My last order I waited almost 2 months. Finally I called customer service and they were very rude. My only explanation was it's out of stock, but why did it take 2 months? So they stated I could only get a refund.

I've had as many as 7 pets at once, I would taken them all to the vet for meds. I always had them on heart worm meds but every year the vet would charge me to test them over again even though the dogs have been on the meds! I started feeling that I was being scammed with just a money grab. I found Canada pet care & have been using them ever since. Also the cost savings helps those of us that collect strays

The prices and the convenience is out of this world. I've been using this site for years, as soon as I learned about it. The prices are amazing, I never have issues with shipping. My vet doesn't love that I don't get products through them but they approve of the products I use for flea and heartworm preventative. I can't recommend enough!

My vet charges $16 a dose plus I have to drive to the vet 45 minutes each way to get it. This is a much better deal even before you include the driving.

I don't understand why I have to pay for shipping in order to get it tracked, to me this is ridiculous. I would believe tracking benefits you more than me.

We have used CanadaPet for several years but the account was in my husband's name and he recently passed away. We have always gotten prompt and courteous service and we are very pleased every time we order.
