Did not ship until 5 days after order... then shipped from UK not Canada...wasn't worth the price.
Still waiting 13 days later. NOW THE SAY THEY CANCELED ORDER AND REFUNDED BUT INSTEAD CHARGED ME TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE CANADA PLACE.

I HAVE BEEN ORDERED FROM CANADA PET CARE FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. SOME OF THE PRODUCTS DO COME FROM OVERSEAS BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THEM AT ALL. IT DOES TAKE ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS TO RECIEVE THE PRODUCTS SO DON'T WAIT TILL YOUR OUT OF YOUR PRODUCT TO ORDER. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT BECAUSE OF THE PRICE DIFFERENCE FROM YOUR VET OR FROM PET MEDS! I LOVE THE PRICES! NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY A BOUT THIS COMPANY.

Reliable but price on Comfortis is too high. I've selected a different product for less money, but my dogs like the chewable tabs and so far the med seems to be working well.

Bought heartworm meds. Thought it was based in Canada but its based in UK. Did receive item and looks good no bad reactions. Happy but it did take 12 days to receive.

I was searching around for Interceptor as I was informed that it is not available or manufactured in USA, I came across CanadaPetCare, and was just curious to know how they have it in stock and have it for such a good price, I had a word with the customer representative who advised me that as Novartis had closed down their plant In Lincoln, Nebraska, this product was not available in the US, but it was still available in different location in the world. I was impressed as they were informative, helpful and had the cheapest price online, so I ordered the product and I am proud to tell that I am a happy customer. I have no complaint regarding any services on Canadapetcare.

Received Different Product
July 21, 2022

I ordered Heartgard Plus, but I received Heartgard30 Plus, an Australian product. They substituted without authorization from me. Customer Service says it is the same product, but because the company is located in the UK they cannot sell the American version on their website, even though that was the product shown at the time of my order. This is deceptive, misleading and dishonest. Customer Service advised me to use the product. After I said that I would not use it, the representative said I could donate the product to a rescue shelter. He said that I will receive a refund in 3-5 days, which will be 6-23-2022. I'll wait to see if I actually receive the refund. Canada Pet Care should show this alternative product on their website, and let the buyer make the choice to buy it or not. It should also make clear that the company and its Maple Leaf logo are not affiliated with nor located in Canada. The company is located in the United Kingdom, and according to the customer service representative, it sources products from around the world. Also, I paid for a tracking number, but I only received it after I called to inquire. The number was emailed to me after I received the package in the mail. At that point, the tracking number was useless to me.

Scam with Revolution Plus
October 30, 2022

I ordered Revolution Plus for cats, and half an hour after, I read reviews that they are out of stock, and they sent Stronghold plus (which is the same product but marketed for outside of the USA). When I wrote them to tell them to cancel my order for that they told me:

"We have the international version of revolution plus which is known as Stronghold plus.

Revolution Plus is known as Stronghold Plus outside the United States. Both Revolution Plus and Stronghold plus have the same ingredients and are produced by the same manufacturer 'Zoeitis'.

The packaging of this product is different because we procure these product from outside the United States.

We assure that you will receive the correct product which is of the highest quality and will give you the desired results.

In case, you are not satisfied after it using or if you wish not to use it, we will be happy to reimburse you for the purchase for a return."

Obviously, they know what they are doing, and they are not out of stock.
I checked other online stores and I see that Stronghold Plus is way cheaper than Revolution. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but they said they just shipped and they can't do it. So now I have to wait who knows how much time, receive the product and send it back and wait more time to be refunded.

This is really bad. "Your Trusted Online Vet!?" NO WAY.

My letter to the manager explains it all ~

Management,

I must voice my tremendous satisfaction in dealing with your company. I initially ordered Revolution flea product July 24th. After a few weeks of not having received the item, I both emailed and phoned your company to inquire of it's whereabouts. I was told the item had been returned as there was an incomplete address. Why would I not be notified of this? Had I not have called, I would not have learned of this problem. Furthermore, the billing address was the same as the shipping address. I am not sure why one wouldn't reference the addresses for a match. After being told the address was updated, I received email notification on 8/12 that the item shipped. Once again, I wait for several weeks before phoning and being told that the item can be tracked through US Postal Service. I see that the item is in the city of my residence on 9/2 however after a few days, there is no status change. On 9/5, I phone yet again and was told to keep checking with the postal service. Yesterday I send another email saying I still haven't received the item. Today, I receive a reply that a refund is being processed. There is no explanation nor apology.

How can a business survive with this kind of ethic? Dealing with your company has been nothing more than an extreme exercise in frustration. I understand that businesses these days must contain their costs and in doing so will outsource operations such as call centers to other countries however the appropriate training and notification protocols should be in place to mitigate the risk of making customers like myself, extremely unhappy, vowing to never patron you again and worse, posting reviews about it.
