Very easy to find ecm needed and order. Received in timely manner. Easy install
Very easy to order and pay online for repairing and checking my CPU. Testing and repair was completed within 48 hours of receiving my CPU. I haven't reinstalled the CPU yet. I did call up and ask if any repairs were done to my CPU as no paperwork was included when I received my unit back. The CPU was packed nicely in bubble wrap in the return box. Actually I found that to be upsetting. I wanted to know if any actual repairs had to be done. I would have been happy if they described any repairs or if they said that it had no problems. Anyway that's that.
Don't know when delivered, put in bad place by Frd Ex. Did not have good communication from car computer exchange.
Delivered in 2-3 days. Jeep is in the shop right now being installed
Ordered it for my customer, it came in and worked as factory.
I haven't installed it yet but it was delivered as promised.
Computer did not work right shipped it back still waiting for refund you get in there get in there
FedEx told me a lie said it was delivered already but it was fine
