I used the tracking service for this order and after almost 2 months still have not received my order. I have contacted customer service several times and this has still not been resolved. Customer Service wants to charge me a $5 redelivery fee when it is a delivery carrier error. Or they want to charge me a $30 fee to have it a returned to sender to cover return shipping and handling charges. I NEVER received the package, the address is correct and it is undeniably a delivery carrier issue. It has been sitting in one of their facilities for over a month now with no effort to get this delivered.
I have ordered in the past and just made another order for Bravecto for my three dogs. It's quite expensive, especially with three dogs, so this is a great option to save some money. It takes longer than ordering from somewhere like Chewy, but much cheaper.
