Luckily my credit card company called me with a fraud alert. For my $1090 order they tried charging me $2455.

We experienced the same things that others have said that have been negative. I called the company and the whole experience of trying to talk to a sales person was a joke. I had to leave my contact information with them every time I called. Then they tried to use a scare tactic on me with buying from other websites. When I took the bait, I had a long ordeal trying to get a sales person on the phone. First they take down your information, the name of the deceased, the funeral home to deliver the casket to. I asked to speak to a sales person about the difference between two caskets we were considering. I then was transferred to the billing department where they wanted all my payment information. I expressed my confusion why I was needing to give this information yet, as I had not decided to buy from them yet. Then they had a sales person call me (Todd) and he was not even knowledgeable about the differences between the caskets we were considering. It gets worse, if you can believe it! Todd said that he would put us down for one of the caskets and suggested we go to Google to look at images and that an invoice would be sent to my email address. The document they sent me was unbelievable! The first page that had my information and the deceased information on it was in the largest print possible (32 - 40 font size) and then the contract we had to sign (font size was at maximum size 5). There was no way to print off the contract or enlarge the print in the format they sent it in. Finally, when I was able to print off the contract it stated the following at the very bottom of the page (font size 5 or less): "Shipping fee estimates: Woodhaven Pecan Casket (half couch) $2640 and $345 air delivery with $275 air tray (shipping cont.) and $240 courier service from the airport with second delivery personnel and $145 packaging with $75 un-packaging casket for delivery and a $90 casket key plus tax - $320.04 & processing $165.20 equals $4295. 24" Do not purchase from this company and take the time to research any online funeral supply stores.
