I just hate that I have to wait nearly three weeks sometimes to treat my babies for fleas. I know it's out of your control to some extent, but it's still frustrating.
I've had good experience with your customer service and I believe the quality of the product is good.
It can take up to three weeks to receive my items and once, it got lost. Usually arrives in envelope, so box is crushed, but, so far, medication is intact. I'm just glad to be able to order what I need without having to pay for a vet bill office visit when all I need is flea treatment.

Ease of use, although that shopping carts, a pain you have to add an item to it to be able to get to it even though you're done shopping! I wish shipping was a little bit quicker, but you can't beat it for the price and not needing prescriptions!
