I ordered an ecm for my 99 dodge truck. I assumed I would be getting an ecm and then returning my non working ecm to them. So I paid $500+ on my credit card. The next morning I found a return label in my email. It was then I realized they weren't going to send me an ecm… I had to return my ecm for repair. The next morning which was Monday I called them for 2 days and no answer. I emailed I texted finally on the 3rd day I called and someone answered and I requested a refund for my $500+. Here I am 15 days and several phone calls later of promises for a few more days for the refund. I PAID $500+ FOR A RETURN LABEL! MY CREDIT CARD SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN CHARGED UNTIL A REPAIR WAS MADE OF WHICH THERE WAS NOT! What a SCAM!
Very poor, you do not have what I needed and never will. How you stay in business is a mystery.
Fast shipping, easy to work with, good price. I'm happy so far with my purchase. They have a great warranty.
Haven't had time to look at order yet but did receive. Have been on jury duty. Will send core asap. When get time.
Would have been better if was hit with unexpected shipping fee since it could have been put in a safe envelope and come in mail box..
So far so good. Part arrived 2 days ago. Installed on Sunday. Drove about 20 miles and my transmission shifting issues seem to be resolved.
Friendly customer service. I was able to order and pay through representative Kevin. The delivery was as he said, within a week.
Customer service was very personable and helpful. We received the computer in about a week and installed it easily. Car is running again!
Order and pricing was great. I have other things to conquer with my truck, so I cannot comment on the product yet.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
