This was probably my 3rd or 4th time ordering products from Canada PetCare. I was referred by a friend, who advised me that the prices were so much less money that I typically paid at my vet for these products, and she wasn't wrong. The customer service and shipping times (with free shipping!) are excellent. The products are of highest quality and I couldn't be more pleased.

Same as the other ones you buy for twice as much at the grocery store just so much cheaper and delivered to your mailbox. So far it has been reliable, may take a lil longer because it's going through customs, although the wait is not that bad compared to all the savings on the pet meds themselves.

I have ordered from this site for years. Ordered my usual heartworm meds for my pups, I got a partial order at Christmas time with a note my heartworm meds may be delayed. I had to send a note to customer service on 1/2 to check the status only to find out today they refunded the charged amount back to my card. No return email just a credit. To me customer service should have reached out the minute they knew the product was out of stock so that i could purchase an alternate. With the lack of communication and the delay it created I hope my new purchase will come in time for my pups monthly dose. I realize it is a busy time of year, but feel the ball was dropped and a delay in getting their heartworm meds in a timely fashion may cause a missed dosage. I of course won't let that happen and will purchase enough for next month. I always order 2 months in advance before stock runs out, so this incident has created more headache and expense.
