Phone arrived in 2 days had issue using my sim card with the phone i contact cell2get they helped me thru the steps of using and setup my phone overall i am very happy with this purchase and will recommend to any one to call them when they need help choosing the correct device. With so many options to choose from is not easy to select the correct phone that will work correctly with the service provider

I came into your store to find out the cost of replacing my frayed phone. I left your website with a device for my mom, an additional line after contacting my service provider and a better outlook on life. Again, you were wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Why can't all cellular reps be just like you? Anyway... bye-bye for now... i will see you again when it's time for my upgrade.
I like the fact that if one carrier comes out with a cellphone and laughs in my face for having another carrier I can beat the system and get that phone on mine (I have t-mobile, and I'm an apple fan - hint hint)

Very suspicious having all of these negative reviews on websites that look exactly the same... go call and see if the same guy answers... and definitely make sure someone picks up the phone before you place an online order.
You'll get a phone from them, but it's going to take forever and may or may not actually be "brand new." Mine came in a black opened box, and arrived after 7 days when I paid for overnight shipping. They promised to refund my shipping but never did. After I left a bad review I received a phone call threatening to sue. Be careful...
The best store for phones ive ever come across so far! For such a long time its been hard these days to find a unique store for cellphone purchases on the internet that are willing to give out good quality phones for a great price and an amazing service, and finally i found it!
I feel bad but I called plenty of times before the actual purchase of my phone. I was given some money as a graduation gift and decided to buy a cell phone. I must've called at least once a day for a week to ask questions about the LG curve. I was met with understanding and they gave me all the information I asked of and then some. I received the phone within 9 days even though the shipping said two weeks. I am happy with their service.
I have been pleased with my first transaction with this company so far. Melvin assisted with the purchase of an apple iphone 5 and when I called to follow up he was very polite and helpful. The shipping was prompt and they turned around my order pretty fast. The second time I called they had the tracking number available. I would recommend melvin and cell2get for future purchases.

I was trying to decide between several different cell phones and they told me what their similarities and differences were. They even showed me some of the functions and repeated how to find them on the cellphone I wound up picking. Highly recommended.
