EVERY TIME I PUT IN AN ORDER I SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM. Yesterday it happened again. I could not get my order in. I got it in today with the correct amount.
I wish your prices were better. I have always been able to get 12 months worth but now you are so high I can only afford 6 months. The Nexgard the 2 dogs share so it is only 3 mo protection for each dog.

Delivery is slow as it arrives through customs so plan a month in advance of need to be on the safe side. Also, some credit unions/banks may decline card due to company being outside of the USA. Just call the bank or credit union to notify of purchase.
Takes a bit long to get to me but hopefully it travels with care being temp controlled. Last time it was left in my mailbox in the hot sun all day before I got to it.
The prices are great. It took almost 2 weeks to get to me, but if planned out properly, it works out. Only issue I have is that the medication was sitting in my mailbox all day. Wish they would've brought it to the front door that way it was in the shade.
Easy to shop and add to the cart, however, I needed to change something some did, but when I tapped on cart again because I was ready to checkout, it would not open. I had to ultimately sign out and sign back in so I could get to the cart.
I used to use Revolution for my pets, but the fleas became used to it. Nothing worked. Bravecto Spot On is not commonly used by vets in my area, so getting it was impossible until Canada Pet Care. My home has been flea-free for 10 years since I treated my cats and dog.

Sad that meds at different vets can vary so much. I have 3 stray cats that I feed and do try to keep them health so to be able to buy flea meds so much cheaper is a win win.
It's mandatory to have your pets on preventative medication. Yet you need a prescription. Why? Therefore I am purchasing directly from you.
My previous experience was great, buying for myself. This time was a little confusing, because I sent a gift to a rescue. It was hard to understand the area of address's. Needs more clarifying information trying to fill out the order form between the shipping address and the billing address. There are no instructions. We shouldn't have to guess at what we are doing. This doesn't need to be this hard. Other than that I love shopping Canada Pet Care :)

I received what I ordered in a reasonable time. The price was fair. The only problem was that I ordered liquid flea and tick whereas I wanted the tablets. I find it is too expensive to do a return unless the product is totally useless.

It was easy to place my pet med order and it arrived pretty quickly for international shipping. I chose the non-tracking option at checkout and had no issues with receiving my order. I tried to order just a few days ago when there was a sale on the meds I wanted. But the site was not working and kept asking for a legitimate address or card number or something but I did it several times to no avail. I even tried to call and I think chat as well but nothing was working right. (not sure about the date I gave below but it was close to the time noted.
