I have been doing photography for over 9 years, and I would not trust anyone else to place my photos on canvas. I have used many other companies and not one matches the quality, price or timeliness of this company.
The prints were once so beautiful! Quality is terrible now.
I have ordered from this company many times and received beautiful prints, so I ordered a large amount of canvas for a show and every single print, more than 20 of them, came completely faded as if the ink was watered down or saturation at 50% or less. I have emailed the company but not heard back.
My first time ordering Dec. 17; my large canvas arrived flawed as it was not stretched properly. I was disappointed. In the Xmas rush I did not contact customer service until early Jan. 18. After submitting photos of my flawed canvas the company quickly remade my order and sent a beautiful replacement canvas. I had been anticipating a poor response based on reviews on this site so was surprised when my issue was dealt with so promptly! I will consider using this company again based on the quality of the canvas, colour reproduction, competitive pricing and customer service.
I have ordered canvases from several online companies in the past, but I recently stumbled upon canvas discount and haven't turned back! Their great prices make purchasing canvases addictive! My first order was 5 small canvases just to test them out and the quality was impeccable! I went back the following week and ordered 3 large ones and a medium one! My family has another photo shoot coming up and I can't wait to order more canvases for my home as well as for family from canvas discount! I highly recommend them and have been spreading the word!
Product received was not what was ordered... Customer service refused to provide a replacement and they denied paypal claim for refund... stating it was a custom order... I would not recommend this company or that you use Paypal to complete purchase as neither stand behind their claim
The canvas I purchased at canvasdiscount is beautiful. The colors are vibrant and true to my original photo. I will definitely get some more photos printed by them in future. The photo on acrylic option sounds interesting as well. All in all I would recommend this site
They promised by Christmas. In fairness, I didn't expect it by then. I kept tracking package (UPS per them) and as of today, 1/2/2021, it still says that it hasn't been shipped. Even their website says my package has not been received by me.
I received a survey today saying "Since you have received your package, tell us how you like it". I have photos of today's tracking showing that I do not have the package, and will be contacting my CC company to dispute the charge.
Not worth the money I was going to save. Spent way too much time tracking and I still have to go out and buy the birthday present this was for.
While the end product, if you're fortunate enough to get it, is usually a quality product. To try and get a hold of this company is horrible. Limited calling hours, they don't answer even during those hours, to send an email you might get an answer in two or three days, or you might not get one at all. It's just a lousy experience when you have to go through something like that.
The service was great, placed order on Sunday and they were at my house on Thursday! The only thing to be warned of is the company banks in Germany, my bank saw the suspicious charge for Germany and put a freeze on my account! Had to go and get new debit card and spent a lot of time and worry if somebody else got by credit card numbers! When I order again I will use a prepaid credit card to keep this from happening again!
