I love using Buyee to buy from Mercari Japan!

Other Japanese buying services charge a fortune for buying from Mercari's JP market, but Buyee is very VERY reasonable, and I've managed to buy items that I would never otherwise been able to get from Japan!

I recommend Buyee to everyone shopping for items from Japan!

Buyee is such a scammer! I was bidding an item on Yahoo Auction and someone placed a higher bid then me so I gave up since the price was too high. But the seller cancelled the buyer that placed higher bid then me, so end up I became the highest bidder. The seller described the item as 'No obvious damage / dirt' and 'No tears and dirt'. But then when I open up my parcel two days ago, I literally lost my words! The item has loads of cracks, oxidized, rust, snags and tears! Which the condition was really bad and not as pictured and described! I immediately made a complaint to Buyee, sent them pictures and videos, and they replied me they can't issue me a refund because they think it's fine.

Their service fee was very high and the most expensive compare to other competitors. I decided continue to use Buyee as I have been using them for 4 years, and I have great experiences without any issues in the past, but not anymore! I don't recommend anyone to use their service with this price and services.

They ban my account, maybe because I used their 5% off with "99 times of uses per user".

I tried to order something 3 weeks ago, and I tried to order when they have discounts with Rakuten, then their website f***ed up and I failed to get one.

Then this week finally the seller gets some stuff again, I purchased with their 5% off coupon, which I only used once, I only have one account, they ban me.

Actually I didn't notice I was banned until i found the money paid got back.

I tried to login, no help. Try to reset password, no help.

Asked customer service, they spent two days and told me my account is banned, they can't tell me why.

Think about it, you have something really hot and want to buy them, how much time is wasted because their stupid techs, and their customer service.

AND you think the order submission is automated, because everything seems to be like that, it is not, there are hours of delay after you submit. Is this website actually operated by real human labors?

Just avoid them. They are NOT trustworthy. A waste of your time. Just avoid them especially you are pursuing for something with limited availability, they will f*** up the timeline, and slow in response. Google Translate is your best friend, you don't need them.

A parcel of mine had gone missing. Based on the tracker it is still in Japan. Buyee took 3 months before filing a report and another 6 months before it was refunded.

Buyee is the easiest way to buy many toys and figures from the auction in Japan.
Customer service is a great service and friendly customer support, awesome experience!

I've used Buyee multiple times, mostly to buy anime and band goods from Mercari and Yahoo auctions Japan. Buyee is easy to use and they often have useful coupons. Highly recommended!

I have had many issues with the warehouse not consolidating packages properly I receive boxes with lots of wasted space which only makes the box larger and a little heavier and that cost me also Japan Post offers discounts on the amount of shipments you do and buyee charges the full rate and must be keeping the discount, I had dozens if of emails with there support and it is a challenge to get my concerns across, I have started using a competitor since the offer the discounted shipping and are offer an extinction on storage and buyee has not done anything to ecommend this due to covid-19 situation even after being this to there attention.

I found over ther a lot of items, hard to find in Europe... so that´s the reason to shop there. All my purchases had been positive, and I hope to be the same in the future.

Worst online company ever, I bought my items 2 months ago, till now I didn't receive it. Also, they cheat you with the delivery charges and charge you twice - claiming that they received the shipment on two-parts. Till now I didn't receive my baby diapers

I only miss a better automatisated logistics and much more better price for the international shipping. That gives a big limit for the shopping from Europe... :(

In february i purchased a twice lightstick for their concert from jyp japan and used buyee for the international shipping. I was not informed of any of their terms & conditions before or after purchase nor were their terms and conditions stated anywhere on their website. I realized that it had been awhile since i paid for my item and saw that i had gotten several emails about paying for shipping arrangements (which i have never even heard of before.) i emailed back saying i wanted to cancel my item because the shipping was $35 + many other ludicrous fees. They stated that i cannot cancel my order because once the purchase has been conducted, any changes or cancellations are not accepted (again never heard of not being able to cancel a package, ridiculous). After several emails back and forth, they are now stating that if i would like to discard my package i have to pay for the package again and pay for several absolute ridiculous fees, most of which seem to simply be made-up for them to make even more money off of users. I also tried removing MY credit card from my account on their website and am unable to because of outstanding payments, which again is absolutely insane and considering i own that credit card i should be able to remove it no matter what. Please never ever ever use this website as you will only be met with fees upon fees, unhelpful customer support workers, and scamming.

I bought something from here under the guise that I would get ¥5,000 coupon off (about $40 usd) of shipping. Super awesome right?! Not. When I selected this coupon, they sent my package with a tracking number. The number said for days "returned to sender". I thought this was some sort of mistake and waited for it to update.
It didn't update. Buyee let me know that my package was returned because the weight on the package was inconsistent with the labeling. Ok. Super frustrating and not my fault so I will contact support. I contact saying basically "hey. You guys messed up and now my package won't even arrive on time and I already used the coupon so I can't use it again for shipping. Can I get another?"

The nerve. They said "no it clearly says that if the package is returned to us for any reason you won't get another coupon" WHAT? How is it MY fault that someone in THEIR company wrote the wrong label? Now I have SUPER delayed shipping AND have to pay $40 out of pocket, which had I known prior I probably wouldn't have bought anything at all.

Anyway, I'm convinced it was a purposefully made mistake to avoid having to give me any shipping for free which is really $#*!ty by this company.

I always fancy things from japan and with buyee its very easy to get anything you wanted. I would recommend anyone that wants to buy from japan to try it out.

I used Buyee more than a year! It is convenient to buy items by Buyee at Yahoo acution as well as Mercari, both auctions are good. I usually buy Toys, CD, and LP, those prices I can found are reasonable, and there are many shipping options I can choose for the shipment to my country. And I hope Yahoo and Mercuri can launch the Special Promotions more frequently, so that I can buy more things with even cheaper handling fee and Buyee can also have more business and then the Sellers can sell more good items at the acutions and it would be 3 Wins! Buyee send customer package very fast from Japan! I receive the package less than with in one week in Taiwan, Plus the package delivery cost in expensive.

Lots of hidden fees and misleading prices for shipping and handling, advertising different prices for certain couriers and then turned out to be wrong.
