pleased with the service BulkBookStore has offered our organization.

Our church needed to order 480 coffee table books for a women's conference. Mike was able to secure the the books, ship them in our delivery window and work with us through some other challenges.

It would be nice if there was a way to verify customers as educators. As a teacher the prices are prohibitive for multiple classroom sets and there is no money in the school budget for literature books : (

Overall good experience. Was hoping to purchase 50 pocket NIV new testaments for about 1.50 each in a color other than black. Your prices are comparable to competitors and I realize unit price reduces with larger quantity order and may do so again in future. Thank you!

Due to the holidays and inclement weather, there was a little confusion with when my books would be delivered. Reagan was my customer service representative, and I very much enjoyed working with her. She was always patient and kind. If I need to order books in bulk again, I'm calling Reagan's ext. first. If I suggested this service to other librarians I would tell them that I was happy with y'all's service and to use Reagan. I wish everyone have as good customer service reps as y'all do.

When I first ordered children's Christmas books 13 years ago when I opened, I could find books for 1/2 of the retail price and free shipping,and any amount ordered. Seems it is more difficult to make a profit on books now.

I appreciate a web store that does what it says, on time, without me needing to do anything other than place an order. Some stores you have to follow up constantly, and I have not had to do that with BulkBookstore.

I loved that I could talk to a person and didn't have to go through an automated system. The company is very professional and their prices are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone needing bulk sets.

Great site and purchases. I would like better updates on shipping status though. I was getting concerned that the order wasn't shipping when it had shown "awaiting shipment" for several days with no update. I placed an order with another company, as I really needed the books. My Bulkbookstore order showed up the next day! However, it still showed "awaiting shipment" on the website. You all are awesome every time. But send me those updates and I wont feel the need to shop around.

Great idea to use this for a fall festival. I was a little sorry I didn't follow up more closely about one title -- I meant to get all Sendak, but got something else ... but it will still work and the price was fine. I got a lot of personal assistance and honest answers so that was great.
